Today in Ridderkerk I got some delicious pastries as a treat at work and at my request I wanted a dollop of whipped cream on top of the Bossche bol so that it resembles an old-fashioned m..rkop and that was no problem for the baker really. Thank you very much, you don't see that much anymore

Bought some delicious bread!! And something nice to go with my tea. The lady behind the counter was very friendly. The bakery is so old that when I was little, my mother used to go there for her bread and pastries. (I'm in my 60s.) So you see, good products and a kind word can go a long way for your business.

I was able to go there for delicious fresh roti plates and baras. and friendly help. Fortunately closer to home. Highly recommended was always at the Kruiskade

Always fresh, always friendly. The bread is high quality and stays fresh longer than supermarket bread. It looks so delicious, and the price is great too. There's often something you can grab a few extra of. Kudos to the staff. Also for the pastries and cakes!

My daughter had a nice workshop. Made delicious filled cookies and chocolate fudge. We could burn a nice text or picture on a breadboard. It was a pleasant morning. Highly recommended. Thank you Wendelien.

Unfortunately, a bad experience at bakery Vos in Bolnes. After having placed an order a week in advance for "sugar-free products", this order was not ready. The baker had not delivered and they had forgotten to put the order in the book...conclusion: they were therefore simply too late with ordering. We certainly expressed our dissatisfaction about this...but did not threaten the saleswoman or make crude curses. Our dissatisfaction was mainly caused by the attitude of the saleswoman.....only a small apology where it was obvious from her face that she did not mean it sincerely. She did find it particularly annoying that we expressed our objections about this......surely no promises had been made that it would be there... I was not told when I placed the order that there was a risk that the baker would not deliver, but I was led to believe that it would be okay....that is a promise in my eyes. The saleswoman also thought that there are some bad things. The latter is indeed correct, but this is NOT a regular article, so it would be a good idea for the saleswoman in question to consider that you do not order sugar-free articles for fun, but that this has a medical reason (which is bad enough) and that it is therefore doubly disappointing when it goes wrong... showing some understanding for this would have been appropriate instead of immediately jumping into a conceited "what do I care, tough luck for you" attitude. So you are clearly not welcome in this store if you react with disappointment to the mistakes they have made.
