Terrible service! There are ten of them standing in the kitchen corner staring at each other sheepishly, but serving customers is out of the question. Very disappointing, but not worth the effort.

For a Dutch experience, I'd rate this place very highly. It's a pleasant place with a great atmosphere. It's hot inside, but it's been hot for the past few days, so I forgive it. I don't understand why the pizza isn't sliced. I've only encountered this in the Netherlands and Germany. The ingredients are good, it's well and evenly browned, and I like the edges lightly brushed with garlicky olive oil. The service is questionable, as the young, blond woman was more interested in talking to a young colleague than a customer.

What a fantastic experience at Bella Venezia 3! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The service was excellent: attentive, hospitable, and always with a smile. The food was truly exquisite. The dishes were freshly prepared, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. You can immediately taste the passion for Italian cuisine. From the delicious starters to the flavorful pastas and desserts; everything was taken care of down to the last detail. The atmosphere also deserves a big compliment. Cozy, warm, and authentically Italian, making you feel like you are in Italy for a moment. This is absolutely a restaurant where quality, hospitality, and experience come together. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone who loves Italian cuisine! 🇮🇹

Good restaurant with very friendly and attentive service. Pizzas are generously topped but somewhat dry and lacking in flavor or spices. You can eat in or order takeout.

First, the carpaccio was inedible, just frozen. Next, for the main course, the mixed grill, I got all the meat piled on top of each other: shawarma, some kind of minced meat, pieces of chicken breast, pieces of beef tenderloin, and spareribs, all with the same sauce. But the minced meat looked like it had been eaten, followed by a very strange taste to the shawarma: garlic sauce, sourness. All in all, a waste of the evening.

Had another delicious meal yesterday. The pizzas are so incredibly tasty that you think, 'If only I could fit another one!' Friendly and helpful staff. Affordable for the 'average' man and woman, and the food is high quality. We are happy to travel all the way from Almere for this! Highly recommended!!!

Picked up 2 pizzas. Friendly and fast service, but upon arriving home I found the crust different: as if it was pre-made and dry. Previously, there was more oil and more herbs on it; the crust used to be really crispy. The topping was good, though. I hadn't been in years and used to be a real fan. Not anymore from now on, and that is solely due to the crust. Unfortunately!

Ordered pizza today; normally they are always delicious and good. This time the pizza seemed undercooked, so I called and new pizzas were delivered. And? They are undercooked again, this is very strange. Maybe they forgot to add yeast?? We are going to try warming them up in the oven for a bit longer, and otherwise they are going in the trash. What a shame!

We picked up 2 shawarma pizzas today. Upon arriving home, we discovered that the pizzas were very dry; it seems like a ready-made base/pizza that has been reheated. Naturally, we reported this to see if a possible solution could be found, but we were told that it would be passed on to the kitchen. We just threw the pizzas away. Too bad, we will get our pizzas somewhere else next time.

Good food, great staff, pity that dogs are allowed in the restaurant.

Two 15-year-olds dining out together are absolutely not allowed to serve tiramisu containing (by the smell of it) a considerable amount of liqueur, but at Bella Venezia Emiclaer, they don't make a fuss! If you pick them up and say anything about it, you'll get an indecent reaction.

The pizzas aren't delicious, and it's clearly not their focus. I can't speak for the other dishes. The staff was friendly, and the pickup time was fine.

I accidently ordered a wrong pizza and asked them if they can remake it or have another solution. 3 waiters came to my table and basically scolded me! They said "what do you expect for us, to throw it away?". Ha, a definition of being rude!

Nice restaurant. Unfortunately, we had to wait 40 minutes for our starter. The staff is simply too young and disinterested. The price/quality ratio isn't great. There are better restaurants nearby.

Almost 5 stars... I really miss a tasty baguette with herb butter as an appetizer. Now you get a dry baguette with herb butter that tastes like nothing. Everything else is perfect. The service too. So come on, just give me baguettes with real herb butter.

We ordered five pizzas and received the wrong order. After calling, the correct ones were delivered. However, they were cold upon arrival. The extra toppings were disappointing considering the price. It's a shame, because this pizza place was advertised as good. Unfortunately, my experience was different this time.

