I have been coming here for years and have actually never had any problems. The food is always tasty and the staff is always friendly, which is why I found what happened recently particularly disappointing. I was with my mother and we had ordered two pastas and drinks. After 20 to 25 minutes, we had to ask them to bring our drinks ourselves. After that, we waited a very long time for the food. We arrived at 6:30 PM and didn't ask where our food was until around 8:00 PM, while other tables that had arrived later already had theirs. Then we were told that they hadn't passed our order on to the kitchen at all. How can you forget something like that after an hour and a half? As a solution, we were offered bread with tapenade on the house until the food was ready, but we didn't feel like it at that moment. We got up and went to eat across the street. It is really a shame, especially since I have been coming here for years and have never had anything to complain about. Unfortunately, I have been hearing these kinds of stories more and more often lately. Insha’Allah, this is a one-off and something will be done about it.

I come here regularly, and they never disappoint. The staff is incredibly helpful and happy to help. We were helped by Lay today, and despite being new, she's doing a fantastic job. It was very busy today, but she handled it very well. I definitely recommend this place to everyone! :) for a quick bite or a cozy dinner.

Nice little restaurant in Amersfoort. + Tasty food + Friendly staff + Always a spot available + Next to a bus stop, so easily accessible - significantly more expensive in the last few years, causing me to visit less often. It is the only restaurant in Amersfoort I go to, though. But then again, everything is more expensive at all restaurants and shops, so I can't really blame them for that. Tips: - I actually found the glass sauce containers more convenient than the current metal ones. Maybe look into bringing these back? - just like last time, a full plate with lots of chicken on a bun is nice, pleasant, and filling, but as far as I'm concerned, half of the chicken could be replaced by some potato wedges. Or, perhaps there could be a few more options on the menu. So that a customer can choose between lots of chicken, or chicken and potato wedges.

Kaders is doing a fantastic job, very customer-oriented, and knows when to ask if the guests need anything. All in all, very good service.

I always enjoyed coming to this restaurant, but my last experience was very disappointing. There was a fly in my food. Instead of apologizing or suggesting a new dish, a staff member said the fly had probably fallen in later and then walked away. We pointed it out several times, but no one did anything about it. It wasn't until we were paying that the lady behind the counter said she was very sorry this had happened. I ended up just paying the full amount, but unfortunately, after this experience, I will never return here.

I ate here on Saturday evening with a friend I hadn't spoken to in a long time. The vegetarian pizza was good; it was nice that it was pre-sliced. For dessert, we had a delicious iced coffee.

What struck me: I would like to share my experience. There is an employee working in the restaurant named Karees; she is cheerful, happy to help, and incredibly sweet. Truly a great experience!

Karees was a very nice employee and did a good job, she was also very friendly. Asil was also very sympathetic and super friendly, he kept asking if everything was alright and if we liked the food. It was all delicious and we had a really good time there.

There is a reason it is always busy; the food is so delicious. The pesto pasta with chicken and shrimp is highly recommended! The burger was also good, and we received bread with tapas as a starter because the food took a bit longer than usual. Good service is what keeps people coming back, and that is certainly the case for me!

The food was fine, but the service was poor. We ordered four pastas and asked for Parmesan cheese. Afterwards, it turned out that an extra €8 had been added to the bill without any clear notification. When I pointed this out, a staff member responded arrogantly, remarking that this is “normal in the Netherlands.” At almost every Italian restaurant, cheese is simply included as standard. Poor service and an unprofessional attitude. For me, that is reason enough not to return.

We ordered ribs for take out, a treat for the family. We are big fans of good ribs, halal style. Been coming here for a decade I think... The ribs were great, the marinade was great and a side of cannelloni was also great. I noticed some negative reviews too, with defensive answers from owner. I'm on his/her side for most of it. Simply because reviews are often not fair. But to the owner, keep an eye on what happens to quality when you're not around. I have had one or two bad experiences in the past. My previous ribs and cannelloni were a tragedy compared to today's batch. Hopefully it can stay great. Good luck!

Atmospheric place to eat with friends and/or family. Occasionally, when it gets busy, you might have to wait a bit longer than you are used to (but that is entirely logical). Customer service from the managers, waitstaff, and bartender is top-notch, with a continuous smile on everyone's face. They certainly do a great job of entertaining and making people laugh with their service. Food… 10/10, especially the pizzas and pasta. Sometimes you might underestimate how full you can get from the plates, but still, it's superb. Oh, and certainly not to be forgotten, my favorite reason why I want to finish my office work here… the coffee varieties. Immensely good; as a coffee lover, this is my favorite spot in the province of Utrecht.

The portion of pasta is pretty big, i think it is perfect for 2 people. The taste of pasta pesto was good however it made me feel so sick because it was too heavy with cream and oil. I had a very bad day after pasta pesto here. If you have a sensitive stomach for heavy food dont eat pasta here. They were friendly, location is good and atmosphere is also nice. You can give it a try if you re okay with a heavy meal.

One of the tastiest coffees in Amersfoort

Very good food, and for such a large order, very fast, hot, and tasty.

Today we went to eat at Little Italy in Amersfoort, but unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. We ordered fries and mushrooms as starters, and a Bolognese pizza and pasta carbonara as main courses. We had to wait more than an hour just for the starters. When they finally arrived, the fries were burnt. After that, we had to wait another half hour for the main course. The staff seemed to pay absolutely no attention to the guests. I asked an employee how much longer it would take. She said she would check, but we never received a response after that. In the end, we paid and left. This was a very disappointing experience for us. We will not be coming back here.

The pizza tasted like it came from the freezer... dead end otherwise.

Last week, four of my companions and I enjoyed a light meal at this establishment. I regret to report that the meal did not meet our expectations. However, I've held back from leaving a review these past few days because we were somewhat apprehensive about the owner's reaction, as evidenced by the previous negative reviews. Nevertheless, I want to take responsibility for informing any future visitors about our experiences last week. Upon arrival, to our great regret, we were immediately informed that no alcoholic beverages were available that evening. This reminded us more of a fast-food restaurant or an average children's playground where you might have spent many hours as a child. However, we didn't expect this from a self-respecting Italian restaurant. Nevertheless, we wanted to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt, so we decided to order a soft drink. Furthermore, my companions unanimously agreed that the meals served were not freshly prepared, but came from a wholesaler. The pizza had a striking resemblance to a frisbee, and the pasta carbonara was comparable in quality to a pesto pasta that could have been prepared in any Dutch student house. All in all, we were unhappy with this situation. After enjoying the main course, we decided—after paying the amount owed—to continue the evening at a location elsewhere that better met our expectations. We hope this review will encourage us to improve the quality of the food and the availability of various snacks. Until then, we advise against visiting this location.

One of the best halal lunch and dinner restaurants in Amersfoort. Eya helped us a lot and made our evening even more fun with her pleasant atmosphere!

During pickup, a misunderstanding arose due to English-Dutch communication about the cost (€2 per bag) and about the cheese, which wasn't standard. When we asked to have this corrected, a short employee reacted visibly irritated (sighing, rolling his eyes, and handling items carelessly), and he even touched my arm without apology. I was frustrated at the time and expressed it. Another colleague eventually resolved the issue politely and apologized. Unfortunately, I was subsequently criticized for speaking "aggressively," which I found highly inappropriate. Miscommunication can happen, but empathy and professionalism were lacking here.
