A lovely restaurant with a pleasant terrace, delicious dishes on the menu, and reasonable prices. I'd especially like to compliment the attentive and efficient service; it was truly fantastic!

Milú is without a doubt one of my absolute favorite places to dine in The Hague. Whether it’s for lunch, dinner, or drinks, I find myself returning again and again—and for good reason. The atmosphere is vibrant yet cozy, the service is consistently friendly and efficient, and the overall experience is always highly enjoyable. One of the things that sets Milú apart is its varied and creative cuisine. The menu offers a thoughtful selection of internationally inspired small dishes, each carefully crafted and beautifully presented. There’s something for everyone—whether you're in the mood for fresh and light, rich and indulgent, or something in between. Every dish I’ve tried has been consistently flavorful and well-balanced. The service is fast and attentive, and although it can get quite busy (especially on weekends), the staff always manage to remain welcoming and professional. It’s clear they care about both the food and the experience they provide. I particularly recommend visiting during their Cocktail & Mocktail Wednesdays, where the drinks are not only delicious but also creatively put together. Their Sushi Sundays are also a highlight—an excellent combination of quality and variety that’s hard to beat. Given its popularity, I strongly advise making a reservation in advance, especially if you’re planning to go on a Friday or Saturday. It fills up quickly, and that alone speaks volumes about the quality Milú consistently delivers. After each visit, I leave with a smile on my face and a very satisfied appetite. It’s become a place I look forward to every month and one I always recommend to friends and visitors alike. Truly one of the best culinary spots in The Hague.

Ate here for the 2nd time. Nice and cozy place, wasn't super busy on Whitsun Sunday but that's not a problem. The dishes are well seasoned and tasty. The only dish that was a bit disappointing was the bao beef. Maybe half of the filling had fallen out because it was a bit sparse and the meat tough. Otherwise all dishes were tasty! Will definitely come back again.

Very good place for The Hague near the Binnenhof. Not much going on on a Monday evening in the Hague, but this place has nice indoor and outdoor seating, good music, not too loud, just nice. Cocktail was quite good, and food was tasty.

A top experience! We booked with 13 friends of which 2 veggies and 1 pregnant woman. We decided in advance to choose the sharing menu. We were very well received and everything was adjusted so that both the veggies and the pregnant woman could eat. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere very cozy, really recommended!

The weather was nice so we sat outside. The atmosphere there was okay. Food was great, tasty and well seasoned. Service friendly and pretty fast. The Sangria was a bit too sour but still drinkable and always love a good scroppino (which was also very tasty so recommended)!

Super cozy tent, in the morning, afternoon and evening. In winter, the heat lamps and wind screens on the terrace are great! The jug of sangria de cava with passion fruit is really the top recommendation on the drinks menu. All the staff are top notch. Love for the bar and the service.

The lunch menus are good choices. The veggie and fish tasting were delicious, the staff friendly and helpful.

Great terrace, great service and delicious lunch

Stopped by for dessert. The ambiance was nice and cozy. Service was a bit slow, likely due to how busy it was. The dessert itself was slightly sour for my taste, but the ice cream on top added a pleasant balance. Overall, a decent experience.

This place has become so much worse than 1-2 years ago. Rice sticks are now little rice cubes, 4 micro cubes for 11 euros. The portions are now basically 1/4 of what they used to serve in 2024. My cocktail was just so bad: ugly, small, some sweet juice - 11,50eur. No wonder the place was half empty on a Friday night. I used to like this place but I will never come back again.

The place is huge and has games which is amazing but the staff is really pushy for you to buy drinks which is uncomfortable. Food prices are a bit expensive but fine, drinks are a good price :)

We went to Milu for thier cocktail special. The cocktails were so good we decided to get another round. Definitely worth a visit if you like a good and different cocktail.

Today my girlfriend and I went to Milú's for dinner, it was super nice, glad the sun was shining, just nice and quiet, not too busy. Pleasant and nice service!!! And the rosé wine was fantastic.🥂🌡☀️. Definitely recommended to come with family or as a company outing ♥️.

I’ve had my wedding reception at Milú since it’s right across the venue. Great experience here. We’ve rented the first floor, the communication & planning, food, price and service are all very satisfying. Special thanks to the event team and our waiters.

We went here for lunch and dinner. Everything went great at lunch. At dinner we initially had the feeling that we were being forgotten, but when we were given another table the service was top notch. Food was great. We both loved the lollipop with dessert and the calamari.

Don't come for lunch. Several ingredients missing from the drinks ordered and food that was supposed to arrive warm arrived cold. Two stars for some effort at least...

Cute place with a lot of space. A lot of nice options for food and drinks. Nice for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just drinks. Would highly recommend, but can be crowded. The also have some nice events on Sundays or the first week of the month.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely & cozy bar restaurant! Best choice for drinking and have different dishes as snacks/dinner! I had 3 dishes with couple of 🍻, considering the quality, the price is reasonable. The staff truly cares about your experience.

