Bakkerij Vos in Bolnes

Unfortunately, a bad experience at bakery Vos in Bolnes. After having placed an order a week in advance for "sugar-free products", this order was not ready. The baker had not delivered and they had forgotten to put the order in the book...conclusion: they were therefore simply too late with ordering. We certainly expressed our dissatisfaction about this...but did not threaten the saleswoman or make crude curses. Our dissatisfaction was mainly caused by the attitude of the saleswoman.....only a small apology where it was obvious from her face that she did not mean it sincerely. She did find it particularly annoying that we expressed our objections about this......surely no promises had been made that it would be there... I was not told when I placed the order that there was a risk that the baker would not deliver, but I was led to believe that it would be okay....that is a promise in my eyes. The saleswoman also thought that there are some bad things. The latter is indeed correct, but this is NOT a regular article, so it would be a good idea for the saleswoman in question to consider that you do not order sugar-free articles for fun, but that this has a medical reason (which is bad enough) and that it is therefore doubly disappointing when it goes wrong... showing some understanding for this would have been appropriate instead of immediately jumping into a conceited "what do I care, tough luck for you" attitude. So you are clearly not welcome in this store if you react with disappointment to the mistakes they have made.

Bought a delicious Christmas loaf and various other treats. Top quality and nice service.

The girl at the cash register is a thief, please count your money when you pay and take it, if you are a foreigner be more careful, I gave her 10 euros and she said she gave me 5 euros and I left without buying bread, she said 5 euros. I was scammed, I asked her to check your camera, I gave her 10 euros and they clearly did not care. These people are frauds, they always take your money by counting and be careful when giving it. !!!!!!!

Delicious bread and great service

I love sausage rolls, but today I don't buy them anymore. I don't think they are fresh, I think they come from the freezer, they are very dry, sometimes they are good, but that is very little. I'm sorry.

Delicious old-fashioned pastries, few bakeries in the area with this quality and choice.

According to Google Maps the bakery should be open, but that is not the case and I am standing here at 8:50 in front of a closed door 🤔

Chocolates bought by my husband, asked for milk. Unfortunately 3 white and the other pure.....

Oliebollen and apple turnovers are packed with bare hands when packing. In this Corona time! Hirrna use money or pin again with bare hands. The outside of the apple turnovers were so soft that they could be pricked with their fingers. Service is rude and arrogant, they only seem friendly to people they know. Above all, hygiene principles are not followed. Why not use pliers for the balls and flaps? Older woman was very slow and cannot operate the cash register.

Vriendelijke mensen en als je advies wilt dan krijg je het ook. Ze hebben heerlijke grote Bosche Bollen, dat is echt een genot, lekker met een kop koffie. De krakelingen en eierkoeken gaan met ons ook vaak mee. Ze hebben een ruim assortiment aan brood, gebak en chocolade.

Een bakker zoals een bakker hoort te zijn. Echt het gevoel van vroegah! "Wil je je broodje warm?" hoor je tegenwoordig bijna nooit meer, de broodjes smaken daarbij ook gewoon echt goed en ook het brood is echt lekker. Personeel is lekker losjes, persoonlijk en vriendelijk en tot slot zijn de prijzen voor een bakker ook nog laag ook! Echt gewoon niks op aan te merken.

Producten zijn wel ok. Maar wat een sfeer in de zaak. Ik kom er elke week en het lijkt wel een strafkamp. Er is er maar één die vrolijk is. De rest loopt erbij alsof het slavenarbeid is. Ook niet echt klantvriendelijk. Wel beleefd. Maar ik ben blij dat ik hier niet hoeft te werken. Als je iets speciaals wilt vragen of bestellen wordt je aangekeken of je van een andere planeet komt. Met alle respect maar probeer wat lol in je werk te krijgen.
