I got a Turkish pizza with veal. Not worth repeating. The meat came from a warming tray that I think had been sitting in for a while. The garlic sauce also had a strange taste. The Simit was also a bit dry... probably from the day before. What was once a good bakery has unfortunately declined in quality again due to a takeover. Too bad, but that's just how it is.

Chaotic staff. Confuses orders. Product prices change as he pleases. After paying and receiving the food, I asked for a receipt. Instead of 8 items on the receipt, I had 3.

My partner was just here and you indicated that there were only 3 Turkish pizzas left. I find it truly shameful what you gave him; these must have been old pizzas because they were hard and completely torn. I think it is a real shame that you simply charged the full price. At the very least, say that we have nothing left, or say that you will take a discount because the pizzas are not fresh. This was the last time we were going to buy from you. And the pizzas have suddenly become mega small. Terrible service...

I had placed a pickup order via Thuisbezorgd. When I arrived, it turned out that no one spoke Dutch. I clearly indicated that I was there to pick up my order and tried to explain things calmly and politely, after which I eventually received my food. I had also ordered an extra container of garlic sauce, but it was missing. I walked back to point this out, but again, no one seemed to understand me. I tried several times to calmly explain what was missing. Three employees stood looking at me as if I was asking for something strange, and then I was simply ignored while I stood there. Only after I kept pointing out that my order was incomplete did I finally receive the garlic sauce. The food itself was okay, but certainly nothing special. What I really don't understand is why there was a large amount of warm lettuce on my kapsalon, while I also received a separate salad on the side. I really don't like warm lettuce on a kapsalon, and it made the dish less tasty. I find that a shame, especially for a simple takeaway order. My rating: * Service: 0/10 * Food: 4/10

I always only get a Turkish pizza here and it is very tasty! Definitely recommended!

The meat is delicious, Faruk makes the best Turkish pizzas and sandwiches, and is clean, always smiling and friendly 👌👌

The Mexiono sandwiches were super tasty, but there was no seating area and there had to be garlic sauce everywhere.

We had to wait almost 2 hours for the food to arrive! It is unacceptable. When we bought it showed 30min and then they changed for 2 hours! Even if the food is good, the delivery and client support is awful!

From the tastiest sandwich in Haarlem (veal) to the worst of the worst. Previously always super tasty veal meat, now really the cheapest and worst meat ever. In addition, they also freeze cooled meat, thaw it and freeze it again. (Very unsanitary) the last time I was there it also looked dingy and not clean. Shame. Meat was really bad.
