We opted for the three-course menu, and that turned out to be an excellent choice. The dishes were tasty, well-prepared, and beautifully balanced. We also found the value for money to be great. In addition, the friendly and spontaneous service on the terrace created a pleasant atmosphere. In short: we had a delicious meal, a lovely time, and it is definitely worth repeating!

Sorry for the review, but the experience here was extraordinarily really bad. I had ordered a starter and a main course. When the starter was brought, you don't get any cutlery and have to struggle to get yours. After this came the main course. I had ordered a medium-rare steak, but unfortunately, it was completely overcooked. At first, it seemed to taste okay, but in the end, it was really terrible. And the single potato and limited vegetables looked more like tapas than a full meal. A friend of mine had a schnitzel. However, a mountain of fries had been placed underneath it, making it impossible to even cut the meat. Fortunately, I was able to grab some fries to fill myself up a bit. But here's the kicker. Someone had to throw up twice. That can happen. But the staff just walked right through the vomit, or noticed it, looked at it with disgust, but did nothing else. So, during the meal, I just had to look at the vomit on the floor. When a waiter came by for the umpteenth time, I said something about it. Maarja then throws a bucket of boiling water over it, causing the vomit not only to splatter over other people, but also to run nicely into other people's shoes. Too bad, because it looked fine on Google. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.

One of the worst experience I ever had - just because of the staff. I waited for a long time to get my order, after they got the order they forgot to bring me appetizer, went straight from soup to main dish… No apology, not showing in any way that they care about it. Even telling me I did not order it. Food and atmosphere would probably be 5/5 but their service ruined everything. Next day I was there just for a coffee (as I stayed in that hotel), and even that was an average experience - another long wait.

I had won a lunch in the lottery and mistakenly received a high tea. The experience was no less enjoyable for it.

The lunch is fine. The portions are more than sufficient. Hesitating between sitting on the terrace and inside the restaurant created a (too) quiet atmosphere. The staff and service were excellent.

The food is good, both for breakfast and dinner. We did notice, however, that at dinner, when it is busier, there is a lack of overview, resulting in longer waits. Perhaps a staffing problem.

The service was top-notch. When my fried egg was on the lukewarm side, it was immediately replaced with a warmer version.

Recently went out for dinner and on another date for drinks. The first experience was very mediocre; we had to wait half an hour for our drinks to arrive (a very simple drink order) and the service was practically non-existent. The second experience was for dinner, which was reasonably quick in itself. However, the staff were mostly occupied with each other and were not fully present for the customers. The food was okay, but low quality for the price. The meat had a nice flavor from the oven, but the quality of the meat was not worth the effort.

Many times better than in Helmond. Friendly staff who actually acknowledge your presence. It's a shame the steak was a bit disappointing. You had to pay extra for it, but the plate was meager. It was supposed to come with potatoes, but there was only one. It would have been nice and thoughtful if they had sent an email regarding the detour. Then people would have been prepared for it and wouldn't get lost because the detour is poorly signposted. This was a tip that was apparently picked up, and they also understood why it had been so quiet that week.

The High tea at Fletcher in Deurne for 4 people was exquisite...the location outside on the terrace and the service were also entirely to our liking...we can recommend this package to everyone!!

Steak not cooked properly, starter very meager. Hasselback potatoes, literally just one tiny one on your plate. Schnitzel had no vegetables with it, just a very small bowl of raw vegetables, very little sauce. Dessert, first delivery wrong, second attempt everything smothered in chocolate sauce, which wasn't supposed to be there and wasn't on the menu either. The waitress didn't understand that either. And twice the wait staff took away a half-empty glass of drink when she came to collect ‘empty’ glasses. We won't be going back. Very disappointing, such a beautiful location.

Actually, everything was just good. We chose Schnitzel and Steak. However, the side dishes with the steak were minimal, especially for the price you pay. We asked for some fries on the side. A portion of fries without mayonnaise—a really small portion for €6.00—is disappointing. And this is a shame, because this is ultimately the negative experience that always lingers longer than the positive one. The staff deserves a compliment. Really very friendly!

The menu is impressive, and breakfast and dinner are highly recommended. However, the service was off. At lunchtime, the waitresses tended to look the other way, and you had to wait a full 30 minutes for a drink. In the evening, the jovial waitresses seemed confused at the end. A shame.

Beautiful location and had a tasty lunch. Unfortunately, I found the service very poor. Many guests had to chase after the wait staff themselves to order something, and even then it took a very long time. We had ordered fresh orange juice and a cup of tea at the beginning. Our lunch was brought after 45 minutes, and we were asked about our drinks again. We mentioned this when leaving, and then chaos ensued again. It was said multiple times that it was busy, even though the outdoor terrace was half full and there was no one inside. There was, however, a lot of staff at the bar upon arrival and departure, who were apparently very busy. The deal for lunch is also misleading; instead of 33 euros for… That applies to the lunch platter; the rest is cheaper.

Very nice place, kind of Hidden from Deurne if you're not local. The hotel is pretty nice and very affordable. The ambient is relax but with a sense of upscale ancients feeling. The building surprisingly is not old.... 7 min from downtown totally recomend it

Using paper as a base on a cutting board doesn't really work when slicing the relatively hard brown bread. You keep cutting the paper to pieces. It might be more convenient to provide a separate plate. Additionally, it is unpleasant when a table next to us is holding a meeting between four ladies. It would be better not to hold such gatherings in the restaurant.

I tried to submit my Wonderbox voucher, but without success. I was told that I could only come in the evening, even after I had explained my original situation and indicated that I could only come in the afternoon. No flexibility was shown whatsoever. Fortunately, it did work at another Duco Bistro location.

