We ate while a handful of customers were waiting. Drinks were served quickly, but the food took so long that the ice cubes melted twice. After a 30-minute wait, we received our food. The pizzas were salty, which I've never experienced before, and the kitchen staff had forgotten the requested adjustment. The pastas were lukewarm, bland, and completely tasteless. The chicken burger was still overcooked, and the accompanying fries were super hot, and the oil was dripping off. The only thing correct about the whole order and tasted normal was the extra bottle of water we ordered. The chicken legs were forgotten, and if we wanted them, we had to wait another 20 minutes! We ended up paying a bill of over €80, which I regretted immensely afterward, but they lost at least two customers! I even reported this to the manager, and he admitted it was wrong, but taking the time to try it myself, since everything was still on the table, was too much to ask. And the staff? Well, I'd rather not say much about that because it wasn't customer-friendly at all. You could hear them swearing as they walked from table to table! Such a shame, and I'll never eat there again. Be warned, read the directions before making your decision! Don't believe the owner! He's curt in his responses to reviews. People, don't eat there. And as for the owner... I can prove it with a receipt and then review your camera footage together, but I'd like to know what you're going to do about it!

I've been here several times now and the staff is always friendly and the food is always great, sometimes even too much and then you can take it home with you, so I come here often :)

Had dinner with my parents last night! The pizza was generously filled, the pasta generously filled, and both were really delicious. You can taste the love in them. They do sell bacon and alcohol! So, Muslims, keep that in mind, but the vegetarian and fish food is truly delicious, and I don't know if their meat is halal.

The (carbonara) pasta I ordered was swimming in a really thick sauce. The dish was absolutely not authentic whatsoever, and I was unable to finish it due to the strange, thick, and overly creamy sauce. In addition, the service was particularly slow, but I cannot say that it wasn't friendly. If you're looking for decent Italian, skip this place.

I come to Little Italy specifically for the pasta and bulls, but the meat and pizza are also delicious! It's a 40-minute drive, but it's totally worth it. They're also great with little ones. The service is great. The food is great. The price is great. Looooove it.

Service is very rude. When we entered we were not welcomed and there was not a smile from the staff. They were very slow and dawdling. I dropped my fork on the floor and wanted a new one. The waitress gave me a new fork and grabbed my dirty fork with a dirty look. Price quality ratio was good. Delicious food, but the unfriendly and not interested staff ruined the evening.

Great food for a good price. The portions are generous, so you will definitely leave feeling satisfied. The only downside is that the waiting times can be long, and the staff sometimes comes across as a bit unfriendly. Hopefully they will work on that, because the food itself is definitely worth it.

Nice restaurant in Amersfoort. + Good food + Friendly staff + Always a place + Next to the bus stop so easy to reach - Last few years a lot more expensive so I visit less. It is the only restaurant in Amersfoort that I go to. But yes, everything is more expensive at all restaurants and shops so I can't really judge them on that. Tips: - I found the glass sauce containers more convenient than the current metal ones. Maybe see if they can come back? - Just like last time, a full plate with lots of chicken on a sandwich is nice, kind and filling, but for me half of the chicken can be replaced by some potato wedges or something.

I recently had dinner here, but unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience at all. As soon as we walked in, we were barely greeted and the menu was literally thrown on the table without so much as a word. The staff barely looked at us and we didn't feel welcome at all. The food itself was fine – the pasta was well prepared and the flavors were okay – but the way we were treated ruined the whole dinner. We felt like we were in the way. No smile, no interest, and as if they just didn't feel like it. I wouldn't come back here anytime soon, and certainly wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a cozy atmosphere or friendly staff. Shame!

Been there for the first time, unfortunately I found hair in my pasta, so I went to the employee to report it. The employee then says “it could also have been your hair, for example your eyelash” which is funny because it was a long hair. I received a new paste to take with me, but at home there is still a hair in it when I open it. Too bad, no more Little Italy for me.

I recently had dinner at Little Italy in Amersfoort and it was a truly wonderful experience! The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and the staff was super friendly. The menu offers a wide variety of authentic Italian dishes. I tried the pasta and it was perfectly al dente, with a delicious sauce that was full of flavor. The pizzas are also highly recommended; they are freshly baked and the toppings are of high quality. I give this restaurant 5/5 stars! If you like Italian food, you should definitely go here!

It is sometimes difficult to find a table, which indicates that it is a popular restaurant. The pizza Pollo is highly recommended, and there is a lot of variety for pizza and pasta lovers. We come here often and are generally satisfied. The service varies a bit from day to day, but in general it is a great restaurant to visit.

