Nice, nostalgic-looking little bakery; it was busy the few times I was there, that says enough. A nice cup of coffee with something sweet on the side.

Traditional bakery selling local products! It was super full but the ladies behind the desk were still friendly and calm and helpful! Tasty food and affordable place with nicely located bakery with big garden! Highly recommend if in the Burgh- Haamstede, especially as biking refuel stop!

At this bakery, it is possible to have a drink and eat something tasty from the baker. There is a small space to do so. It feels just like an old-fashioned living room and the treats are delicious! Had a pastry because it was my husband's birthday. And of course, took some boluses with us. As always when we are in the neighborhood... Surprise: the lady who served the coffee recognized us from Hellevoetsluis. Extra special!

Authentic bakery with Zeeland delicacies and other delicious pastries and cookies. Bread is also available, of course. The butter cake with almond paste filling is highly recommended. Feel free to drive a bit further for this one. It's more than worth it!

Bij onze zoon en schoondochter die heel vaak in Burgh Haamstede zijn kregen we bij de lunch een brood van In de Soete Suikerbol en ik vond dit brood het lekkerste dat ik ooit gegeten had. Natuurlijk daar naartoe gegaan toen wij verleden week in Zeeland waren. Het brood heet Speltkoren en er zit onder andere zonnebloempitten en sesamzaadjes in. Niet goedkoop maar onstellend lekker (vind ik). En je schrikt wel als je het aanneemt omdat het behoorlijk zwaar weegt. Verder hebben we nog een mix van lekkere koekjes gekocht. Volgende keer dus hier weer de Speltkoren kopen. Het is wel vaak uitverkocht, maar je kunt het vantevoren bestellen.

The rolls were a bit hard, the cinnamon rolls were a matter of taste, and the service was very friendly. We preferred the bakery a few meters away. But we would come back if the other one wasn't open.

An almost museum-like bakery. Nice authentic place with the opportunity to eat something on site. I was there at the end of October and, in addition to a delicious bolus, I also brought some Sinterklaas treats. Gingerbread nuts as you unfortunately rarely see them anymore. And very tasty brisket.

We came across this little bakery by chance and immediately fell in love. Very nicely decorated and the service was really friendly. We tried different particles - everything was absolutely delicious! The "appelbol" was particularly delicious: a whole peeled apple with cinnamon filling and covered in puff pastry. Sooo delicious! We took 2 more home with us :) If we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back :)

Small and very fine bakery. Everything is very good. In addition to the typically Dutch soft breads, there are also firmer ones, all of which are of very good quality. Cakes and pastries are super delicious. Tip: try the prophet bread. Is a sweet specialty.

Business with nice selection and small lunchroom. The service there is far below par. The saleswoman helped a customer in the store, and continued to do so with new customers who came after us without any explanation or action in our direction. We left again.

Geen bezoek aan Zeeland zonder bolussen mee te nemen naar huis. Op maandag helaas niet veel bakkers open, maar wel de Soete Suikerbol. Recenties waren goed, maar niet voor onze bolussen... Ze waren droog, kleiner dan gewend en leken zeker niet vers, eerder oud!! Maar dat merkten we thuis pas.....200 km verderop. Wat een deceptie!!!

Leuke authentieke bakkerij waar ambacht voorop staat. Vriendelijke eigenaresse met hart voor de zaak en haar klanten.

Eine total süße Bäckerei, sehr lecker Sachen. Leider gab es keine Zimt Bollen und mittags um 12 auch kaum herzhafte Sachen. Ansonsten sehr lecker, das Knäckebrot war mit richtig leckerem Käse bestreut. Auch eine sehr nette Dame, die uns begleitet hat! Einen Einkauf wert!!!

Beste bakker van Nederland staat op de ring van Burgh. Met ook nog eens fantastisch personeel. En dan zijn er nog de oliebollen....goddelijk.