It really took a very long time before they came to take the order. But the food was delicious.

We had another delicious meal. The staff were very friendly, and we would love to come back again. We are also going to Fletcher in Nunspeet in July. Curious to see what it's like there.

Nice menu, but if you want fries instead of potatoes, that’s not allowed. So you get potatoes you don’t want and have to order fries on the side for €6. Really ridiculous; tell me then that I would have to pay an extra €3.00, for example. That’s still a lot, but then as a customer you get what you want. With the schnitzel, they ask if you want onion and bacon, but it wasn't mentioned that this costs an extra €3.50. It wasn't listed on the menu either. A real shame; with a few adjustments, this would have been a much better experience for us as customers.

Unfortunately, our experience was not good. The red wine turned out to be corked and was served at room temperature, even though it was at least 23 degrees in the restaurant. According to the staff, this was “normal,” but it did not benefit the quality. The satay was dry, and the steak at the mixed grill, which had been ordered rare, was served well-done. After sending it back, we were given a second piece, but that wasn't much better either. It is actually misleading to let guests choose their own doneness. The cocktail was also disappointing; it was served without a head of foam and was not what you would expect. All in all, a disappointing experience. The restaurant certainly has potential, but at the moment, as far as we are concerned, it deserves a failing grade. Still, one recommendation if you have made the wrong choice when booking. Order the Ibiza Spritz! That is top-notch! People, just really don't do it!

Upon entering, the cheerful waiter came to hand us the menu and told us what the weekly special was. Because this changed every week, it had to be read from a piece of paper. Both the waiter and we had a good laugh about this, and it didn't matter at all. Bread board as a starter. That was fine, but it was cleared from the table by the very last bite because the main course was arriving. We had a good laugh about this with the waiter as well, and he certainly didn't intend to force the food on us. It was just an accident. The service is very friendly, the food is well-prepared, and the atmosphere (despite the restaurant's spaciousness) is great. If we are in the area, we will definitely stop by again.

Despite reading many positive reviews, I don't entirely agree with them. I went out for dinner with my husband last night. The bread board beforehand was decent; the brown bread was fresh, but the white bread on the board was stale. For the main course, ‘Mixed Grill’: 3 small pieces of meat, with a whopping 3 small potatoes, some corn, and tomatoes. The chicken satay stick was small but tasty. The steak was okay, but mediocre. The spare ribs were a different story. They were dry, and the smell/taste could be described as an armpit. Many people could use ChatGPT and conclude that this is incorrect. We left the food untouched and went for a walk in the beautiful surroundings. As far as we are concerned, we would skip the restaurant and go for a bite to eat somewhere in the area. The staff at the restaurant were nice, though!

There are no tips here, in general it’s really cool here and you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere.

We ate there last Saturday with family (10 people). Great food, good quality. Good, efficient service. It was quite full, so we had to wait a long time for the bill! Otherwise good.

The atmosphere has to be to your taste; everything is dark. But it does fit together well. Service is average. It is a huge restaurant with few staff, which means things can sometimes take a bit longer. The staff are friendly, though. The food was really tasty and good.

We had a delicious meal! We had the Fletcher 3-course menu and opted for chef's choice for all three options, asking not to reveal what we were getting. We're picky eaters, and that's perfectly fine; it's nice to have a surprise on your plate. For our starters, we had 5 empanadas with a delicious vegetable sauce and a nice small salad. The main course was a super tasty veal shank with al dente vegetables and 2 hasselback potatoes (see photo). For dessert, we had a slice of apricot cake, a scoop of pistachio ice cream, and a generous dollop of whipped cream. Naturally, we had a lovely glass of wine with it; I chose the house brand Sauvignon Blanc. The service was very friendly and helpful, so we had a wonderful and enjoyable evening.

The food was good, regular, with good items on the menu. The tomato soup was delicious, but the satay sauce was too sweet and thick. It could be a bit spicier, with ketjap and not so thick. The carpaccio was also delicious.

The food is excellent, everything hot and generous portions! The staff is super friendly and clearly knows their stuff. This is our third stay here, and we've had a great time every time. So, if you're looking for a few days away, Deurne is the place to be. Delicious food, comfortable beds, and super friendly staff. 👍🏼

We had a wonderful lunch for two today. A large platter full of delicious treats. The guy who served us hadn't been working there long, but we wanted to compliment him. The gravy was delicious, and you did a great job, man. We had dinner today, January 10th. We could have gone home because the food was so good.

The food was excellent, the starter (burrata) had some really lovely flavors. The waitress wasn't entirely comfortable with the terminal, but that wasn't a problem or a nuisance. We did find it a shame, however, that we were asked several times at the table if everything was to our liking, even three times during the main course. All in all, we enjoyed it. We also missed some background music.

On Boxing Day, the hot food was the best in terms of temperature. It was great, the service was cheerful every day, and they even occasionally said "U" (you). The sheer number of guests meant we had long waits between courses. [Is it possible to dine in two groups?] We found one table very narrow, especially if you're sitting against a wall. We think the tables could be squarer.

Accessible menu. Reasonable prices, although I find the value for money rather poor. A major concern: very few vegetables. I think Fletcher, as a leading chain, should set an example for healthy meals. If necessary, leave out some fries, which they can easily order. Also, add some cucumber, carrot, etc. for the kids.

The service was smooth and friendly. The dishes weren't very good, a bit tough and lacking in flavor; only the fries were excellent. However, the vegetables listed on the menu weren't included. We did receive the vegetables, but they were charged extra. This also applied to the salad; I was asked if I wanted bread or fries, without telling them that this would also be an extra charge. Furthermore, the tables were very small for two people.