Beautiful restaurant with multinational cuisine such as sushi, Mexican and Italian risotto. Pretty good food especially the sushi. The risotto was very little.

Milu used to be one of our go-to places in The Hague. Unfortunately the experience has deteriorated quite a bit since. While the food and drinks are still tasty, the portions have become smaller while the price has gone up. Worse though is the very inhospitable attitude that the staff now has. Reservations have narrow time-slots while service is very slow and sloppy. It took ages for our food to get served. Then I hadn't even had a chance to eat my last bite and take the last sip of my drink before the waiter came with the bill and started urging us to leave. Such a shame that what used to be one of our favorite spots for a night out has not been able to keep their quality high.

Probably the worst service I've ever encountered in my life. Entitled waiter with absolutely no knowledge of the menu. Typical entitlement form someone who's new to the service industry. Answering questions with a blunt I don't know and not open to any feedback. Has no answer to any questions regarding the menu.Shame because the place looks nice and inviting but need a lesson in customer service and customer experience. Definitely NOT recommend most especially not to anyone expecting any form of service while charging high end prices.

Great nice restaurant in the center of The Hague. Here you sit and look beautiful, and the food is delicious and the service is friendly. What more could you want :) As far as I'm concerned, the tip is the burrata sandwich for lunch. Definitely recommended!

very mediocre experience. My girlfriend was very enthusiastic about last time, but this time it was very disappointing. Dessert tasted like it was expired... cocktails, on the other hand, were tasty. Food was very mediocre, ordered sushi but got shrimp. Not entirely satisfied everywhere, too bad...

I keep coming back here! The atmosphere is great and I rarely have trouble understanding people at my table. The food and drinks are varied enough that everyone can get something they like, it's especially nice that they have a decent selection of alcoholfree cocktails and beers.

Really, really cool place to have lunch and take a nice break in a peaceful spot🌿🌷☕️🍰🌳 during your shopping spree in the city center! The food is absolutely delicious, fresh and good portions(especially for The Hague) Service is great and seating inside and out is nice and comfy to enjoy a rest and a well deserved drink☺️, coffee and or plate of sandwiches with a salad or soup🥪🥗🥣 or something more substantial🍕🍔🥙🍝🍳🍗or perhaps a nice piece of apple pie, whipped cream or ice cream included ofcourse!🥧🤗 You need to search little as it is tucked away a side street further from the busy crossing at the Gouden Hooft Cafe towards the Torenstraat. But trust me...you will be pleased to rest your weary feet and be fed and watered here, especially on a beautiful day outside☀️💁🏼‍♀️Enjoy🍹

A nice restaurant in a very good central location. The food is good, with a steak sandwich you have to like it a little bloody😉. We would love to come back, we were there for lunch today and therefore didn't have a cocktail happy hour yet

A restaurant with a difference. There are numerous delicacies on the menu and the best thing about it is that you don't have to choose a dish. The Milú restaurant invites you to share dishes, like in a tapas restaurant. It was really extremely tasty and really something to look at.

We were hooked on their lunch menu as it offered similar vegetarian options for all their meat dishes which made us happy. The steak sandwich was described as one of the best. The kaaskroket was reported to have strong cheese which made it yummy. The tuna melt sandwich was tasty with a tiny hint of spice through the sriracha mayo which was topped with molten golden cheese. The first thing I noticed walking into this establishment is the open space with different configuration of bar height seating, low table seats, couch with coffee tables and booths. It also has outdoor seating available.

Mini burger was bland, chicken was so bad it seemed fake, portion sizes were tiny and prices unreasonably high. Left hungry, went to another restaurant after. Waiter was nice and attentive, and it's a nice location 2/5, would not go there again

We were there for lunch. The waitress was very friendly and had time for a little chat. In general there wasn't much going on. The food was delicious.

The worst food. Not a place to eat something. They only have bites and expensive ones, mainly from frozen food. We’ve tried pretty much everything from the bites meniu and from the main meniu. Unfortunately we came to one conclusion in the end: bad and expensive food.

Amazing drinks, amazing food, and above all, amazing service! Krzysztof doted on us all night and asked us in the beginning about our tastes to tailor his recommendations and make sure every drink and snack we ordered was an absolute *banger*. His friendly banter made the night memorable, the drinks were fresh, and the food was delicious!

We drank a Lychee Sunset cocktail, shots of Licor 43 and a bottle of sweet white wine, service and the atmosphere was great! And the snacks were really good too🥰 10/10 recommend

A vibrant location in the city center, with delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. The decoration is classic and the sitting is cosy; however when it comes to interior vibes, there are better ones are around in the Hague.

15min wait to be served even though it was almost empty, outdoor area stank of sewage, staff on phones.

