Retarded expensive baker for bread at least, namely 4.20 euros for a standard "Heel Dubbel Donker" bread. This bread was no better than any other baker, but very heavily overpriced.

I’ve spent six years living in France, surrounded by real bakeries — places where bread and pastries are treated with a bit of respect. So imagine my surprise when I stumbled upon this establishment, which appears to be a bakery in name only. The goods on offer are bafflingly bad — as if someone read about baking once and decided to give it a go without any further research. Frankly, the supermarket down the road does a better job, and that’s saying something. If nothing else, this place is a remarkable exercise in how low the bar for “freshly baked” can apparently go.

My boyfriend bought breakfast today in this bakery. Pastry wasn’t fresh, it was tasteless, feta with spinach ‚croissant‘ was watery and disgusting, cheese ‚croissant‘ was dry but fat at the same time. I couldn’t even finish it.

What nice, sweet people at bakery Renzema on the Van der Hooplaan in Amstelveen. On New Year's Eve, my car broke down in front of their door and I was forced to wait four hours in the freezing cold for the ANWB (2 x) and eventually the recovery vehicle. When I arrived at their doughnut stall after a few hours to buy a doughnut and an apple turnover, I was not allowed to pay "because you are already so unlucky". When one of the employees went home an hour later, she insisted on giving me coffee first "because it is so cold". With such nice employees and such delicious products, you do not have to worry about the turnover for the new year. Many a fellow shopkeeper may be jealous of such dedicated staff.

What a beautiful thing! And super friendly lady behind the counter. Helpful, kind and most importantly beautiful products. Just too late to take a photo, but what a delicious cheese onion sandwich and cheese stick. All the bread looked delicious too!

I was buying the bread for a long time there and then I saw the ingredients list on their website and was shocked to find out that a lot of E-additives were being used (not the good ones). I didn't expect it from the small bakery, would definitely not buy their bread any more.