We hadn't been there for a few years. The last time was unpleasant. It was hot, the fumes hung in the restaurant, as if the air conditioning wasn't working properly. How different it was now. The entire decor has changed, airier, as if there's more space. And despite the sultry weather outside, it was cool inside. A relief! The restrooms were also fine. The service was exceptionally friendly, nothing to complain about. The fish pizza was delicious, and my request to leave out the cheese (calories) was granted. The lambrusco was cold and bubbly—superb! And if I had to mention it, the crust could be a bit crispier, so you could eat a slice with your hands. But only a nitpicker would notice.

We initially received the wrong pizza, but that error was resolved very quickly. The food was delicious, and the cheese was exceptionally tasty and, in my opinion, of high quality. The prices were also extremely low, and we received a delicious mint with our payment. We were able to dine with nine people without a reservation. We only had to wait 20 minutes for our food. We received complimentary, super high-quality, beautiful sandwiches with delicious, flavorful buns.

We ordered a pizza and spareribs here last Saturday. The food was ready quickly. And it was very tasty. The pizza was also generously topped.

This is such a shame! Bella Venezia was the only restaurant in the area that had really fresh pizzas. But unfortunately not for us anymore after today. The order was wrong, and there were (seriously!) just slices of cheese on the pizza. You don't expect that for a 17 euro pizza. When I called about the wrong order and asked if it could just have grated cheese on it, I got the answer "it's now about what went wrong". The new pizza has slices of cheese again instead of just fresh grated cheese. Such a shame 😪 I don't know what has changed but please go back to your old concept, it was so good. If you change this again, please let me know, unfortunately we won't order again before then, certainly not for that price.

Great pizzas and pastas. They have really filling portions at very affordable prices. The employees are very friendly and serve quickly. I definitely recommend you try it.

They put cheap slices of cheese on it... I had to put grated cheese on it at home for a little taste 🥲 Pizza dough is also too thick. Unfortunately not what I was used to from this place when I used to live in Kattenbroek.

Pizza for takeaway, very expensive anyway and "packaging costs" are charged separately. In addition, they charge a fortune for mozzarella (which in my opinion should be standard on a pizza). More than €60 for 4 pizzas seems quite overpriced to me. Next time just bake it yourself! The very greasy pizzas caused me a lot of heartburn and gallstones! No longer here for us!

Ate here for the first time, for the little one we could order a small plate of pasta with only cheese, my husband had the shrimp pizza and I had an out of the box, chicken dish bella Italia. It was delicious, and since the little man only had 3 bites of pasta, something was taken off the bill. He had no appetite anymore. Worth repeating, and a nice choice of menu.. nice service and polite service

I came there quite regularly, with emphasis on the fact that after the last time I was there, I was done with it. What applies to me does not necessarily apply to someone else, but this place has stumbled backwards. Staff, well students, make or break it. Clothing and hygiene regulations could not be found. No love was given to the preparation of the food, heart and soul are missing. The food was downright nasty. No, for me this place is off my list of let's have a nice and delicious meal. Food what you would expect for the price charged. A tip, please find that heart and soul again, because it is really gone!

Unfortunately, they make quite a few mistakes. Ordered a pizza and tiramisu today. I live around the corner and received my cold pizza over an hour later and an outrageously small portion of tiramisu for the price. See photo, for a portion the size of half my hand you pay 10 euros. Too bad, because I think the food tastes good. Also when I ate here last year with family. Only the mixed grill was tough and dry, but the pizzas, lasagna & tiramisu were delicious. They could get a lot more out of this by offering better service.

I've lived in Amersfoort all my life, and Bella Venezia has been the pizza place where my parents and I order our pizzas since I was little. It has always been my favorite pizzeria, and I regularly entered into discussions with friends who had a different opinion. I always stood up for Bella. However, over the past year or two I think the quality has really declined. I'm mainly talking about the bottoms. I have the feeling that the recipe for this has changed drastically, to the detriment of the structure. The base is very doughy and often almost chewy. Nowadays I also get a lot of heartburn from pizzas, something I never had before. Dear Bella Venezia, I don't know what exactly has changed, but please go back to your classic recipe for the thin and oh, so crispy pizza bases and crusts.

