Kwalitaria in Rhenen is top-notch. I've ordered delicious meals here before, but the satay sauce was forgotten three times on different orders. Tonight, I waited 1 hour and 46 minutes for my order. It was forgotten/not printed out, or something. The hamburger arrived cold, as did the chicken strips, both tough and inedible. €19 and two hours later, no dinner.

We ordered a home delivery meal from Kwalitaria Bennekom for the first time yesterday. And we were pleasantly surprised by the quality. The burgers were perfectly cooked and nicely garnished, and the fries were still crispy and hot upon arrival. Everything was also nicely and practically packaged. In short: our compliments!

Update on second order on 12/22/2025: We placed another order on Monday evening after Indy offered compensation and an apology based on the first review. We wanted to try again. Well, it seemed like a repeat of the first experience. Ordered at 6:00 PM for delivery between 6:45 and 7:00 PM. Still no delivery person by 7:12 PM, so we called. I was told our order was on its way (unusual if you don't know which order it was at first). So I told them we'd had the same thing last time and asked if they'd received it. I gave them my name, and they said the delivery driver was already on his way. They also told me that if I hadn't received anything after 15 minutes, I should call back. At 7:30 PM, still no order, so I called again. I then had to give them the order number twice, my name four times, and then they told me the delivery driver was on his way, but that it was busy and he would show up. I asked how long the delivery driver had been on his way, as they'd already said this 20 minutes earlier. He had been on his way for a while, and then they asked if I had two fries, a vegetarian bitterballen, and another (non-vegetarian) snack. No, that wasn't my order. After giving them my name and order again, they again said the delivery driver was on his way. I explained that I didn't have much faith in them and found it very strange that they kept claiming it was on its way when they weren't. I finally knew which order it was. I also found it a real shame that they didn't apologize for the enormous delay and the fact that we had apparently been misinformed the first time we called. Then I was told I could get an apology if I wanted one. Well, that's all I need now... At 1940, fries were delivered, completely lukewarm. Two croquettes that had barely seen any grease were dripping with grease and were soft (no firm crust). Only the cheese soufflés seemed quite well done, but everything else was lukewarm. I picked up the phone again and called to let them know that our order was lukewarm and the croquettes were soggy and soft. The answer was, "That's a shame, and I understand you don't want to eat that." And that was the end of the matter. We threw away the fries and snacks and made something else ourselves. Our first review, 4 weeks earlier: We ordered at 1700 for delivery between 19:00 and 19:30. We thought it was a long time slot, but to our surprise, no delivery at At 19:35, I called Kwalitaria and spoke to a representative who said the order was already on its way. At 19:55, I called again because nothing had been delivered yet. A lot of discussion, but they finally said they'd forgotten to make the order and that they could do it now or refund me. They promised to deliver the order anyway, even though it was already closing time. The food was finally delivered 40 minutes after the promised time, and then the order was wrong. The croquettes were greasy and included the wrong product. Calling was pointless; the restaurant was now closed. This was the first and last time we ordered from here, as they only apologized for the situation after we made a comment.

I was normally quite pleased with Kwalitaria, but after two bizarre deliveries, you really lose a loyal customer this way. I ordered a delivery meal at 6:44 PM. After 45 minutes, I decided to call because I thought it was taking a bit long. A colleague told me he was on his way and that I could call again in a few minutes if they didn't show up, since he was. But as they got closer to closing time, they didn't answer the phone. After another ten-minute wait, I called. But I tried a few times first, because they didn't answer right away. After waiting almost an hour and a half, I'm already completely fed up with the meal, knowing it will arrive cold. This has happened to me twice now, leaving me without food, and without a solution because the employee still hasn't called me back. So, this is about it. Leaving a customer in suspense is not the way to go.

I ordered a farmer's schnitzel, but they forgot the farmers. I then specifically asked for mushrooms. By the time the schnitzel was cold, I got the farmers instead, in the form of bacon bits, but no mushrooms. The schnitzel itself tasted awful, as if it were out of date. And the strawberry milkshake we ordered turned out to be vanilla. A rather disappointing experience.

We had delicious fries at Kwalitaria Indy tonight. The cheerful staff and the cozy tables were immediately noticeable. There's a play area with a kitchen for kids to keep them entertained while waiting for their food. If you eat in, you'll even get your meal served on a real plate with cutlery. That's how it should be! Highly recommended.

If you order a family portion of fries for four people, you get one bag of fries. None of us even had a quarter plate of fries. Fortunately, this was resolved quickly and pleasantly after contacting Indy. The fries tasted delicious!

The staff is very unclear, chaotic, and just plain rude. When ordering, I wanted to take advantage of the daily special on the autumn snack. Initially, they said this was possible, but five minutes later, another staff member suddenly announced it wasn't. I also asked for satay, which only listed "peanut sauce." When I explained that I meant the dish itself, I was blamed for not being clear enough. I also ordered two autumn fries (one beef and one ribeye), but when I got home, the satay was completely missing and contained two ribeyes instead. So, not what I'd requested, which is the cheaper alternative. The receipt did list it correctly. After calling, they wanted me to pick it up myself, but luckily, they agreed to deliver it later. Normally, you get a milkshake or something extra for this kind of mistake (this isn't the first time something has gone wrong here), but this time, nothing at all. Too bad, especially because the food itself is tasty.

I know Kwalitaria in Rhenen, and the quality is good. Bennekom was downright terrible. A meatball was better described as a cold flour ball. The Berenhap was dried out and had minimal satay sauce. The fries were greasy and looked disgusting with black specks all over them. The staff, however, was very friendly.

