Price and food are ok. Nothing special and nothing bad. One of the bigger downsides is all the cutlery and plates being made of plastic or cardboard and thrown away. However, the lady who helped me was very friendly and nice and was definitely the star of the whole establishment, where everything else sits at an 'okayish'.

The place is really pretty and the food good. Though I do think they could serve the food on actual plates, and with real cutlery. The paper and plastic makes it feel a bit cheap, tbh. And note: the straws for the smoothies are too thin for people to actually drink smoothies through them. Wish you guys all the best! The place could definetly become a vibe

A small, new café in a historic building. The café's decor is very nice and charming. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are very expensive, as is the case everywhere. Two teas and two sandwiches cost €19 😅 But it was very, very tasty 🥰 But I can recommend it here!!!

Fantastic Latte and Hot Chocolate. Best coffee we had in Ansterdam! The Chocolate cannoli is delicious! The cappuccino cannoli was not my as much. Had an unusual aftertaste. Delicious and soft cheese pretzels. Staff was warm and welcoming, and accommodated our request for hot chocolate with a shot. (Makes a delicious mocha!)

I went to Amsterdam in mid 2024, I accidentally stumbled upon this place and got a chocolate chip cookie. It was perfect, i like a chewy cookie, and some overdo it, but this just had the perfect level of chewy-ness. The chocolate used was so delicious, and kept in the perfect temperature. perfect consistency, temperature and just the right level of sweetness. I went to Amsterdam in mid 2025, I stumbled upon this place by accident this time, I had to try the cookie again... and it was exactly how i remembered it, making this the certified best cookie of all time. So i wrote down the name this time. if I am ever back in the city i will return for that cookie!

Nice little place, but service definitely leaves something to be desired. Ordered some sandwiches of which one was freshly made. But with rotten lettuce... Money back was no problem but the "excuse" of the staff was, we have to do this. The other sandwiches were reasonable but not for that price.

Looks nice and cozy. But 30 euros for 2 cappuccinos and 2 gore waffles is REALLY too expensive, even for Amsterdam. Was also dubious that the prices were not listed and were asked to pay cash. My advice; skip it!

Qué lugar maravilloso para parar para tomar un pedazo de pastel y un café o té. Acabo de descubrir en Amsterdam por casualidad, pero una experiencia fantástica y bien vale la pena encontrar. Teníamos el pastel de manzana con crema, una rodaja de camino rocoso con tazas de tés especializados pero todo a un precio muy razonable, un gran servicio en un entorno maravilloso. Disfruté mucho solo desearía haberlo encontrado antes. Todo a solo 5 minutos a pie de la casa de Ana Franks, aunque carretera principal todo excavado en la actualidad tan tranquilo de lo esperado (marzo 2025 )

5 stars because it's all you can expect from a coffee shop. The drinks are good, the food (whether salty or sweet) is excellent. You don't have to hesitate. For an idea, count on €9 for the sandwich + drink formula. Special mention for the gouda bacon rosemary bread sandwich.

Very poor service behind the counter who spoke rather unintelligibly in bad English with a heavy accent. When paying for 12 (really disgusting) cannoli for 48 euros, I would say: don't do it!

Today we visited this bakery with friends! We were pleasantly surprised by the work of the staff and the very cozy atmosphere inside. The New Year's atmosphere adds to the mood. And the wonderful latte with cinnabon was super. I advise everyone to visit this place!

A bakery that doesn't sell bread is a bit crazy. The food itself was fine, but I wouldn't recommend it. The absolute low point was the toilet, not so much because you literally had to climb into a broom cupboard, but because the seat was next to it, the tap was missing a lever and hung half loose on the sink and there was nothing to dry your hands with. The employee was also not very interested.

Terrible. I wouldn't know where to start. Dirty environment (near the bread: a dirty sink, overflowing rubbish bin, mop in plain sight) and the sales assistant busy chatting with a guy instead of taking care of customers and cleaning tables and everything else. Mediocre cappuccino, TREMENDOUS cakes (my red velvet was stale and inedible, the apple cake ditto). €17.50 to leave disgusted. As I said on the way out "if I could have vomited to make room for my stomach and have breakfast again" it would have been perfect. Avoid, there is better in the centre!

Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. The service was barely audible and responded curtly, placing the blame on us. In addition, we did not find it very clean and we felt that the price was disproportionate to the quality.

I loved the sweets there, they are delicious, ask for the choco cheesecake which was the best, the service is good and neat too, there are many options of sweet pies, cakes and cheesecakes here, I highly recommend having a snack or dessert here, or even a coffee

The food is fine but the service is super slow. I wanted a coffee, told her, she started on it before I was even able to finish my phrase that I wanted a latte macchiato. She had already started a regular coffee by the time I told her and she was annoyed and didn’t want to change it. So now I have a coffee I didn’t want, all because she can’t even let the customer tell her their full order.

A lovely and absolutely delicious cafe/bakery! We were greeted with huge smiles from the two waitresses, who even helped us secure a table. The food was good, the prices really fair (€6.50-€7.50 per sandwich) and the place itself was very cozy and comfortable.

I've just had the best café experience here in Amsterdam! If you are looking for a cozy place where to enjoy a great coffee you should definitely visit it! Not only the cappuccino was delicious, but the service has been excellent as well 🤩 I was served by this very kind young lady, probably Italian I think, that made me feel so much at ease, I had the best coffee break ❤️ I will definitely make sure to pop in again during my stay in Amsterdam!!

Popped in here on our way to the Anne Frank House. We ordered a sausage roll, spinach and cheese croissant, the banana and stroopwafel macarons, and two cappuccinos. The atmosphere was cute and comfortable. They had a nice selection of sandwiches and other baked goods, too.

The location is almost legendary since it is very well located. The coffees and pastries are well made and well presented. On the other hand, the prices are astounding and the service is not at all pleasant. The waitress is unfriendly and haughty. It's a shame.

Coffee is the typical office coffee. Coffee with a bit of milk is what we ordered. We got a cup of watery cardboard served in paper cups. Hot chocolate is run down powder with water. Awful! And that for almost 9 euro!

It is way too expensive for frozen food none of it is fresh I’ve seen the cookies being unwrapped from PLASTIC, the croissants being DEFROST and the sandwiches are BAD quality if I could put a zero on the food I would I did not expect that from a bakery. The waitress is sweet but not worth the mild contamination. 😱😱😱

A beautiful warm cozy cafe welcomed me in from the frigid December that chills one to the bone 🦴 The team was nice and warm so much so that I was just going to get a hot tea and carry on but instead, indulged in a delicious tuna and egg sandwich on a ciabatta- they automatically warm it up which is a lovely touch but I took it home to eat later. The awesome part was that when I did eat it 3 hours later the bread was soft and delicious, not tough as I would have thought after warming. It was so good, I will def return before my trip is over. The cafe is a really beautiful space with complimentary wifi and incredible looking desserts. The vast array of cannoli flavors threw me for a loop- not even Little Italy in NY have this many options or these unique flavors. A lot of pastry shops here in Amsterdam boast beautiful cannolis and I wonder what the connection is to Italian treats, others such as panna cotta is also making a regular appearance in this beautiful unique, multinational cosmopolitan city. I did not foresee Mediterranean cuisines to feature so prominently in this nordic town but I am delighted that Amsterdam is so full of incredible surprises. The service here is excellent too, friendly and accommodating. Thanks for being awesome 💜

I can't say enough good things about my daily visit to this charming bakery. It has become an essential part of my morning routine, and it never fails to brighten my day. The delicious pastries and warm atmosphere make it wonderfull. But what truly sets this bakery apart is the wonderful staff. Every morning, I am greeted by a warm and welcoming smile, especially from the employee whose in the picture. Her friendliness is infectious, and her cheerful "good morning" brightens my day. It's the small things that count, and the friendly, attentive service here makes each visit feel like catching up with old friends.
