I ordered a sandwich, but they gave it to someone else, and I had to choose something else. I ended up paying too much for it. I go to Bakker Bart several times, and they're always rude. I also find it unhygienic that they touch everything with their bare hands.

Seriously, how hard is it to serve a sausage roll and a croquette roll warm and crispy? Bart, you're seriously unworthy of the title "Baker"!

This afternoon, I had a sandwich with a friend upstairs at Bart's bakery. To our dismay, mice were crawling under the tables. Not surprising, really, when you look around and see all the food scraps on the floor. The mice can eat their fill there. When we mentioned it to the lady behind the counter, she said, "Yes, I know 😳 Very unsanitary! This place needs a thorough cleaning and some pest control!"

Delicious sandwiches with plenty of filling, and the service is also good. However, I did find a bit of hygiene lacking. The women behind the counter handle everything with their bare hands, like placing or taking sandwiches from the display case. That doesn't exactly make me feel clean.

Cold coffee that was spilled so half empty no sauce on the sandwiches expensive but few cold cuts no truffle mayo etc in other words skip this store

This is by far the best Bakker Bart I have ever been to. Not only entirely, but completely due to the best service I have ever experienced. What always stands out in this branch; the chaos behind the cramped counter. Many younger employees who are moderately or not supervised and do not see the work. The sandwiches are fine and well filled. Unfortunately, sandwiches have become extremely expensive in recent times. It is much cheaper at various competitors.

Ordered a sandwich from Iris, very helpful and tasted very good. Minus point, the stairs to the top are very narrow and very steep.

Food and drinks are fine, but many pigeons and crows come to the terrace. That was less.

The food, service and atmosphere are excellent, but unfortunately you have a mouse problem in the attic and that is a shame because you could always sit comfortably there.

Cappuccino with a filet American sandwich Cappuccino not recommended doesn't seem like it. Filet American sandwich with enough fillet on it, but I don't understand why you have to pay extra €0.50 for an egg!! and a little iceberg lettuce Finish the sandwich with some egg and cucumber.

Bart's concept remains fine. The staff at this location was also friendly and helpful and they were helped promptly. And a great sandwich!

Coffee was perfect, frikandel rolls looked like sponges. No plates, just a few napkins dripping with grease on a tray. A real shame. Next time we'll try a different place to eat.

Very, very friendly staff, absolutely delicious offerings in the store. We sat on the first floor and food was served to us - bread and rolls were taken with us. We would be happy to come back soon, many thanks to the nice staff!

Enjoy a delicious cappuccino with a delicious piece of cake, or even a pastry. So delicious, partly based on the well-known "arretjes" cake as grandmas used to make it at home. A beautiful location, and super friendly service, also in the store itself.

We arrived early in the city and had planned breakfast at Bart's. A nice lady helped us and the breakfast was fine. Sitting outside in the sun, in a waking city, is very pleasant.

Often good but last time it was limited to almost everything.. When asked can I help you, I gave up a sandwich and the saleswoman said "that's gone" the next filling was gone and when the third was finished I said tell me what is there.. I can then order specifically.

Very beautiful city, superrr, only at baker Bart I found it very annoying!! I didn't know that we had to go up the steep stairs, because I had to go back down anyway.

The food is tasty and not too expensive, but almost an hour before the closing time stated here you are told that the seats are not available for paying customers. Very bad service, next time I'll go somewhere else... Edit: contacted as requested, never heard anything again...

There is no possibility to sit downstairs. You have to go up an annoying staircase. Fortunately, your order will be brought upstairs. It's just a pity that the order was not executed properly.... because we had already been waiting for 20 minutes, we left it that way.

Sandwiches are delicious. I must say that I think it is expensive. You really spend 6 euros for a sandwich.

You no longer get a second cup for free with your own owner being able to decide everything yourself, which is a pity.

Super bad thing, big food poisoning from the pauper food, don't go here, it's not recommended, you can find much better places in Zwolle!

I just wanted to buy a cheese stick for our daughter, but I see a mouse walking through the display case. Reported this to the employee, we just left the cheese stick for the mouse.

We waited an hour for our sandwiches, had already paid and we heard that some products had run out, so we got our money back, and it was unhygienic!

Got oatmeal nut stems, tasted dry, soft (you expect crispy on the outside, soft on the inside), tasted like it had been on the counter for a few days, a bit of a shame. From now on ah :)

Have it delivered. So don't do that! Ordered with company, but about 8 euros per sandwich and then almost no toppings. As if you are eating dry bread for 8 euros. Something every colleague experienced in this way. So no longer bakery Bart for us.

Ordered coffee with a bosch bun at half past 12 and to my surprise, it was still half frozen. I did have a different size, which I was not used to at baker Bart. This is really a big minus point

It was busy but I was helped quickly. Unfortunately, my brie sandwich was cut in such a way that a lot of the brie had leaked out and was stuck to the paper.

Great sandwich shop. Sandwiches are well filled and tasty. It's just a shame that despite specifically asking for a nut-free sandwich, the bag contained seeds and kernels and a sandwich with pumpkin seeds. Can be very bad with an allergy....

Delicious sandwiches for a low price

Cinnamon rolls were tasty, but my frikandel sandwich for €2.50 was mediocre and there was no sauce in it.

Excellent bakery/deli. Prices seem to have risen significantly recently and the toppings on the sandwiches seem to be less. 6 euros for a healthy bulb is quite expensive.

When I asked about this, Bakker Bart provided excellent information about the ingredients of the sandwiches he had selected. And, not unimportantly, they were delicious sandwiches!

Friendly and customer-oriented. Lots of choice in bread and they also make delicious snacks and fresh sandwiches. Personally, I prefer not to sit on their "terrace" because it can often be quite busy there, especially with people walking by. Their bread costs almost the same as in the supermarket, but is of better quality and has more flavor. Can't wait to see what they can offer me for Sunday breakfast.

I ordered a pulled pork panini. For 5 euros I thought it didn't contain enough pulled pork. Nice sandwich and nice staff.

Great place, just a shame that (normal) dogs were allowed in. Not very useful in terms of hygiene.
