Today I went to the open house at Bakkerij de Jager in Leerdam to see how everything is made. It was a fun setup with a bouncy castle and other items for the kids. We enjoyed fresh pretzels, cake, and coffee.

I have been ordering the flour mixes for over six months now and baking my own bread. I have been looking for healthy gluten-free whole wheat bread for a long time, most of it is based on flour, which means you miss out on a lot of nutrients. If you order the starter package, everything is included, including a clear description. The bread is delicious, even my husband, who does not eat gluten-free, prefers this bread to wheat bread.
