Bella Milano in Ede-Oost

Very rude people. Their cars are double-parked, they almost run you over, and seem to have absolutely no consideration for the people around them. If this is how they treat their surroundings, I honestly find it hard to imagine that their food is prepared with care and attention.

I make a problem with adres two times. They fix every problem instant. Top service! Pizza super :)

Not worth a single star as a fast food chain, knowing that the food has been paid for. And that it simply isn't being delivered. Unreachable, and no food. Now closed. How bad can you be? Sadly, we have lost a regular customer with this.

Ordered a kapsalon for an agreed time. 15+ minutes late. Without various toppings such as salad and sauce. They subsequently came back to bring it, but without a new kapsalon. Just a small bowl of sauce and lettuce. This was 30 minutes later, so the kapsalon was ice cold. A little later, after a phone call, I did receive a warm kapsalon again, but without any form of compensation for this poor service.

By far the worst food ever served. We had to spit it out because it tasted like f***ing Play-Doh. Honestly, that's practically a human rights violation. I definitely don't recommend it.

Beware! If you want to get food poisoning, order some junk food here. After we had to wait an hour, the order finally arrived, but they had forgotten the bread rolls, which we had paid extra for by the way. Neither the delivery person nor the person at that place seemed amused by the fact that we called to ask where the pita bread had gone, as if it was our fault they had forgotten it?! You were better off playing frisbee with the “Italian” pizzas, because chewing on that dough was a tough job for your teeth. You’d better read a book while eating, because you’re really going to need it, as you’ll be sitting on the toilet shitting all evening. For an order of nearly €100, that is truly pathetic… By the way, the mayonnaise and garlic were good.

Ordered my food but it wasnt delivered. Curier didnt ring on dors or anything ,just drove away becouse he couldnt reach my phone and later when i caled them ,he wasnt looking for solutions but instead in cocky voice just told its my fault although i was stending outside 5min before delivery time and waited there 25 more minutes Food usualy was ok but client service is pretty bad so never again👎

We ordered 3 pizzas. The pizza was undercooked, very salty, and cold. In short, not very tasty. I have had better frozen pizzas.

I've never eaten such a terrible excuse for pizza in my life. Sorry, but it could have gone straight in the bin. Maybe Turkish pizza is good here. But please, stop selling Italian pizza. This is an insult to that dish. Soggy instead of crispy. Sloppily topped with cheap ingredients. Ugh.

Two weeks ago, I ordered a small shawarma sandwich for 11 euros. I received one pita bread and a small container of meat. A small amount, but fair, considering I wanted a small sandwich. I just ordered a large chicken döner sandwich for 12 euros and got exactly the same thing: one pita bread and a paltry container of meat without salad. I called and reported that there was a mistake in the kitchen, but it was supposedly due to the meat. Dude, one pita bread is NOT a large sandwich!

They're also very honest and don't forget that there was an outstanding refund because the delivery driver unfortunately didn't have €5 back, but they did have the rest... I said out of trust that I'll do it next time... Now I've ordered something again and told them to deduct the €5 from the order, and they did it very politely! I ordered two pizzas and two garlic sauces yesterday. The pizza got a 2/10, but the sauce a 3/10. The pizza wasn't good; the ingredients weren't cooked properly. Both pizzas were greasy and tasteless, and the sauce was too sweet. My onion pizza didn't have onions, but it did have salami, which shouldn't have been in it.🤢😑

I ordered a pizza, but it arrived cold. The cheese wasn't completely melted and looked absolutely awful. I called back and said they'd send a new one before I could even say anything. Then the delivery driver showed up at my door and said, "I want the cold pizza back, which we'd thrown away because we hadn't been told about it." At 3:00 AM, they were arguing in front of me about having to grab the pizza from the trash or we wouldn't get it. We then said we didn't want it if it was such a hassle, because no one voluntarily rummages through a garbage bin for pizza slices. It was then agreed that we'd get our money back. We then called back to ask how long it would take and whether it would be possible to pay by card. A very angry man answered, who wasn't friendly and started arguing, claiming we were lying about the pizza. The result: no pizza, no refund, and unfriendly staff. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed. I've never experienced such a bad business before.

Damn good food. It reminded me of the Sahara, it was so dry, lovely. I always like going there after I've had a few drinks because, well, everything tastes better then. The beer was cold, though. In short, a really top-notch place with super food.

Scammers!! They wanted to cancel our order after a few minutes, but they claimed that wasn't possible, even though it wouldn't be shipped for another 30-45 minutes.

