Snackpoint 't Hoekje in Ede-West

Waited almost two hours for the order, my partner had already left, so I couldn't even eat. The confirmation email said half an hour... I called, and they said they'd arrive at that time... but that wasn't the case. I called again; the same answer ten times: "We'll try harder next time." Unfortunately, that's no use. I ordered for Jan ***, gave the kids something else, and my partner was already out of the house... Also, the large fries are no different than regular fries. What prices! They used to be very tasty, but unfortunately, they've always been cold lately. After getting angry, they finally decided to cancel the order and refund our money. We're very disappointed! They've lost us.

A very expensive chip shop. We got three average portions at €3.65 each for one average bag of fries. The fries were also tasteless and meager.

Ordered at 4:09 PM on Friday for a 6:00 PM delivery, received a confirmation email. I called at 6:15 PM to ask if the order had arrived. We were supposed to be next in line. It finally arrived at 6:50 PM. Portions are very small. The large fries from this snack bar are the same size as regular fries from another snack bar. I won't be ordering from them again.

One star is actually a lot. Ordered at 4 p.m. and they couldn't deliver at 6 p.m. Delivery wasn't until 7 p.m. The fries were cold, limp, and the large portion was only as big as a regular size. And they even dared to charge such prices. We won't be ordering from here again.

I'd ordered once before and had a good experience, but this time it was disappointing. The fries were truly subpar. It felt like half a portion, and they were also tough and cold. They even added sauce to the fries, which doesn't seem very good for the fries. Perhaps something to consider next time, as I've seen this comment before.

We've ordered from Snackpoint several times, and it's always good. But this time it wasn't so great. The snacks were a bit cold, and the fries weren't great. We'll try again.

Personally I think they have one of the best and tastiest milkshakes in the area

Ordered today and was supposed to be delivered at 17:15. It was already half an hour later. And when taking it out of the bag, the sauce literally fell through the bag onto the couch. Everything covered in sauce. Had to clean everything first and immediately called that it was a complete mess that had been delivered. I will never order from here again. This cafeteria is done for me.

Today I got large fries special. Large, large, don't make me laugh. A disgrace that's it, 5.25 for this portion ridiculous. Goofy or Spoorzicht give much more for a normal portion. So once and never again.

Damn, touch everything first. Change your clothes, etc. and then re-fry the fries, because instead of continuing to work and serving the fries right away, that is more important. And if you ask, yes, that was from the customer in front of you. Can't throw it away, what do you think, ever heard of working instead of hanging in your tent? Never Again!

The food is really delicious. The fries and snacks are really good quality. However, delivery takes super long. I ordered an hour and 5 minutes ago 6:32 PM. Called at 7:20 PM to find out where it was. "Yes, it is very busy and we only have 1 delivery person." So it will take a while. When asked how long it will take before I hear a gentleman in the background "It's on its way." I live less than 5 to 10 minutes away from this snack bar. And now it is already 7:40 PM. And still no sign of my dinner. The food finally arrived 55 minutes after the expected delivery time. Milkshakes watery, and all food not quite cold. A hamburger was also missing... Now I get a follow-up order, the hamburger seems to have just been thrown into the container... What a mess. Perhaps you can hire more people to deliver on Friday evenings or call people if time runs out. Or don't take digital orders for a while.... This way you will only get hangry customers 🤔

Takes a long time for a few small things. (2 hours for 2 hair salons) there is almost no meat in the hair salon and the service is not nice either. There is no cheese on it at all and you just put the things you don't want on it Very bad snack bar

I never write reviews, but I really had to write something about this. Picked up something last week, but it remains just that one time. In the store it smelled like old grease, which smelled really bad. The staff looked very dissatisfied, there was no nice atmosphere among themselves and there was no talking. I ordered a farmer's fries in which I got very fatty mushrooms, onion and bacon. It smelled really bad and I had a severe stomach ache afterwards. We paid no less than 20 euros for those 2 portions of farmer's fries, 2 frikandels and mini cheese soufflés. I'll never come here again

Food is good, but portions of fries are really too small. At the average snack bar you get a lot more fries!

Snacks On Point. After a long day of being out with the kids and it's getting late, chances are you don't feel like cooking anymore. Especially if you have to do some shopping first. Normally it is not a problem to find a snack bar that is open and the choice is often huge. That is not the case if you end up in Ede, because then it is really a challenge. After encountering a closed door a few times, we were happy that Google Maps showed this business as open. The first impression was also good, the place is neat, the display cabinet clean and well stocked. There is a good team behind the counter that rushes orders through. The food is also excellent and tasted good. The portions are also good, so the price/quality ratio is also excellent. If you are in Ede and looking for a good snack bar, this place is highly recommended!

Had a burger in the afternoon (master burger), which was very tasty! The atmosphere is a bit boring but the service is very attentive and nice! Lovely place to have lunch. It is also affordable!!

