Bakkerij Nollen Hengelo in Wijk 06 Wilderinkshoek

Today around 5:30 PM, the blonde woman was very kind to me; I got the impression she had a managerial position at the bakery. I came for bread and spontaneously bought some Monchou cakes (which tasted delicious). After a spontaneous conversation with the employee, she made a very sweet gesture and gave me a little something extra. Perhaps a small gesture for the lady, but a huge one for me. I was incredibly grateful, it was so kind!

Last Saturday, there were six employees in the store, but they were too busy with other things. The saleswoman gave me underwear twice to take my order because a colleague was going home and apparently thought it was more important to loudly wish them a nice weekend. So, only one star for the service this time.

I live in Hengelo Noord Hassaler ES, but I always buy my bread from this store. Friendly staff and a clean shop. Sometimes it gets busy and you have to wait. This shows how active and good a company they are. Thank you very much for your excellent customer service. Sincerely,

This morning was my last visit to your store. Standing at the checkout with currant buns and a cake, I was refused help to pay. I was ignored by several employees. My products were even pushed aside to help other customers. I found this to be very unfriendly to my customers. I will skip your store in the future and look for an alternative.

A disappointing aspect is the lack of price markings on the products. Bread behind the counter doesn't have a price or name on it. The same applies to most of the products on the displays around the store. It shouldn't go unnoticed that not displaying prices (or incorrectly) violates current regulations. Otherwise, it's a nice store, and the quality of the bread and sweets is excellent.

We always order bread from Nollen bakery every week, and this time we went with my wife and children to eat pastries and sat by the entrance. After we were done, the employee happened to open the door for the wheelchair, and my children were standing behind her, just shoved aside like nothing. So, just say, "If you have skin color, if you're not Dutch, then you're treated like nothing by her, so you're worthless to her." If she reads this and thinks about it, she'll know who we are yesterday afternoon. I said to my wife, "What is she doing now? Why is she like this?" My wife said, "She's always like this," in a word, "worthless."

Incredibly unfriendly. We were at the checkout to pay for two packages of rusk. Two employees were standing right in front of us, but they treated us like air... They were completely ignored. We even moved aside so someone else could pay... you almost get the feeling it's because of the color of your skin. We used to go here often, but when you can't even speak to customers... no eye contact... or simply say "we'll be with you in a minute" or something like that... that's absolutely indecent for a bakery supposedly known for its service. What a disgusting way to treat customers, and it wasn't even busy. We'll be skipping this Nollen bakery from now on.

The layout makes it unclear where the line is and who's just picking something out. So I grab what I need, go to the checkout, and wait for the customer to pay. Then the grumpy cashier sends me back to the back of the "line." I tell her I wasn't aware there was a line. I join the back. The customer in front of me asks why I'm doing that and that I should just go to the checkout. So I tell her I was sent there. Then the same grumpy cashier starts interfering again, saying what I'm doing isn't polite. That's when paying 10 euros (!) for a (delicious) cake and cookies and a treat suddenly feels a little less. I leave the store feeling sad.

I picked up some apple turnovers this afternoon... wow, they were delicious... highly recommended. Luckily, I have some more here, so I'll have some for my uncle tomorrow 😀

People don't wear gloves when handeling food

The -formerly- excellent sandwiches are now a disgrace at this bakery branch. The new carpaccio sandwich is very sparsely topped with meat; there is more lettuce on it with the cheap Zaanse truffle mayo from the Jumbo next door. Shamelessly €5.95 for such a sandwich is not value for money. Moreover, at 11:00 we had to wait 20 minutes for the order of 2 sandwiches, the other sandwich was reasonably topped with salmon flakes (!). The reason for the wait was because the display case was not yet filled that morning. For a renowned bakery where Twente generosity was once so important, this has really become insanely bad. Next time again; the Broodbode on the Meijersweg, 1.5 km further. The quality and generosity there is much better.

Here today I had the best tuna sandwich I ever had outside.👌👌

The sausage rolls are so well filled that the puff pastry almost no longer fits around them. And very tasty too! Very friendly staff. Perhaps a side issue: the store also looks cozy.

I get breakfast here every day & now I get something I did NOT order. When I call I get the answer "our colleague forgot to tell me" and I get laughed in the face. NEVER again for us!! (1 star because you have to)

The cream puffs are delicious. The bread too, by the way!

1 juli krentenwegge bij het jonge gezin van onze dochter voor de de geboorte van Evi in Voorhout gebracht. Dit werd met enthousiasme ontvangen en als Twentse traditie erg gewaardeerd. De krentenwegge was heerlijk.

Erg lekkere broodjes, vriendelijk personeel en de smoothies zijn ook fantastisch. Je kunt er ook gezellig zitten. Helaas is er wel vrij weinig keuze qua broodjes en is de prijs wat aan de hoge kant.

Wat een vriendelijke dames werken hier zeg. Mag menig winkel een voorbeeld aan nemen. Ook het belegde broodje was heerlijk. Goede prijs en nette zithoek.

Luxe bakkerij, met koffiehoek en heerlijke broodjes en smoothies. Ruim assortiment chocolade maar ook glutenvrij producten.

Vriendelijke bezorger. Bedankt nogmaals voor de 2 lekkere broodjes. Super aardig

Vorige week zaterdag hadden ze bij Nollen Heerlijke Brabantse Worstenbroodjes, Deze als Brabander even getest natuurlijk. Een dikke 9, ik waande me weer even in brabant. Deze week hadden ze helaas niet. Dit was een kleine teleurstelling. Van mij mag je ze in het assortiment opnemen.

Wij zijn op zaterdag, de dag voor valentijn naar de bakker gegaan. We hebben aangegeven dat wij lekkere broodjes willen voor valentijnsdag. Wij hebben wat broodjes gekocht en deze waren de dag erna zodanig hard dat ze niet meer te eten waren.

Prachtig mooie zaak met een zeer uitgebreid assortiment! Vriendelijk personeel en heeeerlijke moorkoppen en enz. Enz.....!!!

Mooie bakker heel veel keus. Alleen druk waardoor het personeel wat nors overkomt, waardoor je een tijdsdruk krijgt en je snel weg wilt.

Leuke personeel en attent en een goede kwaliteit 👍👍

Een broodje gezond zonder ham ? Vind 5 euro dan wel erg duur voor enkel een plak kaas komkommer een tomaatje en een stukje ei!

Het is hier flink aan de prijs en de opstelling van de broden, luxe broden en bolletjes is ronduit onhygiënisch opgesteld, iedereen is gedwongen er letterlijk omheen te lopen, ze liggen er onverpakt open en bloot, als mensen dus snotteren en hoesten vergaat je de trek meteen. De looproute is sowieso enorm onhandig. De winkel is mooi ingericht, overzichtelijk en voorzien van een redelijk groot assortiment. Ook de mogelijkheid om te zitten en koffie met gebak te nemen.

Lekker brood. En de kozakken zijn ook geweldig lekker. Mmmmmmmmmm

Vrijdag geinformeerd om te bestellen voor de zaterdag. Antwoord als u voor 10 uur komt is alles in overvloed te krijgen. NIET DUS gemiste kans. Verschillende broodjes waren op of hadden ze niet gekregen.

Leuke, nieuwe Bakkerij/Broodjes zaak. Voor afhalen maar er zijn ook een 10 tal plekken om te zitten. Wij hebben er gezeten, je kunt merken dat de bediening nog zoekende is, wel erg vriendelijk. Broodjes met warme kip waren erg lekker!
