The food here is super tasty; we aren't from here, but we gladly drive a bit out of our way to get something to eat.

Well, sorry, but if you give an estimated time, and it goes over by an hour, no explanation, no apology, and no refund. Worthless. I really thought they were past this stage, but it's absurdly bad. Don't order.

What on earth has happened here lately? From a regular customer, even after I moved, to being treated like you're a problem. It's a shame, because I always liked the food here. Hopefully, this changes if I ever want to give it another chance.

A cleaning sponge was found in our order. We contacted them and were not spoken to politely. Subsequently, an agreement was made that we would receive a new spring roll with our next order, but this was not honored. When we called, he claimed to know nothing about it; we were treated rudely again. It is a real shame, as the food was always tasty.

26-7-2026 Very bad, the noodles were sour. Went back to return everything, and the owner came right up to me. "Why are you returning everything?" I replied that the noodles are sour. The owner said the noodles are fine, "I just came out of the kitchen." I said, "Well, smell this one, it really is sour." And he started swearing and making hand gestures. "You're always being difficult," he yelled at me (this was the second time I was there), whereupon I took a container of sour noodles from my order and said I wanted my money back. He yelled, "Put the noodles back!" I said I wanted my money back (I had coincidentally asked for the receipt when picking up) and said I want €43.80 back. I received €42.00, to which I replied that I was still a bit short. The owner went back to the cash register, got the 2 euros, and then yelled, "You never come here again" (which I wasn't planning on doing anyway). Everything was recorded on camera!! Good luck with that, man, curious when there will be a 'For Rent' sign in the garden!!!

Food hours late and incomplete. Delivered as fast as a panda. Crying children drama. I will not order from here again.

We ordered sushi, babi pangang with noodles, and fried banana. Everything was well packaged, hot and cold separated, and chopsticks and sauces neatly kept separate. Everything was really delicious!!! We had a truly wonderful meal. Delicious, delicious, delicious!!!!

This time I got a delicious spring roll with baby pangang, just as good as the previous dishes I got there.

The quality of the food is fine. Service is average. If you want to eat here, the atmosphere isn't right for sitting comfortably. Consequently, it is mainly takeout. But the quality is good and the portions are generous.

I had delicious food taken care of for my birthday. They called to check if they could deliver a little earlier than indicated, mentioning that the guests for my birthday wouldn't be arriving until a bit later. The order was delivered right on time, with a small birthday present including a homemade drawing and an extra snack!! I was completely surprised, it was very nice, and thank you for this!

The sushi is really the best in the region. The monthly menu was delicious too!! You always get something on the house with it. Always nice.

I can't rate the food because we (a group of four) never even got a chance to eat. We sat there for about ten minutes completely ignored, and even making eye contact with the owner and his four employees behind the counter didn't get us any attention. We told one of the employees we were leaving because we hadn't been served, but neither she nor the owner seemed to care. Besides, the place was uncomfortable and cold. We won't be back.

I gave them another chance because Kota Radja Hattem was closed, but once again they do not have the same quality, service, and atmosphere as Koto Radja in Hattem. Panda still gives an outdated impression just upon arrival; so it has been the same for years: little maintenance. I only eat vegetarian (Nasi, Gado Gado, Foe Yong Hai), but the differences with Hattem are still too great for me; therefore, I will not try the Panda in Heerde again.

The food is very bad, it's cold, they throw everything together, and then they even claim they've been doing it like that for 5 years. I always order 56 with tenderloin and vegetables, always get them separately, and now everything is just thrown into one bin. And then you call, and they also act very rude to me. We are never coming here again. So, in conclusion, a worthless restaurant and takeaway, and he is also very rude to their staff, yelling a bit at the girls, worthless owner.

I just have to call Tommy and within 20 seconds he knows exactly what I want, and when I arrive, the order is ready right away 97% of the time! The food is always delicious.

By special request, I ordered the Panda Spring Roll with Nasi instead of Bean Sprouts, including Bami Pangang. It was delicious; this dish was a real hit in the Heerde area! Friendly owner, fast service, delicious food. Top!

My best friend and I had a Chrispy box and salmon sushi on the side. It was delicious. It also arrived before the estimated time. It was super delicious everywhere.

