Always friendly and great oliebollen! Highly recommended!

Today, a few of us volunteers were collecting at the Jumbo supermarket. This is the supermarket across from the oliebollen stall in Snel&Polanen, Woerden. I wanted to pick up some oliebollen for the volunteers, and the man behind the stall immediately offered to sponsor us. We even received a whole extra bag! Thanks again! Friendly staff, delicious oliebollen, especially the apple ball. The apple turnover is very tasty and, as it should be, made with dough and a slice of apple.

An apple turnover is not very similar to an apple turnover... it's a bit like doughnut dough with a piece of sour apple in it.

Apple turnovers are not worth the money.

I've already picked up some oliebollen and currant buns a few times this year. What's striking is that while they can sometimes be a bit greasy, they have a delicious crust. I'll say, craving one? Grab a bag and enjoy them with your loved ones! ;)
