I'm giving Koepoortsweg 1 star. And that's not for the store, but for our electric cart, which drives way too fast, honking its horn at the top of its lungs, speeding through corners, ignoring our hand raises because we want to buy something, and even losing bread because it wants to take the corners smoothly. SJAAK, by now everyone knows that's your name... adjust your driving behavior, be a bit friendlier to people, and make sure your cart is CLOSED when you're working with a customer, so no one can just take something from it.

Truly a genuine and good baker. Their cakes are divinely delicious, what can I say...Amazing Tasty. Don't come from this area, but would happily drive there.

After more than 25 years of customer service, I am unfortunately saying goodbye to Otten. Due to a defective site, ordering online is only possible through all kinds of complicated tricks. The prices then appear to have become exorbitant here and there (0.90 for a hard chocolate that passes for a bonbon, for example). Quality is usually good, but in my opinion this does not justify it. Update: Now a year later, logging in to the website is still not possible, extremely customer unfriendly.

Worst (ham cheese) croissant I've eaten so far. Tough and cold.

They clean up everything fifteen minutes before closing time, very annoying.

Best bakery in Hoorn and surrounding areas. The owner Rein is a really great guy

Goed verzorgd en fijn personeel met grote keuzes

Vandaag bolletjes en een crossaint gekocht. Beide smaakten tamelijk droog en niet vers. Dit is nu al de derde keer dat ik dit bij Otten meemaak. Zonde want vroeger was ik dol op de croissants en bolletjes. Het lijkt wel alsof ze uit de vriezer komen.
