It's a real asset for Deurne to renovate and repurpose a historic building in this beautiful location. The icing on the cake is that you can enjoy a comfortable seat and a delicious meal.

We had a delicious meal and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, there was a band playing on the terrace. The music was very loud (we asked several times if they could turn it down), which meant we couldn't chat properly with our friends. Surely that's what going to a restaurant is all about, not that band. In that case, we'll just go to a pub. A real shame.

We arrived before opening time while walking "along the Brabantse AA". We were greeted kindly by the person inside who was preparing. They were still closed, but he was able to cheer us up with a cup of coffee. What wonderful, hospitable service. Thank you!

A few years and many visits later, the rating certainly hasn't changed! What a lovely place to enjoy, in this case, a sunny, warm Sunday afternoon. The food remains delicious, the atmosphere and ambiance are amazing, and the staff is a solid 11! Always super friendly and attentive. We had lunch with 5 people. We had a vegetarian sharing lunch and one non-vegetarian one. Both were fantastic. It comes with a small soup, fresh bread, and spreads. A small wrap, a small cheese croquette, and two slices of bread with toppings. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The service was also excellent, very friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings and a stunning restaurant, where you can also enjoy a delicious dinner. Definitely worth it! Oh, and the prices are great too!

Nice restaurant, great food and our waiter was very enthusiastic which added to the experience. But there are a few things with mentioning. Over 3 hours for just 3 courses is too long in my opinion. F.e. getting a desert menu and having to wait 27 minutes before you can order? 3.5/5

My daughters and I unexpectedly ended up here. We were planning on having drinks but ended up staying for dinner. My surf and turf was delicious. And the unique way they seasoned the shrimp was fantastic. Definitely worth repeating!

The food was perfect, and the service was top-notch. 👌 They came to ask if everything was to our liking after every course. We sat upstairs in a nice, quiet, and pleasant atmosphere. Sometimes just the two of us, sometimes with a group. Always a great atmosphere. Dietary requirements are always taken into account. My personal favorite is the five-course surprise menu, so I don't have to choose anything myself ;)

Het Dinghuis is a fantastic restaurant. It's great for lunch and dinner, but also perfect for just a drink. The terrace outside is stunningly beautiful. If you look to the right, you'll see a ruined castle, and if you look to the left, you'll see a petting zoo, and behind you, a large lawn. A beautiful view. The staff is always friendly. Lunch is especially good here; the lunch platters are highly recommended. We'd love to come back for a snack and a drink. The high tea is also delicious. A unique location in a beautiful building with delicious food.

Cozy restaurant, friendly staff. Food tasted very good.

Super delicious food and very friendly service in a unique, castle-like atmosphere. All dishes were truly top-notch, and great care was taken in their presentation. The house wines and open wines were exceptionally good. It was evident in everything that a great deal of thought went into everything. The icing on the cake was the Marzadro 18 lune grappa. That's how you know a connoisseur is shopping here. We'd love to come back!

The location is very cozy. The service is polite, reasonably fast, and friendly.

We're still sitting in the restaurant; it was the best meal we've had all week, highly recommended. The service was very pleasant, friendly, courteous, and attentive. The wine list is exceptional, with wines for every price range. The food was delicious, plentiful, and, in my opinion, almost a Michelin-starred meal. What I especially appreciated was that we were allowed to bring our dog. Thank you on behalf of my family and friends.

Had a delicious meal at Her Dinghuis tonight. I found it by chance online. The atmosphere is cozy, the price-quality ratio is good, and the staff is very friendly. A quick tip: some lighting outside near the gate would be nice, as it's very dark there. 😅

Zaterdag 2 mei 2025 hier high tea met vriendin gehad en bij het broodje kip kroop er een dikke zwarte worm in rond. Dat was vreselijk, echt met geen woorden te beschrijven. Ze zouden het verrekenen, moesten er ook nog op wijzen bij betalen en er werd zowaar 3,50 euro van geteld. Schandalig vind ik het. Heb er nog een trauma van .

After we were satisfied the first time, we went to Dingshuis again for dinner yesterday. Unfortunately this time it was very disappointing. We had a table upstairs, but it was very chilly here. This was agreed and then halfway through the evening we were offered the option to sit downstairs, where it was warmer. The starter was a plank and was tasty. Then the main course and this was disappointing. The meat had a lot of hard pieces and fat, vegetables were undercooked. All this can of course happen, but after reporting this, nothing was done about it. It's a shame that this wasn't addressed, otherwise we would have come back again.

Super leuke plek in Deurne. De locatie is heel apart naast het oude kasteel van Deurne. Wij kwamen er per toeval terecht maar hebben er erg lekker gegeten en zijn vriendelijk ontvangen door het personeel

Had a wonderful high tea! Had a super tasty meal with a group of 5 people. It was not the "standard" high tea that I have had before. And had more food from a shared dinner idea. 4 courses with delicious dishes, a bit larger. Be sure to come here with an empty and hungry stomach when you start this. But everything is delicious. Vegetarian option was also possible even though this was only announced on site. The tea selection was less/less of choice. But we were more than satisfied with the options. The seasonal tea in particular was a hit! Nice nice place to sit and enjoy the afternoon, good food and tea, very successful

A funny restaurant with a large terrace. Lots of shade and there is bird droppings in many places. Staff friendly and the hot chocolate was delicious. Prices slightly above average. Sweet little park. Not very special. The castle ruin is funny, but certainly not too much to imagine. There is a small zoo run by volunteers. Does need some extra care.

Very nice place for lunch and a good menu! We had the Dinghuis lunch and that was great, because then you have a bit of everything. The service was friendly and correct. Still, the service could have been better. Bringing empty plates and glasses or correcting a mistake with a drink did not happen. But otherwise great!