I ate here for the first time 2 weeks ago and I now think about it fondly. Delicious food, friendly staff who explained the formula well to us. You order from the menu and the idea is to share with your table companions. The waiter also recommended us well and everything was served quickly. The restaurant is also very attractively decorated. The fried squid is highly recommended!

It's been a long time since I've been served so poorly somewhere. If you don't enjoy your work, I would especially recommend that you work somewhere else.

Second time coming here, and it's the best place to meet up with someone for the first time. The interior is so well decorated, I even stayed around the toilets because of how luxurious everything looked. We only had the Milu snack platter this time which included bread, Japanese fried prawn, springrolls, calamari kung pao, almonds and chicken yakotori skewers. I personally enjoyed the calamari and it was full of flavour with a bit of sweetness to it. We also had a few cocktails which were great, but leaning on it being too strong when it's something sour. The waiters serving us were friendly and to the point, so no complaints there!

Nice place, friendly staff. When the restaurant is full, the wait for food can be very long. Price is a bit on the high side and doesn't fill up quickly. Still hungry after €40 is a shame.

Tried it because of the reviews, but I have absolutely no idea why the food has good reviews. Absolutely bland, which is crazy as the menu is a fusion of cuisines. You’d expect there to be some sort of flavor. the quesadillas were bland, you only know there is some “kimchi” in it because of the soggy greens. The Asian inspired beef was dry and again lacking any kind of flavor. The shrimps were ok. And you can’t go wrong with bread. But walk around the corner to AH if you’re craving bread. Sushi roll was ok, but there is a sushi restaurant around the corner if you want that. Dessert was horrid. Absolutely do not get the selection of desserts. The drinks were nice, but honestly the food should at least be ok, for this place to be worth visiting. The only thing that made our night at this establishment was the 1 very friendly waiter we had.

The place is in a great location, great terrace, beautiful interior, but the food is very OK. Reading the menu it sounds great, but the actual food lacks all of the flavor promoted on the menu. We had the “kimchi” quesadilla, might as well been a cheese quesadilla from a fast food restaurant. Fish cakes w/ green curry dipping sauce, no hint of green curry in the sauce. Barely any fish in the cakes. Not bad, but not nearly as good as you would expect.

One of the highlights of our trip to Hague when it comes to food. We ordered 4 dishes to share and everything was soo delicious. The staff was very friendly, they even added a candle to my dessert when my friend told the waitress that it was my bday :) Highly recommend!

I don't often give out all five stars in the areas of food, service and atmosphere, but Milu lives up to it on all fronts. Yesterday I ate for the first time as an Amsterdammer with a friend from The Hague and I immediately loved it. Reservations are recommended as it is usually busy. A DJ will also be active at the end of the evening, which makes it difficult to converse with your table partner. But it's so cozy there, the dishes are delicious (surprisingly) and the service is adequate and fast. There was never a time when we had to wait too long for the dishes. The idea is that you share the dishes with each other. All kinds of plates with refined snacks are placed on the table, and you then have to share them with your table partner(s). The dishes are not large, but it is soon enough. Otherwise, order something extra. They are on the table quickly. There is plenty of choice in vegetarian and vegan. We ended up paying 120 for the 2 of us, including tip. I thought it was very reasonable, given what was offered. Will definitely come back if I have to be in the Hofstad again.

Such a lovely restaurant. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is lovely, and the food is top quality with vegetarian and vegan options. I came back several times on my recent trip because I loved it so much. Very highly recommended!

What a wonderful experience at Milu. The team was on top of berthing and were all around great, especially Daan and Judith. We had our large business dinner of 50+ guests and we all had a memorable time. Thank you for a great experience!

The hostess was incredibly rude(she was wearing a sweater I assume she was the hostess, she wasn’t wearing a uniform) but the servers were nice. The atmosphere is nice aswell.

Nice restaurant, good food, but very noisy

I am very disappointed with this restaurant, we visited this restaurant from Germany on Saturday evening to celebrate my birthday. Alf was charged €50 too much, and things were billed that we didn't order. You trust employees and don't check the bill so closely. When we were in the hotel room, we looked at the bill and things were charged that we didn't buy. I immediately contacted you via email and Instagram. Unfortunately no response so I wouldn't recommend this store and had a bad experience for my birthday. It's unbelievable how they rip off customers. Please check the invoices when you visit this store. Is my warm-hearted recommendation After a week, the overcharged costs were refunded because I was still very disappointed on my birthday and asked the staff to be more careful.

One of our go to places for dinner in The Hague. The dishes are size of starters and are meant to be shared. This is excellent for an evening out with a group of friends. The food is delicious and there is a wide variety for those with dietary restrictions. The restaurant tends to get busy quite often , a reservation would guarantee a nice cozy table inside!

Got married today at the Groenmarkt, followed by lunch at Milú... Very nice, very organized, delicious food, staff was also great! Thanks for everything Milú
