Bad place 99 percent lettuce cucumber and other junk 1 percent meat I wish I hadn't gone

This afternoon a friend and I wanted to order food. We saw 4.3 stars on home delivery so we thought we were in the right place for our order. Nothing turned out to be further from the truth. The order would be delivered within 19 minutes. Finally, an hour after the order was placed, we called the company where a man answered the phone. He indicated that he does not do delivery? My girlfriend rightly indicated that we had clearly indicated this when ordering. He spoke poor Dutch, which made it difficult to communicate clearly. eventually a number was given to call and they hung up. Called the other phone number. This was answered by a young man who did not understand why he was being called and eventually hung up the line in the middle of the conversation. 2 minutes later the order was suddenly canceled and we received nothing. Unfortunately, very poor service and Google reviews show that we are not the only ones. It's a shame that customers are treated this way, not good service.

Incredibly bad service. Ordered food for 30 euros+ and never received it. Called several times and the gentleman just hangs up. Do not order here

Received the wrong order, called but was told sorry and hung up. Paid €30.00 and did not receive the order we had placed. These people are really very rude and stupid. They also throw fried fries back into the fryer for a second time without shame. These people shouldn't be selling food!

The food was tasty but a bit too much sauce and not enough lettuce, the man was not very cheerful and when I came in I had to wait a few minutes before anyone came into the shop even though it was completely empty.

Food is always delicious, but today the place smelled like shit. (As if someone had done errand 2 with the door open!) Ruin your appetite while ordering.....

Ask for the Kapsalon Kalf or Durum Kalf with extra cheese.. i have similar stores closer but we prefer this one because of the taste.
