I have been looking for healthy gluten-free whole wheat bread for a long time, most of it is based on flour, which means you miss out on a lot of nutrients. If you order the starter package, everything is included, including a clear description. The bread is delicious, even my husband, who does not eat gluten-free, prefers this bread to wheat bread.
