Unreliable place, they casually cancel your order after half an hour without a clear reason.

This is a worthless place. The food arrives cold and delivery takes a standard 1.5 hours (I've ordered from them 5 times now). I'm completely done with it. If you try to call them, no one answers, multiple times! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and hopefully they do something about their terrible service!

Today we ordered two kapsalons, but unfortunately the quality was very disappointing. We used to eat here often and it was always good, without giving us stomach problems afterwards. This time, however, it really wasn't tasty and unfortunately we had to throw it away.

How can people eat here? Adana kebab is literally chewing gum. We are never ordering here again.

This is a scam. We discovered this place (because we can't call it a restaurant) after coming across an Instagram video. The video clearly showed what the interior looked like and what you would get for the iftar menu. Upon arrival, it quickly became apparent that we had been lied to. We opened the door and saw a completely different interior. The place we thought looked spacious and appealing was outdated and small. Once at the counter, we were asked if we had made a reservation, to which the answer was: "Yes, you knew that, right?" No name was asked, and we were simply told to sit down somewhere. Subsequently, the lady in question asked again if we had actually reserved the menu we had come for. The reason? Apparently, there were two reservations, which we thought was perfectly fine because the whole place was empty. When the food finally arrived, it looked as if it had been on the grill for hours. The chicken wings were black, and the rice was dry and tasteless. The salad wasn't even delivered. And the dessert, where you were supposed to choose between baklava and red velvet, was decided for us. The reason? Apparently, it sold out so fast (keep in mind that there was practically no one there) that the red velvet was sold out. The baklava we were given tasted like it was frozen. The atmosphere in the place was uncomfortably quiet. All in all, not recommended unless you want to laugh at how poorly organized it is.

We were there during opening hours for the €5 kapsalon deal. After 25 minutes, we received our cutlery, and after another 15-minute wait, we received a bottle of garlic sauce. People who bought 4-3 kapsalons were given priority, and those who arrived first were served last. I understand it was busy, but as the first to arrive, I expected a bit more from the service. After a total wait of 50 minutes, we received our food while others were already eating multiple kapsalons and taking them home, so we were the ones to pay for it. The atmosphere was very pleasant with nice decorations, but not worth it when there's a special event. My friend asked for a can of cola and didn't get it until 10 minutes later. I even admire her for remembering it. The food was good, especially for the €5 price. It was hot and good quality, with delicious döner and potato wedges. The salad was up to standard, and with the garlic sauce bottle, you could control how much you added. Finally, the server apologized for the inconvenience. It was a nice place that prepared good food and tasted delicious. 4/5, even though the service was a bit slow today. It was loud because of other children, so it wasn't the owners' fault.

If waiting were a sport, you would have won Olympic gold. Ordered at 00:30, didn't see anything until 02:00 after four phone calls as if I were working at a call center. I didn't even bother accepting the food. By that time, my hunger had already died. Asked for a refund and got a big mouth instead. Apparently, arrogance is on the menu by default.

We came as a family of five to this restaurant after driving for 13 hours, and we were very hungry. It was a very quiet town, and that’s why we couldn’t find anywhere to eat until we arrived here. The food was super delicious, and the waitress, a very kind lady wearing a headscarf, helped us wonderfully. She spoke English very well and was very sweet and customer-friendly. As a family of five, we really enjoyed our time here. The portions were very large for the price. If we had the chance to come back, we would definitely visit more often.

WORTHLESS!! How they treat customers! How late they deliver! And ordered another adana sandwich where we have to miss adana? Unbelievable!!

I always ask them to leave it at the door and then send me a text message or call me so the delivery person doesn't have to wait for me. This always works out well, but tonight it was at the door and I didn't hear anything from the delivery person. Only found out later that it was already at the door. The food is always great though!

I order from Best Mangal more often. The food is always tasty. I've never had anything to complain about. Today Best Mangal accidentally forgot to deliver an ordered skewer. That can happen, but Best Mangal called me on its own and offered to deliver the skewer after all. It included free baklava. Best Mangal is highly recommended.

Good food, but lately when we order burgers with BBQ sauce, we get burger sauce. Apparently they don't have BBQ sauce, so they shouldn't give that option!!
