At first, you might walk right past the restaurant, but DON'T! Go inside! You'll feel a true Eastern atmosphere, with style and, above all, a very warm atmosphere. It's truly fantastic. The food is incredibly flavorful, a true explosion of flavors in your mouth. The family works with all their heart and soul to ensure everything you could possibly want or expect as a guest. Simply beyond expectations. Everything is well explained, they take the time to explain the menu and dishes, and nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful evening! I don't often give 5 stars, but here everything is just perfect. Wonderfully attentive staff and a lovely atmosphere. The chairs are very comfortable, and the decor makes you feel like you're in Persia or the Middle East. The quality of the food is high, and the flavors are excellent. Some restaurants use a lot of salt, but certainly not here! You can tell they have a lot of flavor and a passion for the craft. The cocktails are delicious and reasonably priced. The menu offers plenty of options for everyone. What I appreciated was that you get proper cutlery with a sharp knife for meat dishes. This was well thought out. The homemade bread is special and a nice surprise on the regular white bread. Once again, compliments to the staff; they make all the difference. I'll definitely be back to try the drinks.

On Friday, the 25th, we went to Sabroso again with our in-laws. And once again, we had a wonderful, relaxing evening with delicious food. We'd reserved the tomahawk steak twice a few days in advance, and it was fantastic. All the other starters, main courses, and desserts were also superb! The service was very polite and friendly, and they kept a close eye on the table. The owner even came by a few times for a pleasant chat. It was another very successful evening!

Butter-tender meat... Ate here for the first time. The staff were very polite, which was a relief. The food was delicious, the meat was butter-tender. We ordered the mixed grill. The rice with saffron is highly recommended; paired with a piece of meat, it's a true taste experience. We will definitely be back and are still enjoying it! As a tip, we would like to point out that not every dish comes with side dishes.

Spontaneously went out for dinner for my birthday and yes, you also get a firework fountain with your dessert.😀 Allergies are taken into account very well here, in consultation they look at what is/isn't possible. Super satisfied and delicious food.

My previous review is a bit older so it's time for an update after eating there for the 11th time last week. We still love coming here and feel at home here. We've tried many different dishes and everything is equally delicious! The service is incredibly friendly and attentive. It's getting busier now than it was in the beginning and I'm glad they survived Corona. I sincerely wish them the best! Are you still in doubt, after all the good reviews, whether you want to eat here? Don't hesitate anymore, they won't disappoint you. ----------- We've walked past this restaurant a few times already. But we'd never been in here before. We had a really delicious meal. Brother and sister and very friendly and you get a lot of attention. The ambiance is very nice and it felt pleasant right away when you entered. This is really an asset to Bourgondisch Huissen.

The service in this restaurant is very friendly and hospitable. The various dishes have a Persian and European twist and I really enjoyed them. Nice and hot, good quantity and tasty seasoning. Dessert: the cake with honey and walnuts was delicious. I could eat another 3 of those! A nice dining experience, even if you want to eat some different dishes. I will definitely come back here.

I’ve been curious about this place for a while as I live nearby but when I finally had a chance to come in, wowowow! This family owned business is outstanding! It had been a while since we had eaten here. It seems like they keep getting better. The bread in advance is great, the pulled chicken salad is very tasty and afterwards the Vaziri is absolutely fantastic. Meat is super tender and the pepper sauce has a wonderfully mild taste.

We ate there for the first time on Sunday but we will definitely be back. I was glad that the other restaurants were full otherwise we would never have ended up there. From the outside it looks like a cafe, but inside it looks attractive. Friendly service and the food was delicious.

Ate here on Saturday 08-06-2024. Interior very nice, surprising even. Service very nice and very good. Food very tasty. Meat super tender and if you like Mixed Grill this is really TOP! This is absolutely recommended and a dining sensation. Definitely going to try it!

It took a long time before we had meat and the rest was good except the sparribs were too black and a lot of fatty meat on them so the 1 dessert was ready also took much longer. We got a cup of coffee for comfort then the desserts came the pudding tasted of nothing and very hot just made yuck

Ate here with a group of 10. The service is great. The food is deliciously unique. Of course, there is no accounting for taste. We did not like the Persian rice very much. The chairs are not really suitable for sitting all evening. The Feni dessert is delicious! Definitely worth it.

Everything was extraordinary! We started with Kashke Bademjan, and it made with eggplant. It was just beginning of the good tastes. The main food is delicious and the grill was made with really good marinade with saffron. I have ordered Baba special and it was amazing with rice. It is better to tell them in advance that you want a bit more rice and I think it is no problem for them. My husband had Nesar, and I can not describe how it is delicious. Lots of nuts with fresh fruit and lamb make it super delicious. The last step was desserts and I could recommend you that just go for cake Gherdo. The sweetness was just what you need for digestion. Do not forget to ask for advice about drinks. They will not disappoint you and bring the best match wine for each part of course and it makes the taste more stronger and delicious. The staffs are friendly and welcoming and they explain the ingredients of the food and you know what you eat. This makes them professional. The vibe of the place is so peaceful with light music and nice decoration. Definitely back.

Ate here on Sunday, after trying to make a reservation a few times before on a Saturday, but always being unable to get a seat. The service is smooth and nice. Good explanation of the food. The restaurant looks nice in terms of decor and the atmosphere is great. Food was tasty. Mixed grill and tagine with lamb stew. The meat was very well prepared, even the chicken skewer was juicy and tender and the lamb very tender. What could be improved: - The presentation on the plate is very messy with the sauce and fried pieces on the plate, especially in combination with the design of the plate (I was also not asked if I wanted sauce). - The mushroom sauce lacks some flavor, a bit mealy. - I personally like sea salt on the table and a pepper mill better than the normal salt and white pepper tins that are there now. - Persian ice cream dessert is just one scoop of ice cream (delicious) but with a cone with whipped cream and a piece of chocolate cake. I would personally expect more Persian ice cream or make it clear on the menu.

