We get Turkish pizza or kapsalon here every now and then. We consider the one at De Hazelaar to be by far the best in the neighborhood. The staff in the shop are always super nice and you are usually served quickly, even when it is busy. It is a bakery and there is a place to eat, but of course, it is not as atmospheric as a restaurant. There is enough space to grab a quick bite to eat and drink. It is not just the Turkish pizza and kapsalon that are highly recommended. The bread and baklava here are also very tasty!

Asking for "a little sambal" gets more sambal than garlic. Just sitting here eating mouthfuls of sambal.

I've gotten kapsalon here before and was very satisfied back then. This time, the grease was literally dripping off the fries. There was also hardly any vegetables on them. If this is the new quality, then I'm done with it.

The best, and when I say the best, I mean it. This is the best bakery/kebab shop in Woerden. I started coming here when I was 15, and now, 10 years later, I'm still going, which should say something about the quality here.

Two stars for the friendliness and because it used to be very good! Now it's just terrible!! The buns were half burnt and way too hard! Way too much sambal, absolutely unbearable!!! And absolutely no hygiene during preparation, etc. Such a shame!

I think the food is great, but the place looks terrible. And that's what really matters, isn't it? Besides the ambiance, it's expensive. If I go to Utrecht for a perfect sandwich, it costs €3.00.

I've been coming here since this wonderful business opened, regularly getting a delicious sandwich or pizza, or both, alone or with a friend/acquaintance, or my brother. It's always a good experience. It's great that they open early on Sundays, so I can pick up a delicious baguette or Turkish bread for the BBQ. I hope this continues in the future; it's truly part of Woerden's city life. This business is a neighborhood asset, and the owner knows how to keep young people in check.
