Avoid!!! Tasteless and overpriced. I looked forward to visiting a good bakery on my last day, so my disappointment was even greater. I wish I had looked at google reviews beforehand - lesson learned.

Very expensive, €23 for a waffle and a decidedly industrial Donald. Prices not displayed. An unpleasant surprise. Definitely unfair and very expensive.

We had a ready-made waffle measuring 8 x 8 cm, three pieces of pancakes, and a large bubble tea. The young man was friendly and said it was his first day but he had to do everything by himself. The first bubble tea was a failure and tasted like nothing, and the second had a thick syrup flavor. When we had to pay, we were shocked because we had to pay no less than 35 euros. The waffle cost 15 euros... which wasn't stated. The plain waffle costs 6.75 and we saw afterwards that there were 3 toppings on it... so it should have cost 11 euros. The employee couldn't explain how the price was structured and said... the cash register says so! Dear people... don't go here, you will indeed be ripped off... just read all the reviews on TripAdvisor... there are 56 posted there, 54 of which have a very bad 1-star review... and there is a video floating around on the internet showing mice running in the shop window at night.

The staff member was very irresponsible. We ordered a slice of cake and two fruit teas and paid €30. He said he would bring the drinks over when they were ready. After waiting for 20 minutes, we went to ask about them, and he said he had forgotten. Then he tried to charge us again. I told him we had already paid, but he insisted we hadn’t. He only changed his story after I showed him the receipt.

Two cappuccinos and two chocolate croissants for €32. Prices weren't posted, but we didn't ask since we'd had other breakfasts around the city. A rip-off! Definitely avoid!

I went there to charge my phone and get a coffee in the meantime. There was no menu for the coffee but I assumed it wouldn’t be too expensive. I ordered the coffee and they told me they would bring it to me and didn’t ask me to pay which was a bit unusual.. I got the coffee and asked if I could pay. They charged me 8.50 € for the iced latte. I understand why they don’t ask customers to pay before they get the item because most people would just leave. So just as a caution ask for the price beforehand because you will most likely be insanely over charged. Ngl I feel very scammed and I should have asked the price beforehand, and that’s probably why they don’t have the menus for the overcharged things. Not a good place tbh

Made the mistake of ordering before asking the price. €16.50 for a fancy waffle. If I'd checked reviews beforehand, I wouldn't have made that mistake.

The displays are rather empty, which is a real shame and limits the choices. However, the lack of options is compensated for by a very warm welcome.

Very bad place, the prices is ridiculously expensive, the taste is absolutely horrible, the cheesecake butter seems like it has been used for fish frying and the cheese was so dry, when I made a note the lady said oh it must be the fridge!!, the crêpe barely had chocolate saus in it and the toppings are dry and old, the criassont is not fresh at all and only those cost 45euro!!! The place is felthy, the toilet is so dirty (no flushing) Don't recommend at all.

We had to go in somewhere for rain and needs of the baby. I ordered crepe. Strawberry was old and uncolorful. Crepe didnt taste fresh. Even nutella couldnt hide the taste. The buble tea was tastless. I have paid 20 euro to keep it out of rain and for my stomach to feel nauseus after seeing the picture with the rat. I hope it will close soon. Unfortunetely I have look into the comments after I ordered.

Went there with coworkers to get milkshakes. They were so bad we all tossed them. Then we looked at the reviews and realized our mistake. 😂 Don't go there. An average of 1.9 stars means they probably know there's a problem, and they must not care - because they don't need repeat customers to stay in business, they can just keep ripping off new tourists all the time.

Cashier named Nasser was nice and friendly, Strawberry cup was 10/10

The café wasn't particularly clean either. The croissant tasted stale and not at all fresh. They even asked beforehand if I wanted it microwaved, which says it all. It's really delicious. Expensive, but delicious. The friendly saleswoman warmed up the Belgian waffle with a generous layer of pistachio chocolate for us, and it was sooo good!

Doss not even deserve a 1 star. Me and friends went in as the display of the products were very tempting but when we tried them it is the worst ever. Wafle i had probably stayed from 2.days ago. And it cost me 16 euros with a small cup of Americano. It would not worth even 1 euro, it was so teriible. Myfriends also made similar comments.