I recall I've been here before a long time ago with an old friend: back then I wasn't disappointed and that hasn't changed! As per tradition, I've ordered an omelette ('boeren omelette' to be exact!) of which the price is exactly €13,- at the time of writing this, but oh man you get so much worth the money! 🌟 I'm excited to come back for a pasta probably later this week! Will try to review that too. 😁 Also special shout-outs to: the chocolate milk + whipped cream and the cookie that I ordered with it! 🤤 The service seems very friendly and I appreciated the check on whether I enjoyed the food in between! Always great to witness companies asking kindly for feedback. The owner seems really friendly as well! He really deserves a better image on reviews in my opinion. 🧐 The atmosphere seems quite relaxed so far! Though I arrived at about 15:00 and probably left at 15:45; I'm unsure how this lovely atmosphere is otherwise, but I'll be sure to come back! 😁✨ It surprised me that people have such negative reviews about this place, honestly! The manager of the restaurant is very rude to the visitors, I will never go to this place again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Just had a nice breakfast at a clean table, clean restaurant, nice and warm. The gentleman who took our order, an elderly man, very clear and very friendly, nice to sometimes see people with life experience rather than a young person who answers alone and walks away, very nice. We had a very tasty meal! Pasta & pizza were perfectly fine! 👍🏼 We found the atmosphere a little less. We personally didn't think it was that nice to sit... Our clothes also smelled terribly of food when we left the restaurant. Maybe ventilate more (?).

This place has the best red velvet cakes and cheesecakes in the city. Good and friendly service, nice atmosphere, cosy, it feels like home.

It was unexpected that we walked in here with our young children. Shopping in the city had run a bit late and we wanted to have a quick dinner. Pleasantly surprised by friendly staff. The dishes were served quickly, which is ideal with young children :-) The taste of the pizza was excellent, large enough and richly topped. We brought home 2 pieces of cheesecake (maybe a bit pricey) but these were really GREAT! In short: a great place for a quick meal.

I came there for years and because of my last experience I decided to skip the restaurant from now on. The pasta that was ordered was also inedible. They have gone backwards. The old owner has a restaurant in Utrecht, picobello! I like it that way!

We have been coming there for years, but nowadays an older man walks around. Very rude and incomprehensible. Recently went with my 13 year old daughter for a drink. He started talking about something involving moving the table and chair, but we didn't understand him. While ordering he put his hand on my daughter's shoulder which was not really appreciated. So what she does and very well of her side pushes his hand away. As a comment, we were told by him that she should stay home if she is so grumpy. As a mother, I get up and leave. You can't say that to a 13 year old girl. Stay away from your toes. Shame.

Pasta with chicken was too salty and was supposed to be spicy, which unfortunately wasn’t. After an half hour waiting outside I went inside to ask if we can order in the near future.

The food was delicious it is a nice come and go restaurant. You should especially try the sandwiches, they are all delicious.

Had lunch with my fiance on Monday, polo sandwich and shrimp pasta. Both had really bad stomach flu! This is the second time that we have both had a lot of trouble! No more little Italy for me. No more confidence in the quality of the food.

Been to Little Italy many times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Always satisfied with the food. Seems pricey but what you get in return is really a lot! Enough employees present. And it is also halal.

To start with, there is a parking garage that is almost next to the restaurant and that is nice and easy. We went there for dinner for the 2nd time. Price quality is reasonable. I had spareribs that were a bit on the dry side but tasty to eat thanks to the sauce. The pizzas are tasty and crispy as always. I don't think the interior is that nice, but outside it is. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The food is excellent and delicious, we ordered beef ribs, a hamburger and a vegetarian pizza. Delicious. The only thing is the long wait for the food.

This little restaurant has a good location, friendly staff, good prices and great food, didn't expect to eat so fresh and iomy in a place like this. We had pasta pesto and pasta with shrimps, pizza and a hamburger. Everything was freshly prepared and came smoking to our table. Owner walks around with his angry face but at the end it seems he is very helpful and friendly (just his look doesn't help him ;) ) will come back here for sure.

Service and prices were good but food was only adequate. Our order was also mixed up and was not as we requested.

Cosy Italian restaurant featuring pasta, pizza, ribs and more. About 20 two seaters indoor and another 8 seaters outdoor. Right along the main road near the shopping mall. Servers are friendly and speak little English. Warm lightings and retro decorations makes it a great place to dine and chill out. Food can take a while to be prepared, so be patient. Ribs are soft and tender. Sweet sauce could be improved as it is lacking the smoked taste. Side salad had a little too much purple onion which caused it to be overpowering. Fried wedges was served piping hot, crispy on the outside soft on the inside which is delicious. Popular dining places with locals and Middle East residents can get filled up quickly during weekends.

Not the most attractive restaurant and it is not spotlessly clean, but you can eat excellent pasta for very acceptable prices. Portions are large and tasty. The business is also very conveniently located. Recommended if you want to keep it simple and still eat delicious food!

26-05-2024 Grumpy waitresses. We waited 15 minutes for a waitress to even come near us, then she was turned away when we asked if we could order something. I went in with my girlfriend and we sat at a random table as the restaurant was empty. Afterwards, one of the waiters said that we had to change tables apparently for no reason, after 5 minutes that same waitress sat at the same table eating. I didn't think the attitude and service were right.

Very bad and unfriendly service

Delicious, crispy and tasty pizza. The abundance of ingredients on your pizza is excellent. The only downside is your cutlery. The knife was so dull it felt like I was cutting concrete. I had to use so much force to cut a piece that I finally gave up and ate with my hands.

I always come here for the pasta with scallops. However they have removed it from their menu! Please bring it back!
