Bakker Jongejans in Diemen Centrum

The bread is perfect. But what a price! 4.90 for a loaf.

I've been getting the cinnamon crackers here for a while now, always been a fan. Only to my regret I notice that when these are out of date the date stickers are taken off and they are sold for the same price.

Just bought the Krakelingen. I've bought them before and they're usually very good. Once before, they weren't fresh and were therefore soft, and I thought, "That's a possibility." :( Unfortunately, today they're not as they should be! Too bad.

Got different types of sandwiches this morning, really enjoyed them! Good service from the lady behind the counter! The atmosphere of the store is very cozy.

This morning I had a visit, 2 forest fruits and 2 strawberry curd pieces, dry and old, this really can't be done for this price, yuck

Helaas mogen er niet meer dan 3 personen naar binnen en het kan soms wat langer duren voor dat iemand geholpen wordt van wegen de 1.5 meter afstand van elkaar en fat geldt ook voor het personeel

Now 2 x bad experience a while ago I come there a note saying I'm out for a moment, shop completely unattended for 10/15 minutes and now I'm standing there waiting the lady just called privately and made no attempt to hang up, so I just walked away.

The products are delicious and fresh. Today, for the fourth Thursday in a row, I had extremely poor service. The saleswoman helped customers before me and then said, "Just a minute." Then she went back to make a call. There were 10 customers in line. She was gone for a total of 8 minutes, even though she knew there were customers. She didn't ask if I wanted a receipt; she only half-listened. A total of 4 customers left. This really isn't good for business. If I could have left my feedback elsewhere, I wouldn't have put it in a Google review. On Thursdays, there are consistently no price display signs next to the products. As a customer, I feel like I'm being a burden. This shouldn't happen. You have such good products; you could generate 3 to 5 times more revenue with the right staff. I would invest in motivation and communication training. You'll recoup all the costs if your staff does what they're supposed to do—helping customers and selling as much as possible—and that can be done with a smile.

Low quality with a high price, but that's it: the unprecedented rudeness of the entire staff is distressing. For years there hasn't been a smile, thank you or contact. Bad customer experience through and through.

Always good super quality and the floor cadets are great but only on Friday and Saturday and delicious pastries

Just bought two packs of cookies, while two young ladies were busy talking to each other and eating behind the counter. The person who helped me couldn't say 'good afternoon', she didn't make eye contact, while I was paying with my debit card she walked away and went to the other side of the store to clean up. Truly unbelievable, what lousy service. I'll never come here again. I hope the €9.70 cookies are tasty.

A young Surinamese lady works there, super rude. No attention for the customer and rude on the phone.

Pastries were expensive, dry and not tasty! First and last time

Betreft de locatie Diemen, 2 tips de krentenbollen kosten een aardig bedrag en waren vandaag in ieder geval absoluut niet vers (werk aan de winkel). Ten 2e valt het op dat het personeel niet echt oog heeft voor de klanten, zo was een collega minimaal 5 minuten aan het bellen met een leidinggevende terwijl er een behoorlijke rij stond die door 1 medewerker moest worden afgewerkt. Daarnaast is het leuk als er iets van vriendelijkheid en waardering wordt getoond naar de klanten toe. Ik zou eens bij de Bakker van Oost gaan kijken. Succes!

Heerlijk brood en altijd aardige bediening

Ik ben hier een aantal keer tevreden naartoe geweest. Echter is de bereikbaarheid bij een klacht zeer slecht. De winkel reageert niet op contactformulieren. In de winkel zelf weten ze je niet goed te woord te staan over een klacht. Afgelopen zaterdag ben ik door een medewerker zeer onbeschoft behandeld hierover. Klantvriendelijkheid was ver te zoeken.