It's been a while since I was here, but good and lots of food for a reasonable price

Unfortunately, the service was slow: you had to wait 26 minutes for your order. Everyone was busy and there were many teenagers but 1 manager, who was asked all kinds of questions. Shawarma meat was not warm, not freshly prepared. Price/Quality ratio was too high. The environment was not pleasant (chairs were stacked). Too bad about all this.

The food is really delicious, the staff is friendly despite the crowds. What is really striking is that orders are regularly incomplete or contain incorrect products. There is no difference whether you have food delivered or whether you pick it up. The delivery time you specify when ordering is often not met. A great shame because the price-quality ratio is really excellent!

Chaos behind the counter. Many people waiting in front of the counter. Very long wait for pick up. If you have any questions, get an answer from an older woman behind the counter. Very rude and customer unfriendly. When I got home (a 3-minute journey) we had cold frikandels special and I think the fries were leftovers from the box. Bad! I'll never come here again.

The food is absolutely fantastic. Only the delivery is always a hassle. It says, for example, that it is 5:30 PM. And an hour later it's still not here. I understand that it is busy, but being delayed by an hour is a big deal.

Is een van de lekkerste snackbars in Ede na mijn mening! Geen standaart broodjes maar ook wat exclusieve dingen. Bezorging is top, laatst miste er wat dingen uit mijn bestelling en die waren met 5-8 minuten nageleverd echt een goede service!

Nette en schone uitstraling met vriendelijk personeel. Eigenaar met hart voor de zaak. Prima Cappuchino 😉👍

Ik ben hier wel eens geweest en vandaag ook weer en mijn schoonvader kwam hier altijd het was altijd goed eten en gezellig ook de bediening helemaal super aardrige mensen kan niet beter dit deel ik inmiddels met mijn overleden schoonvader sinds kort Ik zal hier zeker vaker wat halen of eten helemaal super super super goed

Glutenvrije snacks hebben ze niet alleen glutenvrije friet. Deze wordt apart gebakken van de glutenbevattende snacks. Op de site (onder “bestellen”) staan alle gerechten geindexeerd op allergenen, met de bekende symbooltjes tarwe/gluten, melk, ei etc. Zo kun je snel zien of er iets bij zit wat je wel mag. Het staat erg verstopt, want je moet dan eerst nog een stuk naar beneden scrollen. Je kunt niet filteren op bepaalde allergenen dus je moet alle gerechten doorlezen, maar vooruit het is een begin. Ik was daar in elk geval al blij mee. Vegan mayo is er niet. Gelukkig had ik mijn eigen bij me. Nette zaak, de eigenaar nam mijn vragen ook serieus. De mogelijkheden zijn nog wat minimaal maar ik waardeer de inzet tot nu toe vandaar toch vier sterren.

Goed geholpen, veel keuze op het menu en voor de kids hebben ze leuke kids menu's .

Ik laat altijd mijn maaltijden van 't hoekje thuisbezorgen. Ten eerste is de kwaliteit van het eten uitstekend: verse salade, goed gefrituurde frites, lekkere snacks en vlees (Shoarma schotel is mijn favoriet). Maar wat ik nog het ALLERbelangrijkste vind: ALS er af en toe iets niet helemaal goed gaat (wat gezien de drukte best eens kan gebeuren, en die drukte is ook niet toevallig!) wordt dat supergoed opgelost, met heel prettige communicatie, eerlijke houding, en zeer bevredigende oplossing. Ik kan deze snackbar alleen maar aanbevelen!

Eten (2 patat, 2 snacks) afgehaald. Bestellen en betalen verliep soepel. Ondanks dat het tamelijk druk leek (telefonische bestellingen?) was de bestelling vlot klaar. Het smaakte thuis prima, voldoende warm nog, royaal saus. Enige minpunt was de wijze van verpakken; die bleek minder geschikt voor fietstassen, waardoor de saus nogal verspreid was.

Eten is best goed. Bakje friet is wel het aller allerkleinste bakje dat ik ooit gezien heb in Ede, erg karig. Extra opmerking voor de eigenaar. Tot nu toe 3x geweest bij jullie en de communicatie tussen het personeel is iedere keer tenenkrommend te noemen. Vooral de kleine (denk Indische) dame kan er wat van. Jullie hebben een open keuken, klanten krijgen alles mee.

Goede snackbar. Altijd heel vriendelijk personeel en regelmatig leuke acties. De kwaliteit van de friet en snacks is zeer goed en de milkshakes zijn ook aan te raden! Zeker één van de beteren in omstreken.

Goed eten en ruim voldoende grote porties

Prima plek om de frites en snacks te halen. Ziet er verzorgd uit en hebben leuke acties. De toonbank en de frituren zagen er netjes schoon uit op het drukst van de dag. (19:00) de frites waren ook goed van van smaak. Je krijgt wel "minder" in de zak (patat zonder...) dan bij de door Chinees overgenomen snackbars ( je kunt kiezen tussen grote en kleine portie frites) maar dat maakte de kwaliteit ruimschoots goed.

Je kunt hier lekker eten en de mensen die dat mogelijk maken zijn heel vriendelijk en hebben.passie voor hun vak 👍👊
