Today I was helped by a very sweet and lovely woman, Annelies, if I'm not mistaken, a real gem. From now on, I'll be getting my much-needed bread here! She's excellent at customer service, above all.

It's unbelievable. A bakery with the worst croissant in the world. Soft and buttery. Overpriced bread. Every week the baguettes are smaller but more expensive. Never more in my life. Avoid it. Absolutely disgusting.

Amazing cosy spot. Great coffee and pastries served with a smile. Huge selection of fresh bread. We sat in for breakfast pastries in the loft.

Love to grab a sourdough here for the weekend. Always delicious and stays fresh for a good while. Seems to be open when other bakeries are not too, but I’ve tried others and still prefer the bread here

They have a table upstairs, which was where we had our bread. The croissants were nice and flaky though not as buttery as we’d liked. The apple pastry was very nice. We had to ask for the breads to be warmed up, idk what is it with germanic countries and room temperature bread, I swear. Coffee was okay, nothing special.

Obviously some people commenting here does not know what real bread is. The organic baguette is one of the greatest I had in Amsterdam, for a fair price (1.95€ for organic quality).

This place has a cafeteria upstairs too although the quality of the coffee is not good. The place upstairs is empty most of the times so it’s good if you are looking for a super quiet place. I am not a big fan of the bread there but I love the bakery and pastries (apple flap, croissants…)

Great ethical bakery selling gorgeous breads and baked goods. Recommend everything! Check out their website to see what the different breads are before your go. They don’t always have everything at the start of the day so if you miss the almond croissants go back later!

If you are coughing up a lung please stay home and don’t serve customers

THE BEST CHOCOLAT CROISSANT IN TOWN! And the apple pie (the small square one) is so good it makes you want to come back every day.

Amazing bread! The best in town!

Very soft and tasty bread with a nice chew to it! While I do love a hard crust bread, the multi grain I bought here stayed pillow-soft for 2.5 days in a vacuum box, you can't beat that 👍🏽

Duurste brood wat ik in m’n leven heb gekocht. € 9 voor een zuurdesembrood. Was heerlijk overigens maar tikkeltje overdreven.
