A sandwich was delivered well after its sell-by date. I mentioned this at checkout, and the response I got was "that's OK." Couldn't you just say thank you, say you'll look into it, or briefly explain if the expiration date isn't important? On the platform, I noticed a second sticker had been placed on my sandwich to hide the old expiration date... which I don't appreciate. Besides, many sandwiches were sold out, and the employee wasn't busy and was wandering around to kill time. The visit was on November 17, 2025, around 2:50 PM.

Unfriendly staff. There's a large sign on the shelves saying they're happy to warm your sandwich at the checkout, but when you ask, you're told they don't do that there.

The black liquid they offer shouldn't be called coffee. Not to mention the price, which is simply shamefully high for this quality!

The worst coffee in the world! I asked for regular, normal coffee. I got a bucket (400 ml) of slop or dirty water, whichever you prefer. It's terrible! When I asked for ice or some cold milk to dilute the mess, they offered me ice from the display case. Incidentally, the brochure I used to order the coffee depicted it as a cappuccino.

A very neat and well-maintained sandwich shop. A variety of juices and hot drinks are also freshly prepared by the friendly and efficient staff. I had a baguette with tuna salad and a small cappuccino for just over 8 euros. Excellent value for money, and I'd happily come here again for a fresh sandwich.

Super friendly staff, the gentleman who makes the sandwiches has a great sense of humor! Very well-maintained location, wide selection.

Nice variety of bakery products. Bought enough for a nice breakfast. Sadly not open on Saturdays and Sundays. Eady assess for everyone. Well worth a visit.

Lunchtime, a lot of sandwich shopping goes wrong. By 12:15 pm, the shelves are often empty. Several offices around and in the station come to get lunch, and it's always empty or there's a limited selection. If you ask, you get groans, but what's most striking is that people don't ask but walk away to Albert Heijn, Kiosk, or Julia's.
