Bella Italia Hilversum in Centrum

The service..ok... they were kind, it's normal that they have to take money! The food is poorly cooked and of poor quality! The hygiene of the location is terrible!

I ordered a pizza from Bella Italia in Hilversum tonight. Unfortunately, I received the wrong pizza. I called about it, and the woman on the phone apologized. They offered to deliver a new pizza, but it would take a long time, about an hour. After an hour and a half, I called again, and got a sort of "oh yeah," and the pizza would arrive soon. When I asked how soon? 20 minutes, the woman on the phone said. I never received the pizza, so I gave up. The pizza I ordered was much more expensive than the one I received.

After receiving my pizza, I paid the delivery driver in cash. He didn't have any change, and €70 was added to a bill of around €55. We told him we wanted €10 back for our trouble. It was no problem, and I was able to send a Tikkie to the number he showed me. I texted the number, and they responded until I sent a Tikkie. A bit strange, if you ask me! After calling a few times, I was blocked on the number he gave and the Bella Italia number. I look forward to hearing from you, Marius

Had a pizza delivered today, it was done quickly but this pizza was incredibly salty. It also had a burnt taste to it. I still have it 4 hours later.

I've been ordering from Bella for a year now, unfortunately I can't eat a lot of things due to all sorts of allergies.. Really great.. they've been adjusting my pasta for a year now, so I can eat it as if I could. Delicious pastas and super friendly help every time. Really recommended.

Incredible food, especially the Hawaiian pizza. So hard to believe that the owner is alone and does all the cooking by herself. She was extremely friendly and clearly has passion for making good food the right way. This restaurant will be my go-to for italian.

We ordered pizzas but they were delivered earlier than stated in our order. They had to leave the order outside our door since we were not at home. As an apology our next order was complete free. The service is just very good!!

Very tasty extensive menu. Pizzas and other dishes very good and consistent. Products are fresh. Everything is possible in terms of adjustments. only dough can use a little less salt. Always answer the phone and are open until nice and late. Nice staff, compliments to the girl who is always there!

Ordered a pizza from Bella Italia yesterday evening, fast delivery and it tasted delicious, this place is highly recommended if you are craving pizza or pasta, I recommend it to everyone again tonight.

I ordered from it and the food was tip top perfect! The delivery time was 15 minutes and I ordered two pizzas and 1 pasta! they were very tasty!

Waited almost 2 hours for 2 pastas. Had to call twice to ask where it was, eventually it was delivered and the delivery lady indicated that she had added something extra because of the long wait, well there was nothing extra besides our normal order.

Ordered food from bella italia! Delivery was fast but I didn't get my drink. Called back the delivery person and he would bring it. An hour later still no drinks received. I called their business and they didn't know anything about it, I would get a call back from the boss. 45 minutes later, still no call back. I then went to the store to get a story. I was allowed to explain again what it was about because again no one knew anything about it. Then I got my money back from the drinks. I got 4 euros back when I should have gotten 5.30 euros back! Super bad service, I didn't even get an apology. I also only saw young people in the shop messing around with each other. This was really ridiculous for me the last time

Didn't get any sauce. Ordered €90 worth of pizzas but received no sauce. 0.0 garlic 0.0 sauce not a nut.

Ordered filletto ala grillia with pepper sauce for the 3rd time I now get a super hot sauce with galapenjo etc instead of the creamy sauce we got before Called but no cooperation from them

ordered at 6.45 pm, received nothing after 1 hour, no contact with Bella, always busy or disconnected. don't think it's in business anymore, unfortunately gels gone, grrrrrrr

Pizzas are always delicious as usual. However, there is always one or more ingredients missing from the pizzas. Tonight we had the Pizza Bella Italia, very tasty, but no garlic sauce and the Pizza Mozzarella, they forgot the basil. Unfortunately, this happens often, which is a shame because the pizzas are super tasty!

Snelle bezorging, goed warme pizza's en super lekker. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Eten was heerlijk en zoals vrijwel altijd keurig op tijd, mocht wat meer zout op de friet maar niks te klagen gehad verder

Eten was optijd bezorgt en snel en was nog goed warm . Was bijna klaar met eten toen ik op een eier schaal beet die in het eten zat

Toch gedurfd om een pizza te halen na het lezen van de reviews maar was verrassend lekker. Medewerker was vriendelijk. Denk niet dat ik ooit zou willen bestellen om te laten bezorgen maar afhalen zou ik zeker willen doen.

Very friendly staff, Everything was delicious Recommend this restaurant. big portions and all home. Special thanks to the girl who heard our problem, we could not call a taxi, and were already late for a concert. She asked permission from the boss, than quit her job and she personally brought us on the car!thank you so much for help and understanding.

Uitstekende pasta, niet te veel of te weinig. Verse salade, ik zou bijna zeggen met te veel feta maar dat kan niet. En een vriendelijke bezorger

Goede klantenservice, had een koude pizza gekregen maar ze zijn mij tegemoet gekomen. Normaal is het eten hier altijd super goed, pastas zijn top en de pizzas zijn ook lekker.
