Today I had a chicken BBQ sandwich with fresh orange juice. It was noticeable that the shelves were a bit empty. I asked if they could make me a sandwich, but where there was still a roll, they couldn't make one. So if you wanted a brown roll instead of the white one, that was it, and they couldn't make a new one, even though the store was quiet. Otherwise, the sandwich tasted fine, and the price-quality ratio was okay. Not ridiculously priced, but the service could be better.

Very friendly staff, further a backwerk as you expect it. At all backwerk I miss vegan options or at least without milk.

It had been a while since we had been here...completely different experience. N unsociable atmosphere and the hygiene was far from good. Empty shelves and no replenishment within the 30 minutes that we were here. Cleaning is done with gloves on but with the same gloves they also warm up sandwiches after paying. Unfortunately for us no next time

Disappointing experience at Backwerk Dordrecht, stay far away from this place if you care about hygiene. Today around 12:30 we went to Backwerk Dordrecht, but this was a huge disappointment. The hygiene in the store leaves much to be desired and the staff is downright unfriendly. My husband was quietly eating when suddenly water from the ceiling started dripping onto his head. This turned out to be a structural problem, because the floor under the drops was already completely worn out. Despite this problem, there was a table and chair in that spot. When he reported this to the staff, he received an irritated response: "What should we do about it?" instead of a solution or any customer service. As if that wasn't bad enough, my cream cheese sandwich was completely spoiled. The cream cheese tasted extremely sour and made me nauseous for the rest of the day. This establishment has changed from a neat and hospitable place to a dirty, poorly maintained place with disinterested staff. We will never come back here again! 🚫 Not recommended.

Company outing in Dordrecht where we ordered lunch in advance (by email) for 40 colleagues. Very nice service from manager Grace, who took the initiative and provided all the lunch bags with names and contents when they were picked up on Saturday. Excellent!

This afternoon I planned to have something delicious to eat at Backwerk. Unfortunately, plans turned out differently than expected. When I grabbed a chocolate twister, 20 small flies emerged from the twisters. Thought it might be the chocolate or something that attracted them. Unfortunately, this was the same case with the chocolate rolls and croissants. Not very tasty and not the quality I am used to. It may be useful to take measures here.

Heel matige kwaliteit voor een te hoge prijs. Broodje kaas was doorweekt met een super vette saus. Vegan broodje avocado met salsa was helemaal zacht van het vocht (te lang gelegen dus). Gewoon het geld niet waard dus. Beter doorlopen naar een zaakje die de broodjes vers voor je belegd. Edit 9-7-2023: Na bovenstaande review heeft BackWerk me een waardebon van €25 gegeven. Die heb ik zondag gebruikt voor een lunch met mijn vrouw. Vega champignonsoep, een broodje ommelet, broodje hummus, tomatensoep en 2 aardbei mango smoothies. Dit was zeker veel beter en erg netjes opgelost door BackWerk! Van 1 naar 4 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Eten vind ik wat prijzig vooral omdat de zaak zelf heel rommelig en plakkerig was en de wc erg vies.

Goede plek om een snelle koffie te scoren. Prijs kwaliteit is in verhouding; geen handgemaakte cappuccino maar wel vers en leuk voor zo'n prijsje!
