BBQ Class in Wijk 00 Son

I have had the beautiful drinks boards at home several times. Well composed and beautifully served. If I don't feel like cooking, I often just quickly get a delicious fresh meal. Recommended: Lasagna, spare ribs and Chinese tomato soup!

This was my first time dining here, and it certainly won't be my last. You're greeted with a card on the table—a small gesture, but you immediately feel welcome. Then we receive a warm welcome from the hostess, who briefly explains their values and discusses the options. In our case, the six-course all-inclusive menu was quite surprising. The dishes were based around various vegetables, presented in different ways. Celery, turnip, radish, broccoli, spinach, and elderflower—not what you'd expect at first, but oh so delicious. The description of these vegetables was also displayed on the table in a sort of fan, so you could read about them at your leisure. The all-inclusive menu includes drinks during the courses. For those who prefer a non-alcoholic option, they offer a wonderful selection: instead of the standard non-alcoholic wine/beer, they offer juices based on the vegetables in the dishes. We can only conclude that we had a wonderful evening with delicious dishes and this restaurant is an absolute must for those who enjoy tasty and surprising dining.

Normally, our family doesn't dine out often —it's hard to enjoy a meal with three little ones in fow! But yesterday, we unexpectedly needed a place to feed them, and we stumbled upon this restaurant. What a lucky find! At first, I was a bit anxious. The atmosphere was elegant and quiet, and I worried our noisy crew might disturb others. But to our surprise, the owner and staff welcomed us so warmly. They were incredibly kind and made us feel completely at ease, even with our energetic kids. Thanks to their hospitality, we were able to enjoy a lovely meal without stress. It truly meant a lot to us. Thank you so much for your wonderful service. I hope we can visit again-hopefully without causing too much trouble! 😀

After ordering for the third time, I can confidently say that the food at Indonesia Son is at least as good, if not better, than the first time. Always delivered on time, the staff are friendly and cheerful, and the flavors are truly fantastic. Even here in Veldhoven, I taste the warmth and authenticity as if I were sitting at a table in an Indonesian kitchen. Terima kasih banyak, makanannya enak sekali! As an Indo born here, I've never eaten so well outside. It feels like I'm tasting my mother's food again, and that's how it is. 🇳🇱🇸🇷🇮🇩
