Business order, half of it was forgotten. My colleague called me on the phone, very rudely. I'm sure it's included, I packed it myself... We ended up arguing because you order so often, so we'll deliver it later. (Otherwise, not?!). Also, the quality has drastically deteriorated in recent weeks, either cold fries or very soggy.

Great snack bar. We order from them once or twice a month, and they're always at our door super fast. The snacks are delicious, the fries are perfectly cooked. And if something does go wrong, it's resolved immediately with a phone call.

Great fries, but terrible service. I've been there a few times now, but every time I'm stunned by the unfriendly tone, and the lack of a glance from the customer.

Very bad service, I want to order, the man keeps busy with his mobile, no respect for his customer.

Dirty table, when ordering something went wrong, goulash croquette was understood instead of cheese soufflé and I had a bloated feeling after eating, intestines quite upset afterwards, they won't see me again

We live above the Bellestein shopping center and this is our regular snack bar. Fries and snacks are always great! Today something went wrong with the order, but after calling they delivered it very neatly and quickly. Great service!

Had bacon sandwich. It was soggy because of the white bun... fries were cooked well, just too much salt this time.. They are super fast!

Simple restaurant and snack bar with very friendly service. The coffee is excellent and the fries and other snacks are always very well fried (good and fresh oil) and there is always fresh salad on the plate. The bouncer is also good, just on casino bread. And everything is very competitively priced.

You shouldn't come there for the atmosphere, but you really should get the tastiest fries and deep-fried products.

The delivery was really super fast. Ordered this afternoon at 10:30 am and delivered within 30 minutes. Unbelievable! Not expensive by the way. A bag of fries for 7.95 is enough for 4 people (generous portions, officially it's a family bag for 3). The snacks are just okay. The fries are also good but no wow factor. We will order here more often. The delivery is top notch. The snacks are close to perfection. The satay sauce is mediocre.

Moet altijd erg lang wachten omdat bestellingen via thuisbezorgd allemaal voor gaan. Cafetaria ziet er ook wat smoezelig uit.

Altijd lekker eten, top service. Vandaag vanwege een noodsituatie eerder het eten nodig dan de aangegeven tijd. Gebeld en dit konden ze in uitzondering regelen. Heel erg bedankt!

Food was good, but the service was not nice, we got everything in the plastic boxes, with wooden forks and without napkins, probably because we are from Poland, it is so stupid that we have to deal with such things in these times

Over deze snackbar heb ik een gemixt gevoel. De ene keer hebben ze heel lekker eten en de andere keer dan weer niet. Het is nooit vies maar het is ook niet heel bijzonder. Verder zijn de eigenaren heel aardig en het eten goed te doen.

Het is altijd heel lekker het eten daar, en de milkshakes ook en het is altijd snel klaar.

Zeer vriendelijk en het eten is heerlijk.

Gewoon een standaard snackbar, het personeel was niet heel vriendelijk, maar het patatje was aardig. Ondanks dat het niet doorgebakken was, waar ik wel om gevraagd heb.

Personeel niet erg vriendelijk, zit met oordopjes in terwijl ik wat probeer te bestellen. Kijkt niet om naar de klant helaas, niet mijn beste ervaring en ik zou ook niet zo snel meer terugkomen.

Het eten is oke. Patat wat minder en de mensen zijn niet super klantvriendelijk aan de snackbar zeide. Voor de rest een oke zaak.
