Bar Lekker in Wijk 02 Huissen

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a super fun evening at Bar Lekker in Huissen! Cozy atmosphere, nice service, and delicious food and drinks. The service was friendly and prompt, and you can tell that attention is paid to the guests. A really nice place to have a drink with friends or go out for an evening. We will definitely be back!

Nice atmosphere, lots of attention to detail with the delicious food

Delicious lunch tasting on Sunday afternoon. All kinds of brioches, tapas style.

A very nice and good restaurant in Huissen. The surprise menu is highly recommended. You can also order half dishes to try several different things. The atmosphere is cozy both inside and outside, and the staff is very friendly. They serve cocktails, have a good wine list, and a selection of beers and soft drinks.

If you enjoy cooking yourself, you are often shortchanging yourself and frequently get disappointed when you go out to eat. It wasn't just barely tasty, but super tasty! We took the surprise menu for two people and found it to be very delicious. The way of serving, the ingredients used, and the cohesion of the dishes were absolutely top-notch. Nice informal atmosphere; the chef even came out of the kitchen to serve us. We had a wonderful meal, and the 4 stars for atmosphere were only due to the spiderweb in the corner and the bench being slightly too low for comfort. Thanks for letting us know that there are definitely still restaurants without pre-packaged standard menus. Where you can see the chefs cooking with passion and precision, and enjoy surprising drinks and nice music.

Great place for a tasty lunch. Fresh sandwiches, topped with fresh ingredients and homemade sauces. The fries are well fried. Friendly service. It was very quiet (Wednesday during the summer holidays). The rib finger sandwich was tasty (with hoisin, among other things). Personally, I didn't think the seroendeng was a successful addition/combination. Spicy chicken burger; well breaded and fried. Juicy meat. The sauce was supposed to contain gochujang, but it was mainly very salty (I don't say that easily) and I couldn't taste the chili paste itself. It wasn't "spicy" either. If the sauce were less salty, you would have a truly delicious burger.

Delicious food in the garden! Beautiful terrace, great service, and lovely people. If you want to make some adjustments to your meal, there is certainly room for that. From what I saw, the kitchen brigade is a well-oiled team. (Open kitchen) I ate a delicious Bavette and have been there often enough for a delicious lunch. I think it is one of the nicest (relaxed) places to have lunch in Huissen. Just a bit neater and of a higher standard than the other establishments in Huissen. Hats off to Timme ❤️

Great atmosphere, food was delicious. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful evening I had in Huissen. The food was truly fantastic and prepared to perfection. Every dish was a feast for the eyes. The presentation with the fresh peas and the perfectly cooked fish was particularly to my liking. The atmosphere at the table was delightful, and the refined flavors made the dinner truly complete. I will definitely be back here soon. Highly recommended for anyone who loves good food.

Had dinner with friends at Bar Lekker last night. It had been a while, unfortunately. Because we were surprised once again by the delicious food: from oysters and prawn toast to an asparagus main course, duck confit, and more... And at an acceptable price too. Compliments to the team!! Hope to see you soon.

My wife and I had a wonderful meal. We walked in spontaneously and chose the four-course surprise menu. And it was fantastic. A cozy atmosphere, very friendly service, a nice pace between courses, and not to mention fantastic food, beautifully presented and with a taste to die for. The kitchen staff deserve a compliment for the dishes. In other words, highly recommended.

Delicious food, with attention to presentation. It took a while to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Highly recommended!

We had a delicious surprise menu at Bar Lekker! I wanted it vegetarian and that was no problem at all. The watermelon-feta, in particular, was a real surprise with very distinct flavors. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on the terrace.

They are a bit expensive but worth it

Highly recommended! They make every dish something special. We had a delicious meal.

We had a delicious meal here yesterday. The waitresses were friendly and the food was excellent. My compliments! Top restaurant!

What a culinary treat! Bar Lekker never ceases to amaze us. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff friendly, and the kitchen cooks to a high standard – full of flavor and character. Everything is meticulously prepared, from the perfect wine selection to the matching glasses in which they are served, always at the perfect temperature. An absolute must for anyone who appreciates conviviality, quality, and authentic flavors. We love coming here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went there for lunch. We ordered hamburger and fries. Hamburger was absolutely bad. It was very bland and tasteless, did not deserve its price. Sorry but we had better hamburgers from gas stations. Fries was okay but again was not special. Service was really good. However, We will not visit again.

A wonderful lunch, excellent service, and a surprisingly atmospheric restaurant. We will definitely be back for dinner! Congratulations!

