Smallest Turkish pizzas with meat I have ever seen in my life, and 9 euros for asking. Never coming back.

The opening hours are incorrect!

Very bad experience. The döner was not fresh and did not taste good. The person who cut the döner was rude. I do not recommend this place.

I ordered from Bella AY during the Netherlands - Tunisia match. Despite the busyness, my order was delivered quickly. The food was delicious, fresh, and nice and hot. Compliments on the excellent service and quality. Definitely recommended!

Kind of pricy for what you get.

The dish we ordered was completely different from the one we received. What's more, it was cold. We definitely won't be back.

Ordered on Thuisbezorgd, food was supposed to be delivered within 25 minutes but took almost 2 hours. There is no phone number listed anywhere so it is impossible to contact them about this. The food was good though, next time I'll just pick it up myself because they don't deliver.

I am still waiting for my order!

Ordered via Thuisbezorg, was then called to say they had made a mistake in the order and asked if that was okay. I wanted the error corrected. They agreed, and 15 minutes later the order via Thuisbezorgd was cancelled without further notice. A bit of a shame.

Dirty, leftovers everywhere on the floor, old oil fryer, not recommended

The food is always delicious, and the staff is friendly. I once experienced a delivery that took a little longer than expected, but otherwise, it's always perfect. A great business!

Unfortunately, for some time now, only a memory of the previous establishment remains. I wouldn't recommend this bar anymore. The place lacks sterility, with everything sticky with grease and covered with aluminum foil to conceal the damage.

3 out of 4 pizzas burned, a shame, especially considering the 50 euros you pay for it

Not very exciting Turkish pizza

Ordered for the first time on November 18, 2025. We had a chicken doner dish and a small kapsalon. The food was almost cold when it arrived, the extra cheese on the chicken dish was forgotten, the fries were soggy, and the delivery driver wasn't sober... he smelled like weed, and you could even smell it on the delivery bag. We will NEVER order from here again.

Something wrong way happend with Bella.

Ordered a Kapsalon XL without sambal. It was with extra sambal. Ordered a Turkish pizza without cucumber, without cheese and without garlic sauce. Got all on the pizza. Ordered a Kapsalon small without garlic sauce and without cheese. Guess what…. And we wanted calf but got the chicken. For this part we got money back for the price difference but not all of it. Worst place ever.

Just back from vacation and ordered food for 2 kids and 2 older adults. 2 durum pizzas, 2 fries, and a pizza margarita. It was delivered after 50 minutes, which was fine. But I took it from the car window and didn't check if everything was there. Unfortunately, the pizza wasn't there. What was especially annoying was that the phone number for Thuisbezorgd didn't exist. So you couldn't call them. I drove over there myself since my younger friends were already at the table. And I was definitely annoyed. But then an exasperated guy told me I wasn't the only one who ordered, and he didn't believe it at first either. Only when I showed him the photo with my kids. And I think I was already there six minutes after delivery. Even when I showed him the number and called again, he admitted it was indeed the wrong one. Too bad. Because the durum pizza was delicious! And the other two guys were nice and apologized. When you run a restaurant, I understand that sometimes you have lousy customers. But I'd say start gently and calmly and see what happens. If he'd started with something annoying, something went wrong, and an apology, I would have given him 5 stars. How difficult is it? An anger management course would be helpful for that person.

There wasn't much on the Turkish pizza. Forgot the fries. After calling, you're threatened and insulted with your cancer mother. This is a very sad little company.

We waited 2 hours, impossible to reach. Terrible

After waiting an hour and 30 minutes for my pizza, they ate a slice of my pizza and didn't even bring me the sauce and the pizza arrived cold. I've never seen such disrespect before, my friends and I will definitely never order from you again.

Today during my break I went to get food, I ordered a durum with only lettuce and emphasized that I only wanted lettuce in it, I arrive at work and see that there is all sorts of things in it, I walk back to the store and ask them if they could make a new one for me and that I did not find it okay that after I said twice that I did not want anything else on it, it was still done, But human can happen, the young man who made my food felt offended I think and acted very arrogant, he laughed at me and only threw out the ingredients so I asked him do you want to make a whole new one because I am not going to eat this, He asked what my problem was and why I looked at him like that, I said that I did not find it normal the tone he was talking to me while I just asked very normally for a new one, This is the umpteenth time that they take wrong orders and then cannot apologize!!!!

