Good bakery, good bread and delicious almond rolls

I got a gender reveal cake from this bakery. Called in advance and they were so helpful. They gave a good explanation of the choices and what we could expect. On the day of pick up they were so friendly and just as enthusiastic as we were. Very nice. In addition to the cake, I also got bread and currant buns. Everything is very tasty!

Delicious artisan bread, lots of choice, but at the end of the day they are sold out. If you really want something, you can also order it. The business has recently been renovated and now has automatic sliding doors and a new counter. The bread etc is still just as tasty.

I used to always come here when there was something to celebrate. Unfortunately I live too far away now, but once I was in the area I had to stop by again. It looks different now, but the atmosphere is still good and the bread and pastries are delicious.

What a cozy bakery on the corner of Emmaplein and Karel van Manderstraat in Haarlem, just a stone's throw from the (new) Bavo. The store has been renovated a few weeks ago and as soon as you enter, your mouth starts to water. It's nice that there is a store like this nearby. Bert van der Linden October 2024

Best bakery in the region. I've been coming there for years, always high quality. Not a baker like there are many in Haarlem, but a classic baker who does the entire process from flour to bread himself and masters it down to the last detail. Lots of choice.

Een nog van de weinige bakkers die Haarlem rijk is is rijkenberg waar brood 🍞 nog naar echt brood smaakt .

Heel goede echte bakker met heerlijke broodsoorten, koekjes en gebak. De kerststol, roomboter tulband, duivekater, kerstkrans en de appelbeignets waren ook dit jaar overheerlijk.

Nowadays it's so much harder to find a very good bakery in Haarlem than 20+ years ago. Fortunately we found this one in Haarlem which makes the best quality breads, so it's a weekly event where we get the bread for the week, both brown and white bread. Very important to support local produce especially during these more difficult (COVID-19) times!

Buurtbakker die de beste moorkoppen van Haarlem maakt. Een echte bakker waar het gebak en brood achter de winkel gemaakt wordt. Een zaak die in het Internet tijdperk gewoon doorgaat zoals ze dat al 50 jaar doen.

Aardige mensen, lekkere brood. Geen wonder dat het op zaterdag zo druk is dat je een nummertje moet trekken. Maar zeer de moeite waard.

Ambachtelijke warme bakker waar het brood en banket smaakt zoals het smaken moet. De keuze varieert van dag tot dag, maar je wilt nooit meer brood, worteltjescake of kokosmakronen van de supermarkt.

Prettige buurtbakker. Goede sortering. Lekker o.a.: gevulde koek, kaasvlinder. Bediening zeer vriendelijk; familiebedrijf op weg naar eeuwviering.