The order was delivered 2 hours later than the agreed time. We called several times while waiting; after half an hour, we were told it was on its way. Then, an hour later, still nothing, so we called again. Suddenly, it hadn't left the kitchen yet. We also received a part of the order incorrectly.

Ordered food for delivery after being 45 minutes late. I called and they were supposedly on their way, and now 45 minutes later, they're still there. After calling, it turns out the food hasn't been out of the kitchen for an hour and 20 minutes, and they'll have to drive at least another 15 minutes before it arrives. So not only is it way too late, but it's also blatant lying. Update: After being exactly 2 hours late, the food has been delivered.

Great restaurant food very good

A year and a half ago, I ordered vegetarian noodles from Restaurant de Panda via Thuisbezorgd. I was required to select a side dish, which I also paid for. When my order wasn't delivered in full, I called the restaurant. They told me that the vegetarian noodles listed on Thuisbezorgd were incorrect and didn't include a side dish. I then sent the owner an email with screenshots of the Thuisbezorgd listing so he could have it corrected. I didn't receive any compensation for the side dish I paid for, which I hadn't received. Tonight, I had the same situation again. I ordered vegetarian noodles with a side dish of vegetarian nasi. This time, I paid €1.50 for the nasi, which wasn't delivered again. When I called back, I explained the situation. The owner said this wasn't the case, as if I would make it up. I told him I'd emailed him about this a year ago. He told me, "I won't argue with you about this," and hung up on me. I went to the restaurant because I hadn't been offered a solution. The gentleman wouldn't let me finish, even though I tried to explain to him, phone in hand, that I was required to choose a side dish. He kept repeating, "I'm not going to argue with you." When he mentioned the €1.50 charge, it was thrown at me. I told him I'd never order from Panda again.

We ordered food from here from Hattem. It arrived quickly and the food was absolutely delicious! We'd love to come back for dinner with the whole family, and we'll definitely keep ordering.

During Ascension weekend we were at the adjacent camping de Koerberg. Ordered and picked up for about 20 people. Everything was ready on time and the food was fine.

Ordered from Panda for the 2nd time yesterday! Our order was delivered promptly at the agreed time. And it was still very warm. We even received a bag of spring rolls from the house with our order, which was very thoughtful! They tasted delicious. The rest of our order also tasted very good. For dessert we ordered delicious mochis. These were packaged separately so that they stayed cold. We will definitely order again!

Unfortunately I have to add a negative review. I ordered a spring roll... repeatedly told I only wanted the spring roll without any extra stuff. I got my order and found out at home that it included a container of brown stuff...which I also paid for. I immediately called Panda and got on the phone with a very unpleasant man who told me that it was probably a misunderstanding and that "I should just eat it" because I couldn't return it... and he hung up the call. The Panda used to be quite good, the owner was friendly and reasonable, but nowadays you are snubbed as a customer while the fault is clearly their own... very bad! Update: Shortly after writing this review I was contacted by telephone by the seething restaurant owner; the "f*ck you's" were loud, he went completely crazy. Immediately afterwards I received threats via WhatsApp; If I posted a bad review again he would report it to the police. It didn't matter to him because he was busy enough...what a service.

Ordered food here on Boxing Day with pick-up time 5:00 PM. When I entered, I think the owner was quite stressed. I thought if only this would work out. At 5:05 PM the food arrived, packed by an extremely friendly girl with blonde hair. Food was hot and delicious.

Tried sushi for the first time today. We had a delicious meal for a very good price. Definitely worth repeating.

Normally I am very satisfied with Panda fusion restaurant. I usually go for takeout. But I thought I would just sit there and eat with a friend. On Sunday at 6:30 PM. I took the restaurant entrance, not the takeaway. All tables were empty except for 1, which had 4 people sitting there. Out of politeness, I asked the rhetorical question if they had a table for 2. The owner snapped "no, way too busy in the kitchen". For a moment I thought he meant that as a (misplaced) joke. But he immediately walked away. I asked a girl behind the bar if it was a joke. “I don't think so,” she said. It was a very unpleasant experience. No more Panda fusion for me for a while. Very unfortunate.

As usual, a delicious meal. Delivered on time by a friendly young guy. Also an extra from the house, which happens often. Also with the sushi, which was also good. Can't say anything else, keep it up

Super good food for an affordable price

Tried this place for the first time today. More food and cheaper than our regular Chinese. And tastes great. 5 stars.

