We attended an André Rieu concert in Maastricht. It was absolutely wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The city was very crowded, but cozy, with very good hosts and fine cafés and ice cream parlors. A city where you can always feel at home. But we could have chosen this Michelin-starred restaurant around the corner, and that was fine. It was on a small side street, quite inconspicuous and quiet. But it was beautifully decorated and had a very cozy courtyard. We had a lovely table there and enjoyed a wonderful meal. Thank you; it was a great experience.

A true celebration for the senses—stunning presentation, vibrant colors, and absolutely delicious flavors. Every dish was a true work of art. Ultra delightful from start to finish. Thank you for a wonderful experience !

Simply top, every course a revelation!

We visit star restaurants very regularly, but this is one of the best we have ever been to. The cuisine is a bit more classic and they finally work with incredibly delicious sauces. Impeccable service and worth at least 2 stars, even 3. I have eaten less well in 3 star restaurants. This restaurant is unforgettable.

Every dish was top notch, not one snack or dish deserves less than 5 stars. The service was of a very high standard and the atmosphere was almost perfect, enough space between other tables so that you don't feel crowded. If there is one downside, white is the main color in the entire establishment, which made the atmosphere feel less warm... But now I'm really looking for a negative point, I can and will recommend this restaurant to everyone 👍🏻

Everything was perfect: aperitif, amuses, 5 course menu with matching wines and the pleasant service. Exactly what you expect if you want to pamper yourself extra on a special occasion.

With a group of six we opted for the five-course menu on Saturday evening. The restaurant was pleasantly full, without being noisy. Chef Timo and his team conjure up beautiful dishes from their kitchen. The tuna with blood orange and the dairy lamb with wild garlic were brilliantly delicious. Small point of improvement: the service was friendly, but not more than that. Hurried, not very involved, commercially pushy with wine and side dishes, sometimes even a bit sullen and absent. But overall definitely recommended, price-quality was also very correct. At the end the chef came to recommend his garden terrace, maybe we will go back again in the summer.

A restaurant that we can wholeheartedly recommend: excellent cuisine, a well-stocked wine list, extremely attentive and friendly staff and an atmosphere in which you feel really comfortable.

Enjoyed a delicious lunch menu on Valentine's Day with my sweetheart and a couple of friends. Taste sensations, delicious wines, also non-alcoholic (!) and great atmosphere. A real pleasure!

A Sunday lunch at au Coin des Enfants. A warm, friendly welcome in the elegantly styled restaurant. Then the menu, a real artistic delight. The eye was delighted, but the palate even more so. Every course is a surprise. Lovingly celebrated and accompanied by Lino and his friendly staff. Even a long journey is worth it for this special treat. We'll be happy to come back again and again.

Weekend away in Maastricht with a reservation at this restaurant, no idea what to expect. Upon entering we were warmly welcomed by 4 people. And from then on, the chef and the service took us on a journey through the beautiful amuses, top delicious dishes and tasty wines. Turbot sweetbread caviar, everything was included in the refined dishes. What should also be mentioned is the cheese board, with 3 glasses of wine, port dessert wine and white. Delicious! The service took the time for us and then the story of the chef in training. The next day he would take the train to Harlingen and from there get on a boat to catch shrimp. To be able to experience the product from catch to plate shows so much passion for the profession. Deeply impressed. Thank you !

We have just had an amazing dinner at Au Coin. It was an awesome experience of a truly fine dining evening. The restaurant team took us on a journey of exploring their creative and excellent quality dishes. The service was great. A tasting of sweets, made and served by their intern was a cherry on the cake. Thank you, Au Coin team!

Today we had a gastronomic lunch on the terrace under the grapes. Received by the chef de la cuisine and his super hospitable team. Learned a lot from the sommelier. We would love to come back, thank you for this very beautiful Sunday afternoon.

Beautiful evening. Cozy courtyard with an intimate setting. The chef comes to meet you personally and passionately tells his story at the beginning of the evening. He forms a nice duo with the sommelier who provides advice with his own signature. Beautiful dishes with home-shot roe, the very last asparagus and beautiful accents. A must visit in Maastricht.

Wàt een heerlijke eetervaring in een gezellig pand. We kozen voor het 6-gangen Diner. De Chef en zijn brigade weten je vanaf het eerste hapje tot en met het nagerecht en lekkere wijnen vast te grijpen en mee te nemen op een "Top-Culinair" avontuur. De inspirerende versmelting van ideeën en uitvoerbaarheid van vaardigheden; een flinke snuf passie, de mooie presentatie met een vleugje mysterie houdt je op het puntje van je stoel ! Professionele en sympathieke bediening. Mijn fijn gezelschap maakte deze beleving tot een geweldige en onvergetelijke avond !

