Nice place to pick up something to eat

Moroccan pancakes are insane I had to order 2

Even though it was very empty, we waited quite a while for our order. A mozzarella pizza with tomatoes and a cheese sandwich with walnuts together cost €25. Way too expensive. And it took way too long to heat up, considering it wasn't even really hot. Otherwise, the atmosphere in the shop was relaxed, though the music was a bit too loud. But the taste was very good and filling.

We returned after a few years, but unfortunately the place had fewer tables. It was much more oriented toward takeout. The food always seems to be good quality. It's a shame.

Excellent products and staff attention

We stopped for a quick lunch before our flight home - wish we’d tried their food sooner. Mushroom focaccia/pizza was great, and he 3-cheese pizza was one of the best I’ve had. The salty surprise of the blue cheese right in the centre was delicious. Coffees were also great - my only criticism would be that the latte was a little hotter than we are used to at home in Melbourne

Extremely overpriced and disappointing almond croissant

We tried the Dubai croissant with pistachio sauce and kadaif – absolutely outstanding! The other pastry was perfectly baked, soft, and filled with a rich cinnamon flavor that simply melted in the mouth. A truly unique taste experience, different from anything else. Service was excellent and very attentive. Definitely worth a visit – highly recommended!

I ordered two items - which required no preparation - via thuisbezorgd. After about an hour they just cancelled the order. Really poor service.

We were there on our last visit; we happened upon it on the street. The food is excellent and very varied. I would have given the service more than 5 stars if I could; it was very friendly and fun. It's a shame this bakery/café isn't in our area. Everyone who visits Amsterdam has to go there. Ask for that creamy sauce for their desserts; they make it themselves and it's absolutely delicious!

Good coffee, not the worlds best cup but good

Among other things, we had paninis, very fresh and extremely tasty. A hefty price tag, but the flavor makes up for it.

Walked past this bakery and saw all the wonderful goodies this bakery had to offer. I love me a good croissant, especially the pistachio cream filling ones. The one I had was 7.5€ which I felt was on the hefty side in terms of cost but it was worth it. Looks like a Dubai chocolate croissant but not sure 😆

I really enjoyed my visit to this café. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was tasty, and the presentation was great. I liked the calm atmosphere, as it is located on a relatively quiet street. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely come back!

Since when did the croissants become a luxury? 7,5€ for a cold, almost frezen croissant?? Seating inside is like having breakfast in a bunk bed, one on top of the other. I have lived in this neighbourhood for a while, and this is unacceptable.

Croissant was empty on the inside and also coated in a weird sugar film. I’m not expecting a 5-star French Boulangerie, but this is not proper. The staff was friendly but that’s really the only compliment I can give

I bought a piece of carrot cake for €7 which I thought was expensive and I asked if it was fresh to which they replied yes. In fact, the cake in the end tasted strange and was old.

Excellent bakery serving all your favourite treats, stuffed croissants, toasted paninis. Lovely sausage rolls and good coffee. I always my time to visit here when in the city. Probably the cleanest toilet in the city! Staff polite and friendly

A very expensive cafe but the quality is undeniable. The staff are fast and friendly - offering recommendations and providing good service to the customers. I stopped by on my way to work and had the caprese panino - very tasty but over €10 for a basic sandwich. Would recommend but be ready to spend at least €15 for a coffee and a bite.

The waffle is wired hard and the drinks is nightmare(iced mango matcha,€7 you get far more better matcha from CHUN.) Attracted by the window displays but only a conner to sit inside. NOT worth the price at ALL! (The service is friendly but the fox and knife are dirty).

I took my brake from work at this place, so I choose a omelette sandwich while he prepared it he offered me a coffee i was surprised because it was the best cappuccino I ever had. Prices are just insane for what you get. We ordered two americanos, a plain croissant, and a pistachio cream croissant. This came out to €17.90! For that price we expected excellent food but the plain croissant was very average, and the pistachio cream croissant didn't taste good.

Definitely a place to go eating when you are in Amsterdam. It is a bakery and everything is so good. They are really nice and they are speaking English. Take away or eat there, everything is fine!

Extremely rude staff, absurd prices, an empty croissant with very little jam on it, one with cream and jam, two espressos 16.60 euros, no service, I have been coming to Amsterdam for years and I know the prices well, for the way we were welcomed and the rudeness I recommend you not to go there, ps I spoke in English and the waiter didn't even listen to me and told me he didn't understand Italian

Stumbled on this in my last trip on a stag do. The food was so wholesome, especially after a heavy night the night before. Went back every day this trip, as their Morocco pancakes with a fresh coffee and pastry really are hearty food. Pleasant staff and seemed family run. Will make a trip in every time I visit again and again. Would recommend their sausage rolls too!

The nicest three people I have met on my travels. I had been waiting for some food where I think someone may have accidentally taken my coffee. They offered me so much free food and coffee as an apology and wouldn't accept no for an answer. Highly recommend this spot. Also very close to the station :).

What a wonderful place for a pastry and a hot coffee ! Very kind and inviting staff… so much so that my wife and I returned during the same port visit to pickup sandwiches to go and try out some different pastries. Love the relaxing vibe. Highly recommend trying them out.

They do not have gluten free food even though it comes up on the gluten free near me search. I asked when ordering, (there is a sign to ask about allergies) and was told it's gluten free, but turns out the barista didn't understand what I was asking and just said yes. Thankfully I ate less than half, and it was so good I went back to ask him if he was sure it was gluten free, I used google translate to speak to him in Dutch and he was acting like he didn't understand that either. He got mad because he made ME sick. He became irate and ending up throwing me out when I was trying to get a clear answer. Frustrated to say the least. I had a horrible experience, but it was delicious, so if you don't need gf, go!!

An ordeal!! Long and tedious order taking. Prices that are just absurd for pastries that are close to average in France in terms of quality... don't go there

We went this morning at 930 and they were closed. Sucks since I researched for my food allergies and was coming for their specific menu!

Prices are ridiculus for what you get (an average sandwhich). It takes forever to warm up - my partner had finished his dish before I was given mine, and it only needed to be warmed up a bit! Will not come back.