Picked up food, a cheerful Mr. HU with 4 women around him, super fast service, and absolutely delicious food. It's because we are on a campsite close to here, otherwise we would go here every week. Nice atmosphere. Was expecting Chinese music but it wasn't... contemporary music. Ample parking.

Just not good. Ordered noodles. Looked like elastic bands. Almost choked on it. Wasn't warm at all either. Once and never again.

Picked up half portion of food. They are much too big for 1 person. Food is good.

Delivery, ordered via the app. It seems there are other chefs in the kitchen, it was never bad, but now tonight (07-09-2024) was the best yet. It was really good. Extra things "on the house" were much appreciated, the monthly menu (with chicken instead of pork) was very tasty. The sushi box monthly offer was also great!!! Delicious! One point: why not make an ajam pangang of chicken (thigh) fillet instead of all that chopped chicken with skin and cartilage pieces? For the rest: keep it up!

Unfortunately, after waiting more than 2 hours for my food, the order was not complete (of course with excuses as to why they were late), we called but no one answered... if you do not call the correct number, or not at all, then that is possible it would be difficult, I forgot something, that will come with the next order, the owner said... when I answered that I would like to have it now, since they have been paid for, the man became angry and said, last x that you ordered here.... This was indeed our last time ordering something here.....

Very salty, not edible and not a nice atmosphere

The food is always good, if you have an allergy, you can also let us know. They never make a fuss about it. Or else they will call to discuss. (Always order via the app). Even if they are a little late, you will be called politely. We always enjoy ordering from there.

Today we picked up a very tasty meal! Besides the fact that it was very tasty, we received a good suggestion for what would be tasty for the children. And then also prawn crackers and a small salad....I almost forgot to take one of the bags with me☺️

Fatty food and standard too late..

The quality of the food remains good and seems to be getting better. Unfortunately the delivery was not delivered, for the second time it was delivered more than an hour later than agreed. Some communication in the event of a delay is nice, especially if there are several of you waiting for the food.

Unfortunately we had to wait a very long time for the order for the second time. Delivered last time after 2.5 hours, now after 3.5 hours of waiting, it hasn't even left the door. While home delivery shows that it is on its way. I called earlier and it seemed to be on its way. Called again after 45 minutes and it turned out that it was not on its way at all. If you cannot handle the delivery, call the people so they can organize something else.

I called back to confirm that it had been ordered and was told that we had placed another order under the wrong name. Not our fault I guess. I indicated that they should just bring it now, but they weren't going to do that. I was later called back that we had a wrong order, what do they think there, we have nothing at all and that I didn't want anything more from them, they don't have that bad service, never going there again. Response to your answer, read it and learn Dutch well, you think that 2 fashion dolls are right and you want to know, but that's not how it happened, but you don't want to know that. It used to be good but now it's terrible. You are very customer friendly, the customer is king with you, I hope the place closes soon, no greetings from me.

We ordered at Christmas (Christmas Day) and our entire order was simply forgotten. We had ordered well in advance for half past six, it is now half past seven and there is no food yet... (the food has now arrived but everything has been forgotten)

Ik ken die restaurant alleen van afhaal dus over het restaurant zelf kan ik niks zeggen. Kwaliteit eten altijd erg goed. Altijd vers, goed op smaak en niet droog. Gewoon erg goed!!

Met 6 personen erg lekker gegeten en redelijk betaalbaar.

Voor het eerst sushi van de Panda besteld en die was echt bijzonder lekker. Heerlijk vers en goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Aanrader!!!

Kantonese rijsttafel voor 2 personen besteld, heerlijk.....superrrr. Ik woon in hattem en daar zit kota radja maar die kan bij lange na niet tippen aan de kantonese rijsttafel van de Panda!!!! Ja echt waar dat leest u goed!!!!!! Chapeau Tommy Hu en al uw medewerkers, groot compliment!!

Sinds sluiting van 1 van de chinees restaurants in Hattem, bij Panda besteld. Prima bevallen, zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Bezorging strak op tijd, eten was nog heet. Niks dan lof. We zullen nogmaals gaan bestellen hier.
