Bakker Blom in Wijk 51 Ittersum

Same mistake again...I ordered a croissant with cheese, got home, and unpacked it...there was no cheese in the croissants. This is the second time this has happened to me. If they're not interested in providing good service, close that place down...

Great bakery, but as soon as I see the lady (probably a manager or something) behind the counter, I don't feel like going in. She doesn't say "hi" and seems to be consistently having a bad day.

I picked up some tompouces this morning for King's Day. They were already in a plastic box. I asked the saleswoman if they were fresh, as I had my doubts. She confirmed that they were. Once served with coffee, the puff pastry turned out to be limp and tasteless, like wet cardboard. I threw them away. I called the bakery about it. The saleswoman said she would pass it on to the baker. Nothing further. In the meantime (April 28), I have been called by the bakery manager. I am getting my money back. I also received an email from Baker Blom with apologies and an explanation that I may have received the first batch of the pastries. He is offering me a voucher. I find this particularly sporting and appreciate the gesture. So, ultimately, praise for the baker!

Great bakery with tasty treats. It would be useful to adjust the closing times here. They close at 17:00, not at 17:30.

Good products, but the owner is unfortunately unfriendly and disrespectful. That doesn't make me want to order anything else. Next time, I'll get something from Multivlaai.

Had an unpleasant experience, despite the fact that they are great products. Nice store, neat. However, the two ladies standing there did not. No greeting from either, I came to pick up a filled bag from informal care, gave the receipt, said good morning myself, she just said, I'll grab it. Comes back, hands over the bag, just continues cutting bread, nothing, have fun, goodbye, nothing, so I say yes, thanks, have a nice day.... That's how it should be. I don't think you are a friendly employee, she looks at me... Just nothing. I'm petrified about it. I work in a shop myself, which is a shame.
