The bakery has many branches in Amsterdam, it's delicious 😍

My regular place to buy bread. I enjoy it every day, and it might be a bit more expensive. You know it's "honest" because of the pure ingredients ☀️

There is a clear sign indicating the specific hours for loading and unloading. Unfortunately, I have heard carts being used between 1:00 am and 3:00 am on several occasions, which is very disruptive. As a neighbour, I find it disappointing that the neighbourhood rules are not being respected. If this continues, I will have no choice but to document the incidents and share them with the gemeente and local media. I kindly ask that you respect the agreed hours to help maintain a good relationship with the community. edit: I have read your reply, it is irrelevant to me when your drivers start work, it says clearly on the street that loading/unloading times are 7-19, and I have evidence of your drivers unloading in the middle of the night, the noise is high enough to wake people up. Please respect the community and its rules.

It's an entirely sourdough bakery with great options such as spelt and an oat blend too! Special shout out to the staff today for helping me feel at home and speaking kindly and encouraging Dutch even with my broken Dutch skills. ❤ Very motivating.

A very delicious bakery. They bake everything from scratch, and they restock everything at lunchtime. We highly recommend the apple turnovers, and the (cheese) croissants are also very good.

Tomcats bought for King's Day, don't taste like anything and are already falling apart in the box. Cream has hardly any taste and the icing is also strange. In short, walk a block further!

One of the worst bbrood branches. Inconsistent and poorly baked croissants, defective paper bags where the bottom falls away and everything lies on the street, unsolicited stuffing of croissants or cakes in the same bread bag as your bread, resulting in a ruined breakfast. And to make matters worse: the bad attitude, catty comments and snide service from one of the employees who clearly does not enjoy her work.

I bought spinach pie, chocolate croissant, and olive bread. Everything is crispy and delicious. The raspberry jam was delicious and not too sweet.

The bread is good, despite a mistake by the saleswoman on my order.

First I got an old focaccia and today the wrong bread.

Bought 5 lemon pastries here. 4 euros each. Were very tasty and friendly help.

Small and fine bakery with lots of goodies and mega brownies. Very friendly and good selection. To the (apparently German again) whiners about price... Amsterdam and ecological costs a thaler more. The cappuccino, scones and ceoissants are also recommended

Every day, Bbrood is responsible for a lot of noise pollution before 7 a.m. due to an unloading truck.

Delicious breads, rolls and other goodies, but with prices like €4.85 for a loaf of bread and 3.75 for a spinach cheese snack, very expensive!

Good cappuccino and croissant. I miss Pain au Chocolat but I suppose you cannot have everything you want. ;)

The tastiest spelt muesli bol I’ve ever had! It has the right amount of crunch, pieces of abricot, nuts and raisins.

I loved this place for a quick breakfast stop. The staff are very friendly and they open early at 7.30am. The toasties are great and they have yummy pastries too. Add in a strong coffee and you’re good to go! Note that it’s not eat-in but there are 2 small benches outside.

Goed brood maar vrij onbeleefd: Neemt de telefoon op en vraagt of ik een ogenblikje heb, gaat vervolgens rustig 3 klanten helpen. Ik haal mn brood wel bij een andere vestiging.

Employee wasn't wearing a mask and handled the bread and croissants with bear hands, no gloves or anything... Very unhygienic. Bread and croissants are great.

Clear improvements in the availability of bread in the evening. I find the sandwich offering (availability and choice) in Covid times really underwhelming.

In my opinion this is the best place to buy bread in the neighbourhood. :) It's real sourdough bread and I find all sorts really tasty (my favourite one is the maisbrood). They also serve croissants, coffee, biscuits etc. It would be cool if in the future they could more vegan options. Last but not least, they are trying to be sustainable, which is certainly a plus!

Kleine broodwinkel met behoorlijk assortiment. Redelijk in trek in de buurt, vaak een kleine wachtrij buiten in Coronatijd.

One of the best bakeries ever from all countries I have visited. They control the entire supply chain and raise their products 48 hours minimum - which is a rarety in the world since decades. I love their croissants that have a little more substance than their French counterparts but deliciously light and fulfilling still. This small chain is present in multiple locations around Amsterdam including right next to the ferry station to the IJ-Hallen flea market. Do try them: delicious and lasting experience!

Lekker brood, goede koffie en vriendelijk personeel! Lekkere tosti's!! Heerlijke taartjes. Fijne winkel die 7 dagen per week open is en altijd leuke service.

Prachtig zuiver en ambachtelijk brood, maar het personeel weet er niets van, kost een ster!