A group of us had ordered pizzas online, about 15 pieces, which we wanted to pick up half an hour later. When they arrived they indicated that it was not ready yet. After waiting half an hour, I asked how long it would take: "almost ready, it's very busy", was the answer. In the end the pizzas were 45 minutes late. If it is so busy, do not indicate on the website that it is available for collection at that time... If it unexpectedly takes so long, offer a discount or at least something to drink while waiting... We were also asked to cut the pizzas, but upon arrival it turned out that this had not been done.

The calzone pizza was well filled, but little flavor. The pizza base looked like white bread, not tasty.

We were allowed to order by telephone and when we got there after 20 minutes, the order was ready. Very nice! The calzone tasted good but had too thick a base, too many bread-like pieces. The vegetables in the veggie pizza were cut too coarsely and the artichokes were partially undercooked. The Tiramisu is really too expensive (€10) for a very small piece of cake with whipped cream and chocolate powder. Such a simple dessert should not have cost more than €1.50!

I ordered a Bolognese pizza to eat at home. That was the worst pizza I've ever had. The minced meat was hard, black and grainy and the bolognese sauce was minimal on the pizza. Too bad I had to experience that

Delicious pizzas are served here. In particular, the quattro formaggio, quattro salami and tuna pizzas are recommended. The spareribs are also of excellent quality. The mixed grill is also recommended. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and there are wheelchair accessible places. Moreover, there is ample parking.

Ordered at 8:56 PM and still nothing at 11:22 PM. Called about 10 times from 10:00 PM but no one answered. Order placed and paid via their site. Received an email confirming receipt and from there completely ignored. Going to bed hungry. What a pathetic company.

We have been ordering from Bella Venezia 3 for years, the food is always delicious and the portions are a good size. However, the price for the Tiramisu is no longer in proportion: the portions have now been halved to a small piece of approximately 6 cm that fills half the bowl, for 10 (!) euros. Previously this was 6 euros. If you both want a piece, you are 20 euros lighter, a bizarre price. The last time we ordered dessert here.

Pizzas are great. They will be ready at the agreed time for collection. But…. 10 euros for a small piece of Tiramisu is scandalously expensive…. Shame!

Se si potessero mettere zero stelle, sarebbe il caso di questo ristorante. Non vi fermate qui. Leggete il menu, pieno di errori e già capite che di italiano non c’è niente. Mettono sulla pizza un fetido olio all’aglio. Rimando indietro, nuova pizza. Terribile. Un altra pizza , la Napolitana ( non napoletana) con acciughe rancide e salatissime. L’impasto della pizza: dolciastro, molle e crudo. Ordiniamo un trio di gelato sperando in meglio: di 3 gusti, fragola e stracciatella pieni di minuscoli pezzetti di ghiaccio, la vaniglia era accettabile. Sullo sfondo di tutto questo una musica italiana di quelle da sagre di paese talmente forte da non riuscire a sentire quello che dice la persona che ti sta davanti. Dopo questo orribile pasto, una sete feroce per tutta la notte. Da cancellare dalla memoria e …. Da chiudere

Lekker gegeten en niet duur. Hebben niet lang moeten wachten op ons eten, de kipsate was erg mals en de lasagna was ook lekker.

Wij doen hier altijd afhalen. Eten is altijd heerlijk. Nu een keer binnen gegeten maar helaas stond door de open keuken het restaurant blank. Eten was weer heerlijk maar helaas maar 1 drankje gehad want het personeel kwam geen 1 keer bij ons aan tafel. Wij halen hier graag af maar het restaurant was voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Over de kwaliteit niks te klagen echt super! Maar de levertijd is niet normaal meer, heb de laatste x 2 uur gewacht op de bestelling. Jammer dat ze er niks mee doen met de info. Zelfs niet reageren op een mail.

Onze ervaring is dat er bij eerdere bestellingen bij de ossenhaas altijd friet zat, dat was nu niet het geval, en dat was een teleurstelling. Tel was het restaurant niet bereikbaar. De pasta carbonara was te gaar en geen €13,- waard. De carpaccio was vooral veel sla met een heel klein beetje vlees. Zelfs het toetje was aan de droge kant en niet vers. Kortom dit was voor ons de laatste keer bestellen bij Bella Venezia…
