Goemans Versbakkerij (Marsmanplein) in Delftwijk

Wonderful bakery, and every now and then you can also find a nice little gem there.

What happened to me today at this bakery. I won €10 each in Postcode Lottery vouchers. I left the "debit card" with the money on it on the card because I couldn't get it off in one piece. At the checkout, the cashier removes it, destroying the barcode. She goes to an older female colleague who's walking with her and says, offhandedly, "We can't accept this like this because the head office won't accept it if it's so illegible." So I say, "That's not my problem, you just ripped it up yourselves..." Yeah, but... we can't accept it like this. So I think for her... look at that card, there's the other half of the barcode still hanging there. Well, the lady reluctantly scratches it off, and Tadaaaa, she was suddenly able to scan it. Grumble, grumble, blah, blah. Again, not my problem! Stunned.

Goede bakker met ook heerlijk banket. Diverse filialen in Velsen en Haarlem. Bestelling telefonisch doorgeven totaal geen probleem. Aardig personeel. Heerlijk brood. Goed!!!

Heerlijke cake met stoofpeertjes. Momenteel wintercake, lijkt me ook lekker. Goed en lekker gebak. Veel keuze uit brood en koekjes. Gewoon een goede bakker. Zelfs Bosche bollen, zoals ze moeten smaken. Top. Ach ja, Ad Ketels komt dan ook uit Brabant.

Alles is altijd lekker hier, gewoon brood, lekkere brood snacks, gebak, enz.
