Absolutely recommended. From the moment we walked in, the cozy and warm atmosphere was immediately noticeable. The food itself was more than sufficient and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, with plenty of people on the floor, which ensured a relaxed pace and excellent service. The price-quality ratio was excellent. The food is good and tasty and the service is fine, but if you eat for almost 400 euros and there is no carafe of water on the table (only if you order a bottle of wine) that is of course no service.

What a positive experience! We enjoyed a delicious lunch on the beautiful terrace. Compliments to the beautiful planters, which almost make you sit among the flowers. The mustard soup, omelet, and brie sandwich were excellent. The two young ladies who served us were a breath of fresh air. They knew what they were talking about and were very helpful. They politely asked if we wanted a (short) break after the soup. Treat these gems with care! We don't live nearby, but we'll definitely try to come back.

The food was delicious. They also have an excellent wine list, and the portions are generous. The price-quality ratio is logical. The atmosphere inside is very cozy and inviting. They also sell a number of delicious liqueurs.

We had a wonderful meal and thoroughly enjoyed the three courses. The tasting menu looked great and tasted fantastic, with a nice variety of appetizers, all well-seasoned. For the main course, we had a schnitzel, served with delicious beans and carrots underneath and mushrooms and cheese on top. The side dishes were also delicious, especially the apple compote. Finally, we had a delicious Toblerone mousse, which was also beautifully presented. Furthermore, the service was excellent, friendly, and went above and beyond to please our guests!

This is the second time we've stopped here on one of our bike tours. Very friendly service, super fast service, and a relaxed atmosphere. If we're ever in Heerde again, we'll definitely come back. We came back on June 21, 2025, "with our bikes." We're always happy to come back. Top-notch service and a great location.

Price/quality ratio is not right. You notice that the quality of the food is not high, but you don't notice that in the prices. Brie sandwich was tasteless and was served cold. When they brought a new brie sandwich there were almost no pecans on it.

Tijdens het serveren van ons drankjes, (biertje en frisdrank), een wijnglas van de dienblad van de serveerster afgegleden en in duizend stukken gevallen op onze tafel en op de grond. “ Ik dacht het al” was haar reactie. In het vervolg was ze ook erg onklantvriendelijk , we zaten onder de glas en wijnrestjes maar geen excuus of wat dan ook aangeboden. We voelden ons erg opgelaten door het personeel. We komen hier nooit meer terug.

We eat here very often and enjoy it. Staff always very friendly. Food tasty, but vegetarian options could be a bit more creative. What I do find annoying, and somewhat inhospitable, is that it is almost impossible to just get a bottle of tap water with dinner. While we just order wine and beer, and are now regular customers.

Fine, but not very surprising. Standard chicken satay, burger and steak. However, you can simply order extra bicycle or lettuce at no extra cost and you will receive a liqueur to taste with your coffee. Good atmosphere, pleasant and good service.

The food was of mediocre quality yesterday. We have had better and tastier food there in the past. Chicken satay was a bit dry, which also applied to the Arretjes cake at Petit grand dessert. And the chicory leaves with a Carpaccio were also not really appreciated. (But that may be personal preference) Service does its best, but asking very often whether everything is to your liking (while we were really talking) was a bit too much. In addition, the map has largely remained the same for a long time and could use some updating. All in all an okay experience, but less so compared to the past.

Dined here with a large group (14 people) with a mix of starters, main courses and deserts. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food was served as requested. All of the dishes were delicious with generous portions. To finish off the meal, a selection of liqueurs were delivered to the table for some free sampling.

The decoration and care is excellent in everything Very spacious terrace, screened with flower boxes and parasols, and it is wonderful to relax there. W.C.' s are fresh and clean. Menu and drinks are fine. It is predominantly an older crowd when we were there. Nothing wrong with that, hence the quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended for lunch, coffee or drinks.

The best place in Heerde for a good lunch! Has atmosphere, good food, good choice, good prices and friendly service. You can sit comfortably both inside and outside. As an extra service they deliver free bitterballen.

It was okay. The welcome was not really friendly and could have been much warmer. That's a missed opportunity. It took a long time for our food order to be taken. The hostess who helped us was very friendly and interested. The portions are very large, so a lot of it is thrown away. We had the truffle fries, nachos and trio of meats. The truffle fries had a lot of ital in them. herbs this is a combination that dominates the taste of the truffle. The nachos were fine, but a very large portion as a starter. The meat was not really seasoned and therefore a bit bland. The vegetables were tasty.

The food is really tasty and it's a lovely place to sit. I think it is the most beautiful place in Heerde. The downside in my opinion is the service, when we sit there in the evening we regularly feel looked away or "hurried", it has happened a number of times that we were not even allowed to finish our drink because the restaurant wanted to close (on Saturday already at 10:30 PM). I also regularly hear the staff gossiping loudly in the shop and it is sometimes difficult to get their attention.

Recently drank 2 cups of coffee (latte) and 2 apple pastries, well apple cookies, it was more like. There was no card on the table with the prices. Only 17,-!! That doesn't matter anymore, does it? Furthermore, it all looks good, but the price-quality ratio is below par.
