Everything is perfectly organized there, and the people are friendly. That is simply where you go to buy your fish and nowhere else.

Barneveld has a specialty fish shop in the town center. With the emphasis on SPECIAL. When you step inside, you will feast your eyes. The sheer variety of fish available and what can be made from it! A feast for the eyes. But there is more! At the back of the shop, tables and chairs are playfully arranged in a spacious lunchroom to allow guests to enjoy the many (fish) dishes on the menus. The cod/delicious cod menu, served with crispy fries, sauces, and fresh vegetables, is particularly popular. There is also a kibbeling menu for the little ones. The well-stocked display cases sparkle at you, and it is too much to mention; well... just take a look for yourself (see photos). We had a delicious meal there, and I can only regret that this little fish restaurant isn't just around the corner from me.

Delicious fresh fish. Beautifully displayed in the counter. The kibbeling is also divine. Highly recommended to eat your fish in the restaurant. When picking up the fish, we were even given a bag of ice cubes so that the fish wouldn't spoil on the way in the heat. Super friendly staff.

I regularly pop in to get some fish there. Decent portions of tasty kibbeling. Friendly staff, always served correctly! However, it really is time for the Dutch new herring again now, because unfortunately, I find that this herring doesn't have much flavor anymore.

The fish was very fresh and delicious. The selection at the counter was very diverse. The prices were also reasonable. The shop and the restrooms were clean.

A wide variety of fish and seafood. Unfortunately, the wraps (salmon and mackerel) were not fresh. Picked in the morning, and the lettuce inside was wilted and brown.

Barneveld is lucky to have such a good and beautiful fish shop! You can really feel and taste that quality is paramount, and they literally work incredibly hard to achieve it. 5 stars and worth a lot of customers!

We ate there. Nice place, good food. It's a shame that every type of fish is fried with the same layer of breading and spices. So it doesn't matter what you order, everything tastes the same.

This enthusiastic fishmonger delivered excellent quality fish, lobster, caviar, Irish oysters, shrimp, salmon, tuna, and more. He had unwrapped the lobster, opened the oysters, and prepared the large shrimp ready to go. Everything was beautifully delivered on ice and on a large platter! Thanks to all these delicacies, our family had a fantastic evening and enjoyed the high-quality fish. I usually get my fish from a large fishmonger in Rotterdam, but this fishmonger is head and shoulders above the rest! Thanks again for your thoughtful advice and for honoring all the agreements. Saturday, August 9th, I got 5 cod fillets. The quality of the fish was perfect, but unfortunately, the frying could be much better! The fish was very greasy and therefore much less tasty. The frying oil was too low, the frying was too long, the batter was bad, or the fryer was too full could all be the cause. It's a shame, because the fish themselves were excellent. The herring and mackerel were excellent! The shop also looks very appealing; you'd want to sink your teeth into everything!

We picked up from this store after ordering by telephone, mostly tasty treats and kibbeling. Taste and quality are perfect, which is why it's a pity that they were sparse in the amount of kibble per portion.

Delicious fish, nice that you can sit down in the shop to eat your order. The price/quality ratio is good. Although a small and medium portion were about the same amount. 😅 That was a bit of a shame.

It's nice that there is usually gluten-free fish/kibbeling. It's a shame that the staff at the stall say that there is gluten-free fish in the store and when you go to the store on the other side of the village it turns out that this is not the case today. Poor communication with each other and the customer.

Great fish, the concept with the restaurant behind it is not immediately obvious. We stood around for a while until we were helped, but that was made up for by the delicious fish menu. Price performance is also very good.

What I missed was the salt, pepper and maybe some fish seasoning. For our taste it was bland and the spices on my kibbeling were a bit lacking. But the quality of the fish is fine. We will definitely go back!

Recently stopped here for a quick lunch: luxurious herring sandwich and a bowl of kibbeling. The quality was excellent, excellent herring, neatly presented. The kibbeling was remarkably well prepared, namely baked just right (it is often baked too long, in my experience, and then it is too dry), delicious! Service friendly and fast. Ambience mediocre, but fine for a quick lunch.

Goeie viswinkel. Normaal gezien vrij rustig, vriendelijk personeel, lekkere verse vis en een hoop andere gerechten! Het is wel aardig prijzig maar dat is te verwachten bij de goede service.

Altijd prima kwaliteit en aardig personeel. We komen er graag, Zomaar even tussendoor.

Prachtige schone viswinkel met zeer ruime keuze, echt voor ieder wat wils, tegen een vriendelijke prijs. Vriendelijk personeel. Je kunt binnen eten. Honden zijn binnen niet toegestaan. Het terras buiten is klein en ligt direct aan de, niet al te drukke, straat. Echt een aanrader om hier binnen te stappen en laat je verrassen als je trek hebt in vis.

Leckerer frisch zubereite Fischgerichte werden serviert.

Top winkel voor alles wat met vis te maken heeft en nog betaalbaar ook! We rijden graag 20 km om daar een lekker visje te eten!!

Voor mij het beste visrestaurant in de omgeving barneveld. Als je binnen loopt zie je direct dat alles dik in orde is. Het ziet er leuk uit en de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend!

De mooiste de lekkerste viszaak van barneveld. Alles mooi vers en ziet er allemaal goed en netjes en verzorgt uit. Echte liefde voor de vis

Heerlijke gebakken lekkerbekjes die je daar in het eetgedeelte kunt opeten. Minpuntje: de tafeltjes waren niet goed schoon, beetje pikkerig. Ook de harinkjes die ik mee naar huis nam , sprongen er niet echt uit. Al met al toch 'n aanrader, mooie zaak, verse mooie producten in de vitrine en aardige bediening.
