I've been waiting two hours for my order, still not delivered. Shameful.

Kapsalons were doused in ketjap, so the fries were barely out of the water bath, making them a mushy mess. Not recommended.

A disgusting mess. No vegetables at all with the kapsalon I ordered, and you pay 13 euros for it. The fries were so wet, they looked like they came from a swimming pool. Don't order!!

Had to wait 2 hours for our delivery and it was lukewarm when it arrived. Too bad

After an hour of calling to ask where the order was, they said they hadn't received it correctly. An hour and a half later, we finally received our food. We'd ordered a pepperoni pizza, but we'd received a completely different pizza, which was also cold.

They made a mistake, but they resolved it perfectly! Friendly people and great service!

We received the pizzas an hour later than planned. They tasted like a sponge, were cold, and the crust tasted like cardboard. The meat was minimally priced and okay, but the quality left nothing to be desired. A sad situation; don't buy anything here. (It took a very long time.) It's a shame, normally it's fine for a rural village. This is my first time writing a review, what a mess! Ugh!

Ordered twice (always give a second chance) The first time, the pizza arrived late and was already lukewarm when I received it. The second time, I wanted to try again to give it another chance, because mistakes happen. But unfortunately, I received the wrong pizza. I called them about it, and they first tried to convince me to keep the wrong pizza and eat it, so I could get the correct pizza for free another time. I then still had to wait an hour for the correct pizza to be delivered. Fortunately, it was delivered hot, and I have no complaints about the taste. Unfortunately, I won't be recommending this anytime soon.

The time they've given seems to be an estimated time for them to get their act together, and judging by their observations, they don't seem to be in a rush to get going. The food is greasy and dripping, and it's cold. I don't recommend it and I will never order from them again, and I strongly advise everyone against it. It's also difficult for the staff to answer the phone.

They didn't deliver the order, spoke rudely and didn't give the money back! Give me my money back for the order that wasn't delivered!!!

I had indicated that I was standing in a parking lot. Where they could enter through the gates for no money. But the man did not think so and said that he could not enter. And we had a beach as an address but unfortunately no forks with it With a 1 hour and 10 minute wait with grumpy phone calls And a bare hair salon I say this is a crime for the name hair salon I do not recommend this to anyone only if you have no taste.

Waited 3 hours for my food in the meantime called 15 times. Never answered so I drove there they said it was on its way now, so I drive home 45 minutes later it arrives I was already home for a while. Food stone cold edge of the pizza was like rubber. The kapsalon was also stone cold fries were almost rotten. Annoying business never order. Have no compassion pull big mouths. So I warn everyone never to get food here.

Kebab sandwich large was so little for €10 I am sure this was a small sandwich and that was already too little. There were also no vegetables with it. And there was also little taste. Bag of potatoes for €4 these were +/- 10 pieces what you got. Also for a small bag of mayo you paid €1. Unfriendly staff. For €30 2 persons I will not recommend this cafe to anyone.

I recently had dinner at Cleopatra's, when I enter they welcome me as if I were the king. Sauce always free and friendly staff. Pizza also always fresh and delicious food. Highly recommended.

Pizza with extra and a snack menu with 2 croquettes, fries and salad ordered via Take away/home delivery. Total €21.50. After an hour and a half and calling twice, it was finally delivered to my home. Pizza: limp and cold. Fries limp and cold. Croquettes limp and cold. Salad is not included. Are you thinking of taking it easy on Saturday evening in Heerde... Cleopatra, save your money and your effort. Not value for money.

I’ve had the chance to eat at Cleopatra twice—once dining in and another time ordering delivery. At the restaurant, I tried the shawarma pizza, and for delivery, I went with the tuna pizza. Both were quite good and met my expectations. Cleopatra seems like a solid option for fast food in Heerde, especially since there don’t seem to be many alternatives in the area. The average price for a pizza and a soda is around 13 EUR, which I think is reasonable. A good choice for a quick meal!

I have been ordering here at Christmas for years and it has always been very tasty. Now ordered at a different time. Initially the intention was to have it delivered, but after reading the reviews I decided to pick it up. This meant we only had to wait half an hour. The quantities were large, but unfortunately the quality has deteriorated. The spareribs were not tender and too hard. There was too much seasoning on the fries.

Ordered from Cleopatra for the last time tonight. In the summer we ate in the restaurant, dishes without salad and sandwich (it was on the menu), after asking we received 1 sandwich (for 2 dishes) but this was not very pleasant. It can happen of course, everyone has a bad mood sometimes. Later I ordered food and there was a piece of metal in the shawarma. I called about it and got an apology.... It can happen. Ordered again tonight, 3 dishes. Again no salad and no sandwiches (only meat and fries) but we spent more than 30 euros. For us it ends here now.

Echt lekkere pizza margerita vooral met extra kruiden. De sfeer is hier dorps echt top!!

Gewoon lekkere gerechten, heerlijke shoarma, de pizza cleopatra is een aanrader.

Bezorging op woensdagavond zoals aangegeven en vriendelijk. Eten (chickenwings met patat) was heet en prima op smaak. Klein minpuntje: het gerecht "meloen met ham" blijkt uit veel ijsbergsla met dressing en twee stukken meloen en schouder- of achterham te bestaan. Volgens mij hoort dit Parmaham of serranoham te zijn. Deze combi smaakt niet lekker, en is niet zoals de beschrijving op de menukaart weergeeft. Hoop dat dit aangepast wordt. Dan bestel ik zeker nog eens.
