I have been ordering the flour mixes for over six months now and baking my own bread. I have been looking for healthy gluten-free whole wheat bread for a long time, most of it is based on flour, which means you miss out on a lot of nutrients. If you order the starter package, everything is included, including a clear description. The bread is delicious, even my husband, who does not eat gluten-free, prefers this bread to wheat bread.

Today we did a "chocolate making" workshop with the PV of the Haarsgroep. What an incredibly fun thing to do and what a wonderfully fun way it is delivered. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
