Spareribs picked up. Good portion for a reasonable price. Lots of meat on the bones, but also a bit too much fat, which can probably be reduced by longer cooking. So unfortunately just short of 5 stars.

Keep it up, folks! Quality ribs, the fries are great too. And beautifully packaged.