Één ster is nog teveel voor deze afzetterij. 2 croissantjes en 2 koffie: 28 euro!! ( croissantjes met chocolade, dat dan wel😉🤢) Koffie gloeiend heet slootwater. Niet drinkbaar Cappuccino is slootwater met een beetje melk ( geen schuim) Gore tafeltjes. Afzetterij. Blijf weg hier!!

Definitely do not recommend. Stay away from this place. We got the bubble tea for 7.75€ and the tapioca were all stuck together in one block so it was undrinkable. We also got an oreo waffle for 13.50€ for average quality which you can find elsewhere. Tax isn’t included in a price, so the final price is even more expensive.

Deplorable place!! We ordered some muffins (€6 each muffin), waffle (€12), 2 coffees with milk, 1 coffee and 2 croissants, arrogant and cocky staff. I hope everyone reads the reviews (which we haven't😓) and digs into their M. Waffles. An armed robbery.

Worst bubble tea i ever had. The tapioca was bad..it was totally dissolved. The drink it self i don’t know what it’s suppose to be, but it was bad like awful. This is the first time i leave a review. We had a deplorable experience at this location. Although the appearance is quite appetizing, they charged us €12 for a waffle with chocolate, the waiters were very rude, with curt answers and bad manners. They didn't let us sit down to eat because they said they had to clean. Lastly the waffle was not even worth the money we paid. I don't recommend it at all.

Leider haben wir die Bewertungen zu spät gesehen… Von außen nett, von innen absolute Katastrophe. Wir haben 15,50€ für eine belgische Waffel mit Schokolade und Oreo bezahlt, die man genau so auch in einem Supermarkt kaufen kann. Dazu haben wir Pappteller und Plastikbesteck bekommen. Geschmeckt hat sie ebenfalls wie eine fertig Waffel. Absolut überteuert und dazu noch unfreundlich! Frechheit.

The chocolate was so sweet that it was impossible to drink it, the music at the entrance is very loud. The bathroom part is somewhat messy.

We ordered coffee and while waiting our coffees; the cafe bartender kept recieving orders from other customers and made their coffees first. I mean like 10+ people 😱 Then I interrapted him and said like we ordered like 20-30 minutes ago. And we were sitting in front of him...Then he made our coffess. Even with that very good coffee machine he managed to make coffees really bad. I literally drank milk as a coffee and couldn't even drink it and threw it away. Worst experience....

The service is really awful. I ordered one bubble tea, first there was the flavor I wanted, okay, I ordered another one. I wanted a middle cup but the two young ladies who worked today (21.12) didn’t ask me and said I only could order a large cup. And then I wanted to sit there, all the tables were free, but they say that with only one drink I couldn’t sit inside, I need to buy food. And it wasn’t written anywhere about that. And then I said I don’t want anything, they tried to threaten me saying they would put me on TikTok. If they do that, I will call police.

I had a terrible experience at this café. The service was absolutely awful. When we tried to order, the young lady working there kept saying that everything we asked for was unavailable. When we asked her what was available, her response was, “I don’t know, ask me,” which came off as rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the food was overpriced and disappointing. I paid 8€ for a donut that was as hard as a rock—not remotely fresh or enjoyable. To make matters worse, the staff member insulted us, adding to an already bad experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. The service is terrible. We were attended by two girls that seemed like not having any interest to selling at all. They also turned up the background music really loud while we were eating and that was annoying. Secondly, I’d say we were scammed since they charged us almost 17 euros for one waffle. The menu screen shows some prices but they definitely don’t warn you that they charge every topping separately. Even after realizing that they charge toppings separately, the math didn’t add up to 17 euros. And when we asked why we were being charged so much for just one waffle, the girls wouldn’t give a reasonable reason, which was very weird and unprofessional. Anyway, don’t buy here!!

You can't see the price they type in, they don't show you the card payment machine and just want you to tap on and prices are not stated anywhere. when you ask for a price their English is not well enough and it's so loud that you can't hear. stupidly i want stubborn enough to ask more questions or be suspicious

And i orded that one with tapioca. After i paid the guy that make those told me they run out of tapioca…he offered me the refund which i take. He is the reason why i give 2 stars… for the girl -5.
