Love their panini. And not only that🤤 Very tasty🤤 Very friendly staff❤️ Only sometimes it is confusing that all products are taken with bare hands, without gloves, but even in this you can find advantages (reducing the use of rubber gloves so as not to pollute nature)😅

They charge a 10 cent packaging fee for the plastic cover used in some products, which is very annoying since other Backwerk stores simply offer their products as is.

Horrible experience here, ordering went smoothly, no problem. I ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich without tomato, but with truffle sauce. My sandwich came with tomato on it. My friend returned it, and they simply removed the tomato from the sandwich. This is completely unacceptable if someone is allergic to it. As a result, there was little to no sauce left on the sandwich, which you also pay extra for. The employee kept smearing her hands on her clothes, which doesn't seem very hygienic to me.

Apparently no more customers needed, email contact was curt and ultimately no response at all
