The restaurant looks nice, and we were able to sit outside on the terrace. We were served in a friendly manner. We were able to order quite quickly, but then had to wait an hour for our first dish; the bread rolls that were promised to us an hour earlier only arrived then—after asking again. Next, we received a drink on the house, although it turned out we had paid for one drink later. We had to wait that long for every round. The dishes were tasty, though. The desserts were a bit disappointing: spekkoek with (almost no) coconut ice cream (see photo). A sorbet that wasn't a sorbet. In short, not what we had expected.

Great tapas. The concept is similar to T Zusje.

TR3S Tapasbar is a fantastic place for a fun and flavorful dining experience. The world tapas concept makes it easy to try a wide variety of small dishes and share different flavours with friends or family. There is something for everyone, whether you prefer meat, fish or vegetarian options, and the selection of desserts is a lovely way to finish the meal. I really like the relaxed shared-dining style, which makes the whole experience social and enjoyable. A great choice for an evening full of tasty food, variety and good company.

The staff was disorganized, and the wrong dishes were often served. The food was mediocre, with lots of fried food and few fresh snacks. Wine was poured sparingly. The chef's special, "diced tomatoes with cheese cubes," was disappointing.

The food was very good. It was a pity, though, that the dishes didn't arrive at the same time, meaning one person was already eating while another was still waiting for theirs. The atmosphere was nice, the building beautiful, the terrace lovely and cozy, and the service friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable evening. Worth repeating. If we are ever in the area again, we would love to stop by again.

Not recommended 😕 Years ago, I tried Tres in Lelystad. Although it was a pleasant place to sit, the food was a huge disappointment. At the time, I found it comparable to La Cubanita (which doesn't have a very good reputation overall). Recently, a Tres opened in my neighborhood; my friends were very enthusiastic about it, so I thought: let’s give it another try. I happened to be in Barneveld, so I decided to eat here. I found the service mediocre; we were seated in the darkest corner (read: the windows were taped shut, preventing any light from coming in) where we barely had room to sit. Furthermore, it took 15 minutes before anyone even came to our table to ask if we wanted something to drink. The argument (given with an attitude) for this was that their system showed we were an hour early. We did get a different spot after that. The service was fine for the rest of the evening, after it turned out to be a system error. The host's attitude was suddenly gone :) The meal took quite a long time. In 3.5 hours, we struggled to get through 5 rounds plus dessert. In a way, I do find it positive that they come to the table to take your order! iPads are so impersonal, but because of that, it really does take considerably longer. Perhaps a card system would be better? Personally, I would rate the quality of the food 5.5-6/10. The carpaccio was quite dark in color, everything was quite simple, and sometimes a bit tasteless. BUT there were also some dishes that we genuinely enjoyed. All in all, unfortunately, I wouldn't be going back here anytime soon. For €43.20 excluding drinks, you expect some quality. That was a huge disappointment here.

The food and service were top-notch. There is really nothing wrong with that or to criticize. Unfortunately, the glasses were dirty. We asked for a different glass, but that one wasn't clean either. The water and wine glasses on all the tables were also dirty.

One hostess for all the outdoor tables...is a bit insufficient; because of the occasional chat with people (which is expected, but actually impossible given how busy it was), you sometimes had to wait a bit longer. This happened two or three times. Not a big deal, but a bit inconvenient. The same happened with dessert: the coffee came first, then the dessert..

Been to another branch a couple of times, but they don't compare to this one. The food is really great, fresh, and has good flavors. The service is perfect and super friendly. We will definitely be back here 😋

We had a bit of a rough start; after mentioning this, it was handled very quickly by the manager and his girlfriend with good service and friendliness! That’s why it simply gets 5 stars! An extra bonus: because it was incredibly hot that day, pitchers of Spa Blue and Red were constantly being placed on the table.

Had a very bad experience over a year ago. So I decided to give it another chance. But I don't know what happened; it has turned 180 degrees and improved on all fronts. Lots of choice and especially variety in the dishes. Nice, efficient service and a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back here, and among all the other restaurants, it is certainly highly recommended.

Had a pleasant evening with my family. Nevertheless, there are a few minor points for improvement or attention. The sofa was covered in crumbs, even though we were first-round guests that day. Not insurmountable, but unnecessary. The bill at the end was incorrect; there was too much drink listed because a round hadn't been delivered and we had to ask for it, yet it was charged twice. In short, it seems necessary to check and correct this once again; very sloppy, and no apology was offered. The wait staff came by regularly, making it easy to order. Not all of the ordered dishes were delivered, and sometimes something we hadn't ordered was placed on the table, but we thought the food was super again, just as we have come to expect at Tres.

We stopped by here a bit later this evening with two people. We received a warm welcome. Afterwards, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious tapas! Friendly staff. The atmosphere was good. We are on our way home satisfied!

Top restaurant with great staff

Tonight, we went for a meal at the venue before the 40-45 musical. They even called us beforehand to ask if we were going to the musical—a thoughtful and helpful service, especially since we're on a tight schedule. Upon arrival, we were kindly escorted to our table, but once seated, it unfortunately took quite a while before we were helped. The various appetizers we received were okay, but nothing special, especially considering the price. Unfortunately, the slow service ultimately left us short on time and we had to pass on dessert, which was a shame. On the plus side: the hostess, the waitress, really went above and beyond and was friendly and helpful. Thanks in part to her, this experience still deserves 3 stars. Hopefully, the timing will be a bit smoother next time, because the overall experience definitely deserves more.

We received a friendly welcome, and the service was excellent all evening: fast, attentive, and with a smile. The menu offers a surprising amount of choice, and all the dishes we ordered were truly well-prepared and delicious. You can tell they pay attention to both presentation and quality. A place where you feel welcome and where good food and hospitality are paramount. We will definitely be back; highly recommended in Barneveld!

Good tapas, everything is correct, only if you order something expensive the portions are really small and if you choose nachos then you immediately get a very large bowl, but it is good.

We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary. It was truly wonderful. The table was decorated with hearts, and cava was served. The food was truly excellent! The service was incredibly polite and friendly. The owner even had plenty of time for a nice chat. A truly wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back after I've given birth and can also eat the raw food, haha! Thank you so much for the wonderful evening.

The food was delicious. The staff were all very friendly. I have several allergies, and the staff handled them so well. Everyone who served me knew what my allergies are, which is rare. My compliments! And the fact that you get red flags for allergies is hilarious. I love it. All in all, compliments from a satisfied Amsterdammer.

Great little restaurant to eat at once. The food is fine, but not particularly tasty. The beef was overcooked in our opinion. The salmon was also not very tasty, it was all stuck together and was not as tender as I am used to. We sat at a wooden table, which was very sticky. There was not much space, so people regularly bumped into your chair. It was also quite noisy. We sometimes had to wait a while for our dishes, and you have to order when someone comes by. Because the dishes do not all come at the same time, it takes a long time for some to order, and for others they come immediately when the dish is finished. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Very nice restaurant where we ended up by chance after the musical. Lots of choice in food and the host was very attentive and interested.
