Got a telo bakkeljouw yesterday... Telo completely bland..bakkeljouw seems straight from the sea without preparing it.....had a nasty fishy taste.. Telo not even cooked through...and the owner goes to smoke in front of the door and then immediately helps behind the counter...no never again

Always good food and really Surinamese! Also nice to sit with your family. Warm and interested host always gives you a warm welcome!

Received the tip to get hot food here and a sandwich, etc. I didn't regret it! Sandwiches were well filled and not crisis like most (rip-off) restaurants. Lovely people at the counter and the nasi and noodles were tasty. Excellent prices too. Pepper also tastes delicious fresh with meat dishes. Will definitely come back again! The food here is delicious! We ordered teloh, sandwiches and black pudding. Had the teloh there, saucer with pepper, great. We had to wait quite a long time at the table. It's really more of a takeaway point, not a restaurant. Been back many times in the meantime.

I previously had a delicious chicken curry sandwich with pickles and pepper here. Today we picked up Telo Bakkeljauw here, cassava was crispy and plenty of bakkeljauw which was also tasty.

Came to Sweetie in The Hague very often. I like this one better and tastier. Ordered Nasi (vegetarian) and Tjaumin (vegetarian). Decoration is gloomy and boring. Food is good!

I didn't know you could prepare roti by cooking potatoes in chicken stock with some limp frozen green beans.

Pretty standard, some things are heated in the microwave but it tastes okay. They are super nice and fast. Personally, I think it looks a bit old/dated, but if they meant it that way, then 5 stars.

Good place for a quick meal with established flavours and menu options. There's clearly lots of regulars and the staff are pretty well known and thought of. Clean bathroom facilities as well.