Where are the people who were here a year ago? Now it's a disaster. I'll never order anything from there again...

Too little too expensive and very slow. And if I order without sambal for my children it is delivered with sambal.

Not recommended. My food was supposed to be delivered at 19:20 and I didn't get my food until 19:40. Then they also forgot our drinks so they didn't arrive until much later. Finally, we ordered a kapsalon XL for €12, which was delivered in a normal kapsalon container, this is not worth your money. I won't order from here again.

Real dirty and nasty place. 0 hygiene

Delivery takes a very long time and far beyond what it says "delivered at home." Finally, someone answers the phone and says it will arrive within a few minutes. It doesn't, but it takes another 20 minutes.

Delicious food for a great price. Very customer-friendly.

Why can't they be called? Why is their phone number being hidden? Because they know they'll get a lot of complaints about cold, stale meals and delivery times that take hours. (Literally). It's a real shame that food is treated this way. Such a shame!!!

My flat, burnt calzone looked exactly like the picture below. Sorry, but this was the worst pizza I've ever eaten.

Turkish pizza with veal. This came from a container, was lukewarm and the entire pizza base was so old that the entire pizza fell apart. Terrible tent!

I ordered a vegetarian pizza but it had meat on it. The pizza was cold because they had put the two cold cans of coke on the pizza. So it has already gotten cold along the way. Waste of my money.

I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered at 12:00, but the food never arrived. The app showed that the order was delivered, but in reality, I received nothing. I called, but no one answered. Then, I found another number and called again. I was told that they had called me, but the door was closed and no one was home. However, I never received any call from you. Later, I was informed that the courier supposedly went again, but he delivered the order to the wrong address, not the one indicated in my order. I have correspondence with you on WhatsApp, where the correct address is clearly mentioned. After that, you didn't answer my calls again. Moreover, the payment for the order was deducted from my account, but I still haven't received the food.

Ordered food, no food came, it was gone. No money refunded either. Read reviews too late. I don't beg for anything here anymore.

I’m very concerned about hygiene in this place. Everything looks dirty. It doesn’t taste fresh and fries tasted like the oil in deep fryer hasn’t been changed for a long time.

I ordered here and I can tell you it is definitely recommended! Pizza tasted great and the hamburger was just great!

We live nearby and our eating out options are limited, so we gave that place another chance. I think that was the last time. --- 👍 The food is actually OK. Not the worst Turkish and Italian pizzas. 👍 When you pick up your order yourself, they prepare the food pretty quickly. 👎 The staff barely looks up when you speak to them. You get the distinct feeling you are bothering them 👎 The place looks really bare and, frankly, messy. I am not saying I visit there for a fine dining experience but a bit of an effort to make it presentable would not go amiss. 👎👎👎 I have serious concerns about food handling hygiene. They manipulate the food with their bare (really sweaty) hands and one staff member literally squeezed out a pimple while serving me 🤢 👎👎When we ordered the food to be delivered, it was a complete clown show. The food was ridiculously late, it was total chaos to try to get a hold of them, we would get a different explanation each time, they were absolutely not apologetic (totally uninterested, more like). The only person who seemed to take pride in his work was the owner.

The taste is good, the service speed is very fast. The place is not bad either. A spot where you can stop while passing by to have a snack.

Well-stocked hair salons with really tasty meat, super friendly staff and super fast delivery.

Pizzas tasty and generously filled. Kapsalon and döner sandwiches excellent. Price/quality is good and I always receive my hair salon without cheese as requested. Delivery staff friendly and delivery smooth. I personally think the ready-made garlic sauce and dressing is a shame, they could be better, but all in all the food here is fine.

If you want very good pizza then come here 😄 I tried quattro stagioni and can say, that this pizzeria is at top 3 in holland where i have been to.

Great food and delivered super quickly. Picking up is no fun. The extraction is not optimal. But delivery is perfect.

Что хочется выделить, так это всегда вежливый добрый и внимательный персонал. Разнообразие блюд достойное. Еду готовят при вас что не мало важно. Всегда быстро и очень вкусно. Постоянно тут обедаю и всегда приятно вернуться. Хочется сказать спасибо, и пожелать только всего хорошего.

Döner was goed! Rijk belegd, goed geholpen. Geen plastic maar papieren FSC tasje 👌🏻 Zaak kan nog wel wat mooier. Industriële potten saus in de vitrine is niet echt professioneel.