Heerlijk, ongedwongen avondje met vrienden. Heerlijk gegeten. Vriendelijk personeel. Top avond gezellig en ……. Bar Lekker.

Nice place to sit for a while, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. And had a delicious lunch!

It was really tasty 😉 We ordered the surprise menu; beautifully prepared dishes that were also very tasty. Dishes that I wouldn't have chosen from the menu because I didn't know them, and yet I am so surprised by the delicious and special flavors. Really a top kitchen! 👌🏻 Good and friendly service and a very friendly chef 👍🏻 See you soon!

We are constantly surprised by the Bar Lekker crew. Once again a top surprise menu with attention to allergies. No less than 5 stars. Compliments!

Yesterday we had a delicious meal with seven of us. We had the 5-course surprise menu. 1× vegetarian, which was also delicious. Casual atmosphere, as always, friendly service. Good wine.

Delicious food, tasty dishes and some different choices than the standard choices

Had a nice surprise menu...preferably meat because one of us doesn't like fish Too bad the amuse is served with fish Furthermore, it was great .... the accompanying wines were also very tasty

Welcome to Jamrock! Delicious food, great atmosphere, top service, tasty drinks, open kitchen, and I can keep going... 10/10/10 the gem of Huissen!

Delicious food! Good atmosphere and super nice staff!

The tastiest oysters in the Netherlands, and delicious small dishes... another improvement in quality...

Bediening was super vriendelijk.

What a nice surprise! Great atmosphere, great service and even better food! Delicious meat and everything beautifully prepared. In a casual atmosphere. We will definitely come back here! Compliments.

The idea was to quickly eat a hamburger, which was better than expected. The staff is very friendly and the price/quality ratio is very good. It's just a pity that you are not allowed to smoke outside, otherwise we would definitely have stayed longer.

Few vegetarian dishes. We expected more!

Great tent and have been coming there for years with great pleasure. Food is too, service is top notch. Best carpaccio you will ever eat.

Delicious and beautiful surprise menu. Excellent care. Recommended.

Had a very successful evening with colleagues. Very tasty surprise menu while enjoying various types of (draft) beer and wine at our table, which were well received. Cozy place, nice varied crowd. Beautiful and atmospheric location. The outside terrace at the back looked good, but the weather was not very sensible. Great reason to try that again

Ate here for the first time, what a nice restaurant. Delicious food, which was nice that there was plenty of time between the dishes, so you could enjoy dining for (almost) an entire evening. Very friendly staff. One thing is certain, we will definitely come here again.

The place can hardly be called quiet, it is very noisy. The dishes are beautifully presented. The fish is very tasty. Horrible high chairs, my back started hurting after 20 minutes. The sofas were reserved.

Delicious food, great atmosphere and hospitable service

I personally ate a very well prepared bavette here, but of course there is much more on the menu. The desserts were good too. I'll probably come here more often.

Yes, everything is just right here. Nice and correct bed rental, a quiet cozy atmosphere and the food is really delicious! Highly recommended to go here.

I have eaten at Bar Lekker several times for dinner and it is always excellent! Yesterday I enjoyed the 4-course surprise lunch including wine pairing for the first time. Also highly recommended 👌🏻 An afternoon-filling program in which you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Highly recommended and definitely worth repeating. Thank you Bar Lekker for the wonderful afternoon and see you next time!

Around the corner from the main square. Great atmosphere. Nice and quiet, in the courtyard and also on the street. We were pleasantly surprised. Again and again. Compliment.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly service.

Complimenten.

We were in Huissen for a visit and wandered through the center of Huissen. We decided to have lunch at Bar Lekker and we weren't disappointed! We sat in the garden, which is small but cosy. The staff is very friendly. I had a brioche salmon and it was delicious. For desert an affogato, which was even better! :)

Gewoon een hele fijn plek, heerlijke binnentuin. Lekkere hamburgers.

Lunch was perfect. Egg Benedict.

Heerlijk geluncht, vriendelijke bediening.

Incredible food and lovely staff. It was a great experience ☺️

Gezellige eetgelegenheid, heerlijke burger gegeten. Vriendelijke bediening. Top!

Leuk concept. Lekker maar wel aan de duur kant.

Heerlijk gegeten en vriendelijk personeel

Vriendelijk personeel, erg behulpzaam en netjes. Kwaliteit eten was erg goed!

Echte aanrader!

Leuke mensen, mooi restaurant.