We have been ordering for years and always excellent service. The pizzas and shawarma in particular are great. The fries are also deliciously seasoned. Delivery time is also fine. Delivery is also possible in Bennekom, very nice!

After ordering several times, they couldn't deliver the food to my front door for the umpteenth time. Fine if it happens once, but after the umpteenth time I'm done with it. If then the delivery person lets your food get cold outside and after you have to walk 100 meters yourself, he also arrogantly tells you that the entrance of the building is in a different place on Google Maps (while the delivery note is clearly stated on the receipt). Then that is doubly wrong.

Tonight we ordered food for €39 (2x large shawarma dish) with 1x extra Turkish bread and 1x extra pita bread, but also 4 extra garlic sauce for both dishes, which you also pay for! Instead of 4 extra garlic sauce, we got 2 garlic sauce containers, 2 x mayonnaise and 2 x onion sauce!? Could be that the garlic sauce was gone, but come on... You pay for it! Delivery costs are €4, but I still added a 3 euro tip! If I had known this, I wouldn't have done that. Still a shame and not very neat. But to end it well; The shawarma was tasty!

Ordered our food at 5:00 PM. After calling 3 times, our order was delivered at 6:40 PM (the delivery person was friendly). When we opened the pizza box, the pizza turned out to be completely cold. Shame about the money!

Wrong dish delivered can happen... resolved quickly and tasty. Order once a week here. Let's keep doing it!

Ordered a Turkish pizza. The order has gone wrong twice. Extra cheese is not cheese. Kebab included: 15 small pieces of kebab. In addition, the food is cold, the crust is tough. Just don't eat it!

The worst food you can imagine. Sticky, undercooked; the outer crusts are burnt and all the ingredients are hard to find. Extra cheese is not cheese and with the Turkish pizza only a few pieces of kebab, less than 10 pieces of meat to be precise. Also the food was cold. If you say this politely to the owner by telephone, you will receive an answer. We have been doing it this way for 30 years. Hence posting this review. Otherwise we would have just wanted to resolve it neatly among ourselves.

The food is delicious and the delivery is fast!

I had a hair salon here yesterday, I think it was the dirtiest hair salon I have ever visited in my life. Kebab tasted like cardboard and I think was frozen meat. The fries were also limp and soggy. Next time I might think better and not order a hair salon anymore. I also had the opportunity to view the porcelain pot 4 times today, so I think something was not quite right.

I ordered 2 pizzas, and after they were delivered we discovered that the wrong pizza had been delivered. After a phone call, they indicated that they had made a mistake and that they would deliver the correct pizza free of charge. Very neatly solved!

If you love your loved ones, don't order here!! I regularly drive behind a car from this company and they are watching movies on their phone while driving. When they drive behind me in a residential area (30 zone) they are tailgating and behaving aggressively. And when several of these cars drive together, they completely ignore other traffic. Hanging out of the window, screaming, swinging across the road. Truly the most anti-social company in Ede! He seems to be a requirement to be allowed to work there...

Wow, what a super tasty meal! And so on time! The "mix dish Bella Milano" was very well received! Their eyes were bigger than their stomachs, but so delicious. I have been ordering food from Bella Milano on Fridays for a long time (after a hard work week). They always deliver (quickly) and within the stated times, the food itself has never disappointed me once, regardless of what we order here, spare ribs, pizza, spaghetti... the food is always tasty and it comes in large portions." s.. I also think the spare ribs are well filled with meat, not those skinny pieces with only bone. The quality and price ratio is super nice here. The order also arrives without errors, correct and warm.

Twee haren in mijn kapsalon. Bakje saus waar je nog niet eens de helft van je kapsalon mee kan versieren. Kwaliteit gaat een beetje achteruit boys.

Keurig op tijd en grote porties. Grote selectie van calzones is altijd welkom. er waren paar dingen extra niet geleverd, maar na te bellen binnen 15 minuten keurig alles nageleverd! Lekker en zeker warm! Aanrader

Als je zoekt naar de 'sparerib specialist', dan moet je zoeken naar 'bella milano'. Dit bedrijf was 2 onder 1 dak. Dit mag niet meer volgens nieuwe wetgeving. Maar Bella Milano levert nog steeds spareribs.

Eten was geweldig maar k had gezegt in opmerking dat ze 06 moesten bellen en niet aanbellen maar ze belde 10 keer aan

Heerlijk eten zowel de Turkse als de Italiaanse pizza. Ook de schotels zijn heerlijk, alles apart verpakt. De patat is lekker gekruid. De bezorging was binnen de tijd echt super!
