We were simply kicked out after an hour because we didn't want to order more, even though the place was almost completely empty. Even the people next to us thought it was strange that we were being kicked out. Maybe the old curmudgeon who worked there didn't appreciate the fact that two young girls were still having a good time.

I wanted to buy fresh croissant in the morning and asked the cashier if the croissant is fresh. Answer was yes, but at home I discovered that croissants are good and hard, definitely leftover from previous day. That is disappointing

I came back at the end of the day with a gift certificate to buy some bread. I thought there was still a decent selection of bread, which was nice. The staff also provided very friendly service. The bread is delicious. Excellent!

I was at Paddepoel yesterday, I thought I'd buy a sandwich at the bakery, around very white €3.25, that's really not worth it, the bread was very old the next day and no longer tasty, so the bread was very expensive from now on, but just go back to the fresh department, ah, the bread stays fresh for days, but the pastry is tasty, but no, the bread is really worthless.

High-quality and tasty bread. I always order my own loaves for pickup because the ones I want sometimes sell out quickly if you come later in the morning or early afternoon. But now that I order, I'm always satisfied and I don't have to worry about whether my loaves will still be there :)

Nice bakery with very good bread and pastry. Very good and quick service as well. I ordered a cappuccino and cheese feuillete. Cappuccino was good snd the pastry delicious.

I am very dissatisfied with the treatment on this terrace. My elderly mother was sitting on their terrace this afternoon having a drink, and I joined her for a moment. After less than three minutes I was asked to leave the terrace because I had not ordered any drinks. I 100% understand that this would be justified if I had been there for half an hour or if I was alone without ordering anything. However, to send me away after such a short time due to the lack of an order, I think is out of proportion. In addition, it was noted that the terrace costs rent, as if my possible order would be crucial for their business operations. The customer friendliness here leaves much to be desired.

What a nice thing! Spontaneously went there for lunch. Super staff. They work in a friendly, tidy and customer-oriented manner. Ordered a filet American sandwich and a healthy sandwich. We ate this in the shop. Drink a spa red and an apple juice. We will definitely come back. Sandwich and toppings were delicious.

Ordered sandwiches, salmon and filet American, had to look for the toppings. For a bakery that we consciously chose, they have bad rolls. Eggs from a bucket. You can still rely on fresh products. Sausage roll is small, which is normally not a problem as long as the quality is good. Too bad.

I buy a loaf of bread from you, meanwhile my heavily pregnant girlfriend is waiting on the terrace. The moment I walk back to her, the saleswoman comes after me. This is because my friend did not consume anything when she was sitting there and was asked to leave. But I think I bought a loaf of bread from you?? Quite special treatment of a customer with a pregnant girlfriend

Vandaag zijn we even bij de nieuwe bakkerij van Van Esch geweest op WC Paddepoel. Mooi, lichte interieur vergeleken bij het oude. We hebben een tosti en een broodje zalm gehad. We hebben wel betere broodjes gehad, maar wellicht vindt een ander het overheerlijk. Over smaak valt niet te twisten.

Ondanks de verbouwing gaat de verkoop van brood en an andere lekkernijen gewoon door.

Staat dat om 9.00 gaat openen, maar al de 4e keer dat ik moet 5-10 minuten wachten.

Fantastische mensen, moet men vaker komen

Fijne Bakker alles is lekker daar

heerlijk brood en banket, koop vooral eens een slof altijd succes bij mijn bezoek!