What a disappointment last night, Friday evening, around 6:30 pm. The place is almost empty, at most 5 to 6 tables are occupied. Upon arrival we are asked if we have made a reservation. No, we don't have that. Then unfortunately there is no room. Huh? Such a huge place and so many empty tables. Staff doesn't seem to be able to cope. And that for a Friday evening.... I definitely don't give 1 star, they don't deserve it, because our experience is that they are always very friendly and the food is delicious, but I didn't think the way things were going yesterday was right. Shame! Hopefully it won't happen again.

Very cozy and beautiful restaurant where you will receive a very friendly welcome. We had a fantastic meal here and the ribs are definitely recommended. I asked for a Cuba Libre which was not on the menu and they made it immediately and one of the better ones I have ever had. I can definitely recommend this restaurant for a nice meal.

Hier op 14-12-2022 gegeten. Zeer vriendelijke bediening, die bij vragen alles erg goed uitlegt. Het eten was echt heerlijk! Ik had ook nog perzisch ijs na, maar was vergeten daar ook een foto van te maken. Dat ijs was ook super lekker! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Mijn vrouw en ik gaan regelmatig uit eten maar bij ons in de buurt zit geen Perzisch restaurant, en ik zeg er maar meteen bij … helaas. Want oh oh oh wat hebben wij heerlijk gegeten. Het is dat wij drie provincies verderop wonen want anders gingen we tenminste 1 keer per maand hier naartoe. De bediening is top, super netjes en beleefd en heeft kennis van de gerechten. Dat vind je tegenwoordig zelden nog. Afijn, ik had de Nesar en die kan ik echt aanbevelen. Mijn vrouw had een kipgerecht en ook dat was fijn van smaak en heerlijk bereid. Echt een aanrader!!!!

I was visiting friends in The Netherlands and they brought me here. We bought 4 dishes to share. The food was simply incredible, I will literally be dreaming of the lamb stew and the grilled meat. Heerlijk gegeten. Een echte aanrader. Restaurant wordt gerund door "Perzische"famulie. Heel aardige bediening. Wij gaan zeker terug!

Vriendelijk ontvangen en een hele gezellige en rustige sfeer. De gerechten werden netjes en in alle rust uitgelegd, en het was heerlijk. Het zelf gemaakte Perzische ijs was verrukkelijk. Vriendelijke bediening.

Bij Sabroso in Huissen kun je prima eten. Denk er wél aan op tijd te komen anders beland je achter in de wachtrij, werd ons toch even verteld bij binnenkomst. Wij waren wat verlaat. Voor de goede orde; het restaurant was bij lange na niet vol. Overweeg je een baby mee te nemen, overtuig jezelf dat hij of zij dan niet gaat huilen! Neem voor de zekerheid een extra truitje mee, voor het geval de airco te koud staat. En zit je krap bij kas laat dan niet je vlees doorbakken want dat kost twee euro extra. Maar je kunt prima eten bij Sabroso in Huissen.

Wauw, ik heb hier vanavond gegeten en het was super lekker! Ik kwam binnen, en werd gelijk geholpen door de hele aardige bediening. Ik heb daarna mijn hoofdgerecht doorgegeven, en ik was echt versteld van hoe lekker het was. Ik had een grill gerecht besteld genaamd de Mix Grill, en daarbij had ik de mini Nesar bestelt, samen met wat uien ringen. Het was super lekker en raad het aan iedereen aan. De sfeer in het restaurant is ook erg fijn. De bediening is super aardig en er draait leuke muziek. Daarna had ik nog het huisgemaakte Perzische ijs bestelt de Arsham Mashti, super lekker ook. Dit restaurant echt een aanrader!

Inmiddels al meerdere keren geweest en wat is het een top restaurant! Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en correct. De prijs kwaliteitsverhouding is prima in balans. Echt een aanrader voor wie een keer iets anders wil eten in Huissen. De huisregels die in de menukaart staan zijn overigens wel erg bijzonder en ik was stiekem ook wel benieuwd naar de voorwaarden. Bij ons laatste bezoek ging er helaas wat mis (ondanks er maar 4 tafels bezet waren). Het personeel van die avond had het naar mijn mening niet helemaal onder controle en na feedback hebben we er een vreemde nasmaak aan overgehouden... Wie weet tot de volgende keer?

Familiebedrijf bestaande uit vader,moeder, en 2 volwassen kinderen, die bijzonder gastvrij en aardig zijn en die er allemaal voor zorgen dat je heerlijk kunt eten in een sfeervol restaurant.

Er werden wat foutjes gemaakt in de keuken en bediening waardoor we erg lang moesten wachten en er tóch geen rijst of groente bij de bestelde gerechten bleek te zitten (de ober had gezegd dat het een volledige maaltijd was: misschien eet hij nooit groente of zetmeel?). Het was wel heel gezellig en wat we kregen was heerlijk.

Wat een sfeer en wat een service! Lekkere stoelen ook waar je zo een avond in kan relaxen en eten. Eten was heerlijk. Vlees was super mals en je kunt hier de buik goed rond eten. Mjam

Wij gaan regelmatig uit eten, van hoog culinair tot een gemiddelde bistro. Plaats zelden reviews. Maar de service, ambiance, de smaak en malsheid van gerechten waren uitmuntend! Bedankt voor deze fijne avond.