Indien je heerlijk wil tafelen in Maastricht mag je hier zeker niet voorbij lopen . Stuk voor stuk fantastische gerechten met bijpassende wijnen en een toffe bediening maken het een onvergetelijke beleving. Maar als ik 1 tip mag geven , bestel dan appelgebak als dessert dat maakt het helemaal af . Hier is passie de drijfveer.

We hebben heerlijk gegeten. Fijne gerechten en wijn en vriendelijke bediening! Punt van kritiek is dat kennelijk roken aan tafel is toegestaan. Behoorlijk onsmakelijk als je van de fijne gerechten wil genieten en niet meer van deze tijd.

We zijn inmiddels al naar een aantal sterrenzaken geweest en dit restaurant staat qua eten absoluut in onze top 3. Heerlijke gerechtjes, mooi gebalanceerd en mooi gepresenteerd. Ook de wijnen waren echt een toevoeging op het menu. Dit onderdeel is absoluut 5 sterren waard. De sfeer is prima, alhoewel de tafelschikking ervoor zorgt dat de ruimte wat ‘leeg’ oogt vanuit bepaalde hoeken. Het servies past echter goed in de klassieke stijl en het concept. Ook de bediening is goed opgeleid en professioneel, maar niet vlekkeloos. Zo werd een wijn niet toegelicht, omdat een van ons naar de wc was en werd een gerecht toegelicht terwijl de ander weer naar de wc was. Dit hebben we nog niet bij soortgelijke zaken meegemaakt. Geen hele erge dingen, maar voor een Michelinzaak wel aandachtspunten. Ook werd het water later op de avond niet meer goed bijgevuld. Al met al hebben we wel echt een heerlijke avond gehad en was het het geld meer dan waard!

Heerlijk eten en uitstekende bediening.

Super mooie zaak, heerlijke gerechten met daarbij een goed passend wijn arrangement. Combinatie ratafia met foie was onze favoriet. De service was zeker sterwaardig.

Gewoon perfect! Net weg gestopt van het drukke stadscentrum van Maastricht, gevestigd in een monumentaal pand. We zaten met ruim 30 graden buiten in de bourgondische tuin, even weg van de drukte. Heerlijk genieten en een welverdiende ster! Zeer knappe combinaties afgewisseld met 'klassiekers' op hun eigen manier. Alle personeel super vriendelijk en maken het naar je zin. Absolute aanwinst voor de stad!

Zeer hoog niveau qua smaakbeleving en samenstelling van de gerechten!

Voor onze huwelijksverjaardag wilden we een gaan eten in een zeer goed restaurant en Au Coin Des Bons Enfants heeft al onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, snel gevolgd door een goede champagne en zeer goede amuses. Het 6 gangen menuutje met aangepaste wijnen was perfect. Super bediening (vlot en vriendelijk) en heel goede uitleg van de wijntjes. Alle gerechten waren voortreffelijk van smaak en heel goed gepresenteerd. Zeer vlotte interactie met het ganse team :-) Zeer aangename babbel met sommelier/eigenaar. Leuke setting, vlotte reservering, ... Prijs/kwaliteit is dit een echte topper. Als dit restaurant dichter bij onze woonplaats was, dan kwamen we zeker elke 1 à 2 maanden terug.

Uitstekend restaurant. Smaak combinaties die je herinnert, met voortreffelijke wijnen die door de sommelier goed gecombineerd worden. De bediening is zeer vakkundig, met veel verstand van de producten.

Op 17 juni 2022 hebben wij hier gegeten ter gelegenheid van onze bruiloft. Het team van Au Coin heeft een fantastische avond verzorgd. Vooraf is er goed meegedacht over het menu en de wijnkeuze. Op de avond zelf waren alle (7) gangen uitstekend: amuses, diverse bereidingen van kreeft, de nougat van ganzenlever, zeetong, spoom, hertenkalf en een dessert van rabarber, framboos, champagne crème en witte chocola. De bediening was uiterst vriendelijk en betrokken en alle gasten vonden het een bijzondere ervaring die ze niet snel zullen vergeten. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug! Heel veel dank Timo, Lino en de rest van het Team!
