The food is delicious! I was served today by the employee with brown hair and piercings. She did a really great job! So friendly and cheerful! Will definitely come back here.

Good bread, good quality. It's a shame about the toasted sandwich, where they put random spices on it without asking. Also, I used to find Bakkerij Koenen's promotions incredibly fun. But lately they have been using a lot of AI to advertise, which looks very cheap and unappealing to me. I think this reflects quite poorly on the company itself. That is why I have decided to go to another bakery from now on. A pity.

During the holidays, the opening hours have been adjusted and the bakery is open until 3:00 PM. That’s fine, but surely you would still expect to be able to order a fresh sandwich around 1:30 PM. Last week, I visited twice around 1:30 PM, and both times I was told: “Unfortunately, you can no longer order anything.” That makes me wonder: why does it say that you are open until 3:00 PM then? If you stop making sandwiches earlier because of the holidays, please put up a clear notice or mention this in the opening hours. That way, the customer knows what to expect, and you avoid unnecessary irritation and hangry customers.

I come here quite often, but I've been disappointed since my last visit. I brought home a slice of mango, but once I got home, the pastry turned out to be old. The cake was dry and didn't taste fresh. It tasted like yesterday's pastry. Really not good. I don't know what went wrong, but I won't be coming back. A bakery is supposed to sell fresh products. I also sent an email, but I didn't get a response. That's why I'm letting you know this way.

Bread just doesn't compare to an old-fashioned bakery like Hugen. Pastries used to be from Christiaan, but unfortunately, they're gone. It's a shame because the quality has halved. Apple kings taste stale and aren't as fragrant and crispy, while Bossche bol is good, but Chipolata pastries are stale cakes with no flavor. So, next time we'll be heading to Christiaan, and we love Hugen's bread.

Wonderful bakery with a wide selection of breads, pastries, sandwiches, cookies, and more. The service is fantastic and attentive! The new building is beautiful, too. Highly recommended for lunch, but also for bread!

The bread was bland, and the ham and cheese croissant was awful. You'd rather drive a bit further to Schaarsbergen. Reijnen & Zn. Bakery, located on Kemperbergerweg in Schaarsbergen.

Christaan's cake is no longer what it used to be.

Old fashioned and dated. Ordered chocolate cake, flat taste and pale cake. Way too greasy and creamy, barely tasted chocolate. Three quarters of the cake was thrown away. Not recommended.

Lekker brood en heerlijk gebak.

Altijd maar spul uit de freezer. Zo jammer.

Een oude naam in Arnhem. Lekker gebak. De hartige taarten, sauzijsebroodjes. Prima winkel.

Vooral de appelkanjers zijn geweldig lekker

Goede broodjes/taartjes! Ingang alleen lastig te vinden en onduidelijk waar afgehaald dient te worden.

Lekkere sandwiches en een paar heerlijke broden. Nooit heel druk.