The staff also looked as if they would rather be somewhere else, which I understand, but it is not nice to talk behind the counter about who kissed each other on King's Night when there are waiting customers in the queue. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

We ordered here for pickup. When we arrived it was a bit busy, so it would take another 10 to 15 minutes. After 25 minutes it was ready at home. Once we opened the bag, we missed the fries and lamb shawarma. We called and were immediately told that they don't sell it. We said that we actually paid for it and that it is on their website. Then it was suddenly possible. The hamburger ended up being almost rare.

Recently ordered burgers and fries here to pick up yourself. The "Italian Burger" was missing both the bacon and the cheese, so that not much of the burger was left except lettuce and chicken. The taste was therefore very disappointing and not appropriate at the price of €9.50 (!) for the individual burger. How half of the relevant ingredients can be forgotten when making the burger is a mystery to me.

Last two orders were bad. Month ago: ordered online, picked it up myself, had to wait half an hour longer for my order than promised. It all looked very chaotic and unsanitary. Once I got home it turned out that I had received a normal instead of a vegetarian burger, but after a phone call it was repaired. Yesterday: excellent snacks but fries were cold and clearly reheated; very hard and dark fried. Kwalitaria for the last time for now.

Literally never posted a review before. But I still felt compelled to warn people. Picked up an order today. Unfortunately, this was of such insanely low quality that something needs to be said. I threw away almost €40 worth of food. When we picked it up it was actually already on the cold side. Once home, when we opened it, we discovered that white buns are used for the normally delicious burgers??? This is not indicated and you simply pay for a good bulb. And if you start talking about it, they laugh at you in the background on the phone. Furthermore, you would say you can't do much wrong with frikandel special? So it's still possible, cold and swimming in sauce. Then there is an advertisement with M&M ice cream that contains far from M&Ms. And if you choose the pick-up option, you apparently pay more per product than simply ordering in the store. Then I can go on about the bun that was missing from the order and about the half onions in a dish. But one thing is certain: this will never happen again, we would rather drive to Rhenen where the quality is completely in order.

Something always goes wrong. Order incomplete, food cold, so on... Once a voucher was issued after an x number of errors, but it doesn't stop. Today another order was incomplete and the (ordered) burger was already cooling on a plate before it was packed. Called the shop here in Bennekom, very laconic attitude and the message that it would be delivered, called again after 20 minutes. The boy I spoke to on the phone reported that the delivery person was already on his way. It has now been more than 15 minutes... Or more than half an hour and still nothing. Worthless!

1 star for the delivery because it was fine. The food really made no sense (I had also read this in another response but it is true) very few fries in a bowl. The snacks are really not tasty. Bitterballen fell apart in misery as soon as I picked them up. Nasi disk tough, overcooked and tasteless. I don't often complain about food but I really didn't like it 😞

We've had delivery problems with Kwalitaria Bennekom several times; once the wrong order was delivered to us and there have been several late deliveries. They corrected the wrong order, and my wife convinced me that waiting longer for my chips and (delicious) burger isn't worth complaining about. But even she was annoyed with their most recent mess up. We placed a large order for a large group of teenagers a bit before 16:00 and asked for delivery between 18:00 - 18:15. Despite having 2 hours to prepare the order, there was no sign of it at 18:20 so we phoned to ask what was going on. We were told they were busy and that the delivery guy hadn't left but they'd bring us some milkshakes by way of apology. Delivery guy turned up just after 18:35 with our order, but not with the milkshakes we were promised. Friendly chap, and he promised to go back and get them for us at the end of his run - but we didn't see him again. Well we're sure we won't see him or his delivery colleagues again because there are plenty of other local snackbars that deliver. And to think Kwalitaria ask us to tip the driver in advance when we order online! (I will add though, that when we go into the store it's very good and the service (and food) is great.)

Too bad about the takeover! It hasn't gotten any better! (It used to be that way in my opinion) In any case, it is very bad to deceive a 75 year old man by giving a special vegetarian frikandel with the order, instead of a regular one. My father heard an employee whisper to the owner that the "wrong" one had been baked and, my father said, "the one with the tattoos" whispered, "It doesn't matter, just make it." It also turned out to be his order. Coincidentally, I was eating with my parents that evening and I immediately tasted that there was something special about the frikandel special! Dry as hell! My father immediately called and said that 2 vegetarian frikandels had been specially given and he also heard that they were whispering about this, which was immediately denied! Bizarre.. Very bizarre. This is how you throw glasses for yourself, because if you do this for every customer, you won't have many left!

Vet balen want wij hebben extra mayonaise besteld aangezien we niets in huis hadden. Kom je thuis mist alle mayonaise, zelfs bij de porties waar we niet extra hadden besteld en mayo er sowieso bij hoorde te zitten. Snelle levering. Maar kreeg de indruk dat alles zo in de tas gekwakt was. Friet zak was te klein met als gevolg dat veel los in de tas lag. Hamburger doosje zaten niet dicht en vocht was over de friet gelopen. Ervaringen bij een andere kwalitaria waren beter. Ik weet niet of ik weer hier zou bestellen.

Waited almost two hours for the order, my partner had already left, so I couldn't even eat. The confirmation email said half an hour... I called, and they said they'd arrive at that time... but that wasn't the case. I called again; the same answer ten times: "We'll try harder next time." Unfortunately, that's no use. I ordered for Jan ***, gave the kids something else, and my partner was already out of the house... Also, the large fries are no different than regular fries. What prices! They used to be very tasty, but unfortunately, they've always been cold lately. After getting angry, they finally decided to cancel the order and refund our money. We're very disappointed! They've lost us.
